Luker, not the same anon that bought the bootleg G-line.I've been buying a ton of bootlegs from aliexpress recently just to see how good they are. The quality ranges from parts that did not come out right because the plastic they used didn't fill the mold all the way to basically bandai grade. Just gonna list out the bootlegs i got and what I would rate them.G line - 5/5 mold and felt exactly the same as bandaiF90 - 2/5 it's barely passable. The castings they did have a lot of shallow details and some parts are just molded incorrectly or sized too small so they fall out. Woundwort/Hazel II - 4/5 basically the same as the bandai kit minus the arm joints being too loose. Painting the kits fixes these issues.Lfrith Jiu - 4/5 This was the only kit ive worked on so far where a piece was not molded all the way, thankfully it was only the piece that was an extra handle for the arm so i just made my old out of plaplate.Lfrith Anavata - 4/5 same deal, almost exactly the same quality as bandai kits. However this was my second bootleg that i didnt bother painting which revleaed micro cracks in the plastic itself after i used some panel liner. These cracks were present before i used the liner and only showed up after it filled the cracks. I will post pics showing what i mean.

You can easily just paint the kits beforehand and then detail them to avoid this issue. Overall i think bootleg kits are worth it if you were looking for a specific kit without spending pbandai prices. The main thing is just expect to do a bit extra work cutting parts to fit correctly or fixing details and such. Some stores offer free shipping if you buy over 99 yuan which is indicated by a green bus icon (Although idk if that applies to the US), hope this helps!

So just find the decal guide for the official kit and eyeball it.But in general even the official waterslides guides are a suggestion, because they (mostly) never appeared in the actual animated work. There's nothing stopping you from putting the decals on in a manner that you like, ignoring the guide altogether.
