According the that chart I’m about a C cup. 33in under bust with 36.5 bust. I guess I’m an example of intermittent e usage. I’ve been off and on e the past couple of years, never more than 5 months at a time. A lot of its fat though as I can still feel the breast part separate and maybe only half the size. 24bmi right now but have been up and down the past couple of years. I also used to be obese in my teens and early 20s, might be related as I’ve always had moobs.

Many cis women wear the wrong size bra and I believe that mos trans women wear the wrong size bra. Most people don't even do the bend and scoop either. It makes sense though for trans women, shoulders and rib cage will be at least one full SD ahead on average overall if you compare via height. Combine this with people buying the wrong bust and band size, you'll get ridiculous sizes like 36D (the most claimed trans women bra size) when they'd be better off with a more fitting 38C or 40B. This makes even more sense after you realize most of these trans women are around 1-2 SD+ in height and height will usually but not always, have a bigger frame.For example, I'm 5'2 and wear a 32B when I'm 100-115lbs, but wear a 32C when I'm heavier. With my sister sizes, I can fit a 30D but a also a 34A/B depending on weight; this is because they are the same volume. When I wear a 32B at my current weight of 130lbs, it gives the appearance of large cleavage. This is because I'm wearing a bra too small, an old trick women have used, similar to wearing two bras, which is when you know that you're not wearing the right size. When it comes to volume, people with larger band size will require much higher cc (volume) to make it look like their breasts are filling out the bra. My 32C vs an actual real 36D would be a difference of around 200cc give or take. I would recommend looking at what x band/cup size looks like on cis women. You can tell people are wearing the wrong bra size just looking at the their band being way too tight/loose and/or empty space in the cup. It's either way too tight or too lose.I think in my 14 years of transition, I have seen maybe a handful non-BA-op trans women who are actually wearing the right sized bra, excluding the IBTC AAs/As. I kinda attribute this to bigger bust = better thinking, despite a lower bust and higher band size is the same and will fit better due to an increase on average of SD of ribs, shoulders, etc to cis women.
