What's your favorite / the best light/visible laser combo I can buy for a full size pistol? I recently got NV and an IR/visible laser for one of my ARs and I like it a lot for night use. I doubt a 2nd hand or worse 10+ year old PEQ-14 is as reliable as something new and reputable, which I don't know if pic related is it's just an example. So I'd prefer something new to something old and gray market like my first AR LAM.

Be careful, some strippers might take a bit of metal off.As a word of advice, Id definitely take the firing pin and extractor and all related parts off before removing the paint. It could get stuck in there an cause issues. Use plastic wood or brass implements to get any tough spots. Avoid any steel tools. This should be a pretty easy project for you, anon. Your gun will look much better and you will feel good about a nice DIY job. You totally got this.
