You have to go into the advanced settings, and make sure you set the video codec to VP8 (the only one allowed on 4chan), and not VP9 (the usual default). Also, if it’s not obvious, make sure you’re within file size limits, and you set it to have no audio if you intend to post it to a no sound allowed board. It can all be done pretty easily online on sites like cloudconvert
