Anybody on this board whose gender dysphoria had a late onset, i.e. starting post puberty or in one's 20s? Personally, I've only started being explicitly dysphoric after a random dream I had where I simply was a woman. Realizing that I was simply a woman inside that dream made me feel like the weight of the world had been lifted off my shoulders and I could properly breathe for the first time in my life. I went from 208 lbs down to 189 lbs since October. I just looked at the pic I took right before I started and it's actually insane how much fatter 20 lbs looks. Based on weight, height and activity level my daily caloric needs are around 2700. I feel much more pretty but I am saddened by my decreased performance at the gym.
