Is there a spray booth that doesn't need to connect to a window or anything like that? My current setup is decent in terms of ventilation and I have a respirator and normal fan so fumes aren't really a problem, but I'd like to have a clean and well-lit area to paint in, especially something like a lightbox. Thought about getting some magnifiers with a light like the dude from Toy Story but I figure having an area at least partially isolated from dust would be helpful too. Any recommendations?

In normal or low light, it's a deep purple and with a flash or in bright light it turns a deep blue. The funnel decals won't match anymore so I'm deciding whether I want to try masking and airbrushing the gradient on. I've never attempted anything like this with two coats and chances are it won't turn out great. The main white parts are going to be a pearl white.

Does anybody want/need the head/limb runners for the MG Hyaku Shiki 2.0? The Kai version comes with enough spare parts to make a whole extra head, arms, legs and some parachute backpack parts. I have thought up two solutions.First is to just paint after the matte top coat on the rest of the kit. It will be a bit shinier as a bonus. Downside is I would frequently need to dismantle the head to paint it.Second just works for the eyes, but some kits come with both the eye stickers with black mask, but also a clear mask made to use with separate stickers below it. I could paint the eyes, then use the clear sticker to protect the paint. I'm not sure if this would end up looking better than just the stickers though.Thoughts?

The doses found aren't high enough to outright cause you harm, even over time, but if you're a nail tech or you work in a factory that does produce them then you have a substantially higher risk. Then comes the issue of where this shit gets dumped after when it doesn't sell or what is left of the cleanup. Same applies for hobby paints. Various paints have gone through this over time. It's up to the companies to come up with new solutions. Japanese companies probably won't give a fuck for now because they only care about the local market and the Japanese government aren't exactly on the forefront of product regulation. There has been rumblings of it happening, which is why GSI Creos has been working on less toxic & water soluble paint lines, but like with anything in Japan the timeline is so long that it's decades away.
