the canon lovechild of the Woundwort and Zaku 3
>>23060097is that fuckinghover equipmenton a warship
>>23060201Please understand, flight is illegal under pain of orbital strike.
>>23060201How else are you going to sail the sand seas?
>>23060177I love Monthly Mobile Machine like you wouldn't believe.Though technically it's a baby of TR plan and like a dozen other things ranging from various Zakus through Geara Dogas and even Jegan or Gustav Karl.
>>23060262>a dozen other things ranging from various Zakus through Geara Dogas and even Jegan or Gustav Karlwoundy sure gets around
>>23060406She's based like that.
It fits and you can't convince me otherwise.
>>23060177In other words, F90 and RF Series are distant cousins
>>23061187
>>23061187>>23061530Design language feels like something out of Wing, especially those binders
>>23061550Original lineart might feel more on point, though it's all by the same artist.
>>23061605Still feels like a G-unit MS. It's cool, but not UC imho
>>23061530These shoulder blocks are motherfucking drum frames.
>>23061613It looks like it belongs in late UC, something like crossbones or victory not 86. And I say this as a monoeyed gundam enjoyer
>>23060262>Geara Dogas and even Jegan or Gustav Karl. Also babies of TR plan.
>>23062303Elaborate. Only link I can see is movable frame but that's a bit of a reach
>>23062304nta but I guess because Geara Doga has some Marasai DNA in it, but that's a bit of a stretch honestly. There's definitely some links between Titans tech and Char's Neo Zeon tech but most of it comes down to taking data and personnel from the Newtype Labs. Hell, that's where Nanai came from.Jegan meanwhile is very much so making use of TR tech acquired by Anaheim, it even turns out that some parts first appeared on Barzam.Gustav Karl I'm a little lost on. It's one of SNRI's first truly new designs, and while we know some TR Plan researchers went on to work there that doesn't directly translate into Mr. Karl being connected to it.
>>23061187So is this handsome lad.
>>23062463I thought Marasai was a purely Anaheim design.>KarlThat's SNRI?
>>23061187I agree
>>23062835>>23061187HG or RG when?
>>23062833Marasai itself is an Anaheim design but it's an upgrade to Hizack which was a joint EFF/AE project. And it was sold to the Titans so they had full access to it and made their own variants too.Gustav Karl is an in-house Federation-developed MS rather than an Anaheim product, and at that point SNRI was already established as Feddie think-tank for military research.
>>23062875>and at that point SNRI was already established as Feddie think-tank for military research.Actually, I think SNRI already acted as a separate entity at that point, making Loto, forming various behind the scenes connections and being politically active.Gustav Karl was likely made by other EF affaited group, not unlike Byarlant Custom.
>>23063057I thought Byarlant custom was just made by some random Torrington mechanics as a one-off custom unit
>>23063057Loto's explicitly their product but I'm not really sure what you mean as separate entity, SNRI is by definition a Federation institute. Granted, down the line they get up to some silly things but they're hardly the entire Feddie organization like that.I admit I can't find anything right now that explicitly calls Gustav Karl a SNRI product, but if nothing else in F90FF the base and ship operated by SNRI are garrisoned entirely by Gustav Karls, not a Jegan or Heavygun in sight.Byarlant Custom was a pretty small scale project in comparison to designing a new successor to the RGM series, it was just about attempting to make use of some remaining Titans gear in a way that didn't harm Federation optics. Nothing more came of it besides the two units, whereas Gustav Karl was a significantly more widespread model.
>>23062873honestly, if D Gundam can have one then Sisquede can have a HG too. It already got a SDCS, even.Dezpada, let alone Tera-S'ono though, probably less likely. Silver lining here is that Dezpada's badass shields (which fit in perfectly with AoZ) are mostly made of existing parts so now that the idea is there building them yourself isn't impossible.
>>23063129I think I know some of those words...
>>23063129>literally just stick GM III's missiles into and onto Mk-II's shield>then make it fancier for the high spec suit with beam guns, thrusters and psy rodsIt's perfect.
>>23065165I really like this
>>23065165I don't get it
>>23065296It's a Barzam II wothHazel limbs
>>23065302isn't that just the Titans Barzam II? what's this Haze thing I'm seeing?
>>23065308head and weapons are different
>>23065296tl;dr: fanmade design for a TR-6 form that replicates the functionality of TR-S as of of verification which one should become the culmination of the TR Plan's goals.
>>23065311>>23065312still don't quite get it? what does it do that the BZII doesn't?
