I hate to say this but I think we all either "make it" and move on from imageboards (or maybe check back in very rarely) or we off ourselves, so the populace either gets constantly replaced by young newfags that slowly change the culture or the population declines so posts get less and less frequent but the culture stays roughly the same and the quality is higher as perceived by the populace. I'd find a nice comfy slow board and try to make some anon friends by connecting offsite for when the site dies. Maybe go back and view the archives also, 4chan has always been full of young people posting cringe and loving it then complaining in a few years as they get replaced by the new cringe.
