It was peak Yukacchi doing Yukappoi things. I feel like the covers she chose are some of her favorite things. Like she sang Miss Parallel World (Soutaiseiriron), which she did at SEEK, Shin Takarajima which she performed at Alook, etc. She even covered Camel Under the Moonlight which completely caught me off guard, but she has sang it on stream before, and beautifully. I also really like the selection of originals that she chose as well as the guitar arrangements.

It's not so difficult to game the algorithm if you know what you're doing. Kanaria covers are falling out of style and nobody really ever cared enough about Value plus the timing wasn't right anyway. Yoake to hotaru is an utaite standard but it's certainly not a song to go viral with in 2024.

I've listened to a handful of her covers today and I find her quite endearing for some reason, but I can't put my finger on it. Her singing feels older than she looks.
