Just snapshitted Gaifu Kaisei. I expected the kit to be mediocre but it turned out to be a delicate masterpiece. The cockpit details, amount of alternate hands and heads are very nice.

>>23034265No, it's really easy to tell when bare plastic has just been matte coated, anyone who can't tell is just looking at pictures on the internet taken with shitty cameras. The plastic is rarely in the correct shade anyways, it's often just close enough to pass cursory inspection by the uninformed but still wrong. And unless it's a MG or RG probably more than 30% of the surfaces are be the completely wrong color without the stickers (which are very obvious).
