It should only take a minute once you’re used to it. I can’t quite tell your hair color, probably a medium or dark brown I’d lean dark. Nyx lift and snatch is a good pen and most micro/precision pencils are pretty much the same. Urban decay brow blade is both but also it’s a more expensive brand.

Sulphates and silicones work though they aren’t necessary and avoiding them will not magically solve any problems.

Make sure to leave the product in for 5-20 minutes so it can really work. This is also the time to use a curl brush or tangle teezer (something without fine bristles) to detangle your hair. Brush down in segments starting near the ends and working your way up. If you start at the scalp you’ll just pull all the tangles together into one big mess. This way you work them out progressively. Be gentle you should not have to pull hard that’s probably snapping hairs. Which conditioner and mask works for you depends on a lot of factors but most people don’t need anything to special here. EveNYC has some good affordable options but again most products are pretty good. If your hair is softer, shinier, and less tangled, it’s working.
