Anybody on this board whose gender dysphoria had a late onset, i.e. starting post puberty or in one's 20s? Personally, I've only started being explicitly dysphoric after a random dream I had where I simply was a woman. Realizing that I was simply a woman inside that dream made me feel like the weight of the world had been lifted off my shoulders and I could properly breathe for the first time in my life. It’s been 9 months and in the beginning, the thought of stopping HRT was scary because of how much progress I made over the years but as time has passed, I’m now developing an urge or feelings again that I felt before I started HRT; that are happening now. I need to know if this is possible to avoid and escape. I have Jesus in my life, I pray everyday, and I don’t present feminine anymore, I deleted all platforms that encourage femininity and influence, and i dropped supporting friends about it. If you have any supplements, strategies, sources, or anything that can help me rid of these feelings permanently.. I would be very grateful.
