Picrel is a shitty thing I made on my phone in like 3 minutes but you get the idea.I was thinking that I could remove the elevator and just have the bolt push shells out of the magazine into the chamber but it would probably be super fucking unreliable and removing the magazine tube and a portion of the receiver to fit the magazine would make the whole gun fragile. With enough work and some 3D printing I could probably make one. Maybe.
DA/SA revolving shotgun with a Nagant-style gas seal system. You don't even need to invent a proprietary shotgun shell because brass shells already exist and they could provide a decent seal once they lock up with the breach. Also, make a SA version that can be fanned since slam fire shotguns are so rare these days.
