From low ready, i present my rifle. if im doing it right i should be in the alpha zone at .25s, break the shot, feel the dead trigger and incomplete recoil impulse indicative of lockback. with my workspace in mind, i haul ass to my war belt where my spare source of ammunition is at the ready. orchestrate magazine into the magwell at 80% of the speed i went for my spare mag, ensure my thumb is high up as my Tmag's slot engages the bolt catch, send the bolt home. break the shot. clean t zone. this is not some CQB theatric, it's to practice reloading under stress. im not going for a lightspeed reload in combat, though it would be beneifical - i am simply "doing roadwork" on the proper neural pathways to get a effortless in under stress. if i can do it in 1 second on the clock, i can do it without thinking in Combat, especially CQB,which is something i forsee myself doing quite frequently do to lots of guntube & mild schizophrenia that accumulated while thinking about guns all the time during a high stress blue collar profession. nothing is as terrifying as the beep of a shot timer

You can see this for yourself with enough ammo and a large target with any free floated barrel.
