How the hell do you avoid leaks during the night? Even wearing a diaper cover over the top, there's always a tiny gap between my skin and the waistband at the small of my back & the leg elastic is either uncomfortably tight or too loose to hold even minor leaks, and if I wet during the night and remain asleep for a long time after the material seems permeable enough the piss soaks through a little eventually anyway. And goodness knows how you're meant to avoid leaks lying on your side. What the hell do people do?
