>>64661544Favorite CC gun is entirely a matter of preference. There's a whole spectrum of sizes from the slimmest pocket guns to freaks EDCing a Desert Eagle, different form factors, some people prefer revolvers, some think anything south of hard cast 10mm Auto isn't powerful enough to be useful at all while others comfortably carry a .25 ACP.In that whole spectrum a Sig 365 is pretty good. It is a relatively small and thin gun with plenty of magazine capacity and 9mm is the standard caliber. I think the metal frame on that version is adding unnecessary weight and the whole Legion thing stinks of MUH BRAND marketing gimmick that you are paying extra money for, but if you like shooting it and can carry it comfortably you do you.As far as what I think is the best carry gun, the S&W Bodyguard 2.0 is more my speed because it is absolutely tiny while still having 10-12rd capacity and being reasonably shootable. I usually pocket carry an older Ruger LCP or S&W J Frame.
>>64661771>>64661919>>64661925Not him but why wouldn't you want that extra layer of manual control if you can have it?

This is the largest ever arms package to Taiwan.Of this $11B, $4B will go towards 82 HIMARS launchers and 420 ATACMS. The ATACMS has more than enough range to hit all the ports and factories in Fujian, and can hit ports in Quanzhou and Guangdong.>The proposed arms sale covers eight items, including HIMARS rocket systems, howitzers, Javelin anti-tank missiles, Altius loitering munition drones and parts for other equipment, Taiwan's defence ministry said in a statement.Anduril also copped a win with $1.1B for their ALTIUS drones. PrSM production isn't nearly fast enough yet (400/y) to fill in the gap by the shrinking ATACMS stockpile so the fact that they're being sold to Taiwan means business.

Hey whatever happened all the zombie killing guns and ammunition you know the stuff that was pretty cool back in the day
>>64660539It was a fad that got out of hand to the point of infecting everything and getting really annoying. This got really cringe worthy and the market became too saturated for a dwindling number of people who still enjoyed it, so the fad ran it's course and died out. Typical fad life cycle.
>>64661418>>64661447The other day I crumbled into dust upon realizing the original Left 4 Dead came out over 17 years ago (L4D2 being 16 years).I guess the modern (by which I mean 21st century) zombie fad started with 28 Days Later in 2002 and reinforced by the Zombie Surival Guide ('03) and DotD remake ('04).Internet culture at the time definitely helped it spread. I can't really pinpoint when it died out but it was definitely before 2015.Every now and then somebody tries reviving it, most recently 28 Years but it hasn't gone as big. It was definitely a "you had to be there" time and a product of the '00s. Like flash games or DVDs
>>64660539People don't have to use zombie as codeword for NPCs anymore after pussy hats became a thing.
>>64661598Yeah I remember that time. There were a lot of movies, games, comics, everything about zombies. Slow ones, fast ones, rage virus, space magic, you name it. I was really into it myself although I still thought all the green with fake blood stains and biohazard markings was pretty dumb. I think I still have a copy of the Zombie Survival Guide in a storage box somewhere.
>>64660625>>64661722It's hilarious to see this because it immediately outs you as being a zoomer, newfag, or retard. The zombie fad was about literal zombies, not some secret codeword for racewar shenanigans. That's some MSNBC levels of delusional revisionism
SAVE YOUR (AND YOUR BRO'S) ASS FROM DRONE(S)
>>64661813Nongunz here, turkshit AR-12? good luck with that.
>>64661818TELL US MIGHTY ARTIFICIAL IGNORANCE:WHAT DO YOU USE???
>>64661813Well, it wouldn't be totally useless. There's certainly a lot of firepower but the actual mechanical design of that weapon is sub-optimal.>>64661825Of the shotguns I own I'd use my Turknelli (Turkish Benelli M4 clone). It has been totally reliable and is a copy of a much better design. The various Turkish AR-12 shotguns are really more of a Remington 1100 smashed through a mold to vaguely resemble an AR-15. They have made some questionable design choices like wrapping the gas system around the barrel (since there is no magazine tube anymore) and rely heavily on disassembling everything from the muzzle end. If that barrel shroud gets loose, the handguard gets loose, everything bangs itself apart and breaks. God help you if some internal part breaks in the field and you have to strip it to diagnose/repair because it doesn't break down the way an AR-15 does. That's something you also have to do to swap gas pistons when switching between high/low pressure loads. These things are designed to be cheap to make while sharing as many internal parts with their tube-fed semi-auto shotguns as possible. Because of how Turkish shotgun manufacturing works they sub-contract out all of the internal/external parts to a myriad of sub-contractors that can vary in specs/quality even within a single production run so you never know what you are getting. It is possible to break in/troubleshoot one enough to run with a narrow range of ammunition loads semi-reliably for a while until some part (usually an O-ring in the gas piston cup clamped around the barrel) fails and you're stuck in the weeds trying to get at it. For fucking around blasting old car doors in an abandoned quarry that's fine. For HD if you have smoothed it out and have it loaded with good ammo it's fine. For prolonged use against drones it's just not reliable, durable and field repairable enough. And I know this because I actually worked CS for a company that sold these things. I have many horror stories.
>>64662317which Turknelli brand did you get? Panzer?
How effective were these things? Obsidian is said to be extremely sharp and multiple edges instead of one straight blade might be extremely painful.
>>646361845 men with regular clubs could easily kill even the best armored soldier. Likely the Aztecs didn't have good efficient formation warfare, but was likely closer to tribal warfare historically seen in Australia, and still seen in Papua, where the combat starts with some spears being thrown and then becoming a bunch of 1 on 1 duels.Real formation warfare took hundreds of years to develop, medieval European formations were vastly more effective than antique phalanxes, and Early Modern Spanish soldiers far superior again compared to their Medieval counterparts.
