Hey, you can probably guess why I'm taking Zinc supplements. However, I've seen it mentioned a few places it can promote T production and reduce E receptor ability. (and maybe reduce TE conversion? is that a thing?)

However, it's also said that for AFAB it promotes E production, so I don't have much clue what it would do for MtFs…

I'm hoping you wise anons can give better info on this… for now I'm just stopping them though.

Did I hondose myself? I started taking HRT via injections 18 months ago and I was at 222 pg/ml on the 3rd month, consequently I lowered the dosage gradually to 106 pg/ml over the following 5 months because of mood swings and issues with other meds and stayed at this dosage till now, at 18 months, at which point I decided to increase it again to 150 pg/ml, I will probably increase the dosage even more in the future
My testosterone has been suppressed the entire time (0.28 ng/ml)

yes, boofing them bypasses the liver. if you find it unpleasant to take meds that way you can switch to prog injections, but they're hard to get on both diy and prescribed, just less common. you could also do sublingual prog but you'd be guinea pigging, i don't think anybody does that.

I'm switching from Valerate to Enanthate, do I need to like stay off injections and wait a while before I do the Enanthate injection - or am I fine just injecting it 7 days after my last Valerate injection?

i'd do it a bit earlier, enanthate takes like 2-3 weeks to build-up and then stay stable and having higher levels for a short while won't do anything bad

I have nothing solid to base this off of but starting prog might specifically help you get to the next stage of development or maybe even cut potential growth time in earlier stages short depending on where you're at just like high does of E to start with might

the way i went about it (and I'm getting pretty good results so far) is to be at the lower end of average weight when you start and then around 3 months start eating. estrogen basically adds on to what you already have but you don't want to start on nothing because breast tissue begins developing from fat. you're already burning fat 24/7, so once you're on hrt it's a matter of time before you get maximum results. if you want to you can bounce back and forth 10 lbs but depending on your starting point it really doesn't expedite the process all that much and you're better off just putting on the weight IMO.

It’s my first time in China so I can’t pretend I know so much. But Shanghai is a good place. Some people say people from Shanghai are more selfish. I haven’t experienced this at all personally.
My main opinion is that China is great because it’s very affordable especially if you’re coming with foreign pay. Also, so far the attitude I experienced was that as long as you have money nobody gives a fuck about regulations with regards to HRT. It’s literally just if you’re buying, someone’s selling, no questions asked, end of story. To me that’s very refreshing. Even better, they’re selling for very cheap. I mean $2 for 100 spiro tablets. Money is just not an obstacle to HRT over here, you don’t even need to worry about health insurance covering it or not because it’s so cheap you can afford it and not even notice the cost.
And of course it’s also far safer than what I expected. You really won’t have any trouble with ***youths*** in the street or anything.
