Which makes you use it less and makes the problem worse.So what I would do is, have an element's attack spells work off the same level. Leveling Mind Touch also levels Mind Bolt, leveling Nerve Arrow also levels Nerve Bolt. So that way the line aoe damage can keep up, there's a legitimate choice to be made between them, and there's an advantage to learning more new spells rather than a disadvantage. Then if the aoes become too powerful as a result, balance it by increasing mana usage as needed.

I spent hours figuring out why I couldn't write a mod that would load. It turns out that the "version" property in package.xml refers to the version of Elin, not the version of your mod. So if you omit the "version" property or set it to "0.0.1" or something, your mod won't be loaded for no obvious reason, with no error messages or anything beyond the mod's name being red instead of blue in the in-game mod manager.

If you are in a random tile the best idea is probably getting out of the tent and try to grab it. You'll die but should respawn at your base, once you are at your base throw the tent on the floor. deposit money somewhere, get inside the tent, try to take out the statue with you, you'll die again but now the statue is out so you can just throw it where you want or sell it. I'm not 100% sure it works though