>>23065317Barzam II is the practical application of this prototype
>>23065317It's a fanmande earlier design to sell more cool robot kits. Basically a middle step between Barzam and Barzam II. In fact, this is practically a Barzam Refine II
>>23065165I need other barzam ii
>>23065339You need to finish your TR-S first
luv me Kestrel, simple as
>>23067466Everything that carries the Advance of Zeta moniker other than Flag of Titans and ReBoot might as well not even exist, it feels. No one ever talks about or makes fanart. Not even that highly autistic Chinese fan circle seems to acknowledge it.
>>23067510anon?
>>23067510Some art pops up from time to time, but it is rare. Not much to speak of on model kit front since it's just two Dengeki appendices and nothing else since then. Bandai had the gall to do an apirl's fools HG Kestrel announcement, even. The first main reason for that I think is FoT's TR Plan is set up mostly as prototypes for suits we already know. It's a large, sprawling project with many iterations and variations. Meanwhile vast majority of TtD suits are themselves off shoots, one-shots and failed prototypes, they're already at the dead-end stage. The appeal is seeing them be put into action all the same - grabbing some abandoned project's prototype parts and sticking them on that GM and Hizack. Still, it's not like it's totally forgotten. MS Bible mook series consistently included them in relevant tomes, not every manga series has that....the other major factor is that it's been on hiatus for a decade due to writer's health. No idea how he's doing now, he doesn't even have a jp wikipedia article.
>>23067808The problem is that these "failed prototypes" are always presented as super viable and way beyond everything else, and they give very flimsy excuses for not being adopted. Meanwhile, all the mainline AoZ stuff is very clearly just stepping stones into MS that did get adopted
>>23067808Magaki, the mecha artist for Kestrel and others is still active at least. He posts some AoZ art every once in a while in addition to other mecha. Also girls with huge tits.
>>23067813please explain how a Hizack with a cool head is beyond anything else. Not to mention that sheer combat performance isn't even top three most important factors.
>>23067825NTA, but I don't think he meant stuff like Gundams, MAs and custom Gabthleys and Asshimar, rather than not-Karaba's modified suits, which aside from Wagtail weren't anything special and Wagtail itself got outclassed quite a few times.
>>23068221I mean, Kestrel/Gullinbursti is a perfect example of " sheer combat performance isn't even top three most important factors", that thing just isn't viable unless you're a cyber newtype. The only reason unit 1 was put into actual combat after multiple test pilots failed to operate it was because the protag is literally built different (has a congenital above average resistance to G-forces). Meanwhile didn't have such luck and sat out the Gryps Conflict and First NZ War as a lab test suit.
>>23067808>...the other major factor is that it's been on hiatus for a decade due to writer's health. The manga has been, but the novel it adapts is complete.
>>23068312>because the protag is literally built different (has a congenital above average resistance to G-forces)Humanity must evolve into Yazan after all...
Tonight I had a dream. A third party manufacturer made a High Mobility Galbaldy kit using the HG Galbaldy Beta as a base. Even if Bandai has forsaken us, there is still hope.I won't say I'm Nostradamus, but the HG Woundwort was announced mere days after I first got into Advance of Zeta. So hold fast high mobility brethren.
>>23070057Now dream about a regular update schedule
Only tangentially related but I love The O Cross.
>>23070541The heck is this?
>>23070541Ok, but how could this monster fit into the TR plan?
>>23070541how the fuck can you have subarms when you dont even have regular arms2/10It sucked as a final crossover boss and did nothing interesting before it exploded.
>>23070586Scirocco's BBEG suit in the finale of UC Engage Axis crossover arc, fighting Amuro, Kamille, Judau, Haman and Char at once.>>23070590Well ya boy cooked it up in UC 0093 so who's to say really
>>23070590It might be a reference to Zeta novels, where The O is described as firing beams from all parts of the body.
>>23070595looks cool, what can it do? It looks like the "arms" unfold or extend in some way. Is there a full The O under the armor or are the limbs replaced?
>>23070609https://x.com/gundam_uce/status/1883839942016815142it has very big beams and a fuck ton of missiles, that's about all I can say for sure. Near as I can tell it doesn't do anything else ingame but there's definitely space for some subarms in there. I hope Ishigaki posts some drafts of it, that'd help.
>>23070612Huh. I guess the "hinges" on top of the shoulder armor are cosmetic
Not even the craziest The O relative desu
>>23070541The O but turned into a giant fortress, hm?
