My friend with an embroidery machine hasn't replied in a while, does anyone here have one? I need one for a Secret Santa gift. For Fluttershy's eyes and cutie mark.

I do not have the embroidery files. Do I just buy them off Etsy?

And I printed my pattern on normal-sized computer paper so do I just get a ruler and measure the pattern area?

Someone who did that at MF2 did this: Shove into a packing box together with your checkin bag, and check-in as oversized luggage. Ended up about the same cost as shipping the lifesize by UPS.
Prepping a vacuum bag might be good if you want to reduce volume a bit so you can fit the lifesize in a smaller bag/box
>>
>>41653252
Is it worth paying the oversize fee when a bag exceeds 62 inches when transporting an LS plushie if you're considering getting one before a con? Or should i get a large plush (36 in length) instead, which you can bend the legs in a regular large suitcase?
>>
>>41653326
It comes down to if you want an LS or not. You're not going to have that many options if you want to bring it home if you go by air. It's very case by case as shipping vs oversize fee will probably depend on your specific situation.
A 30'-ish plush is not the same as an LS in the end, but it's way less hassle to get home by air.

It actually could’ve have been a lot cheaper for me to ship it, but I would’ve had to ship it cross country and I had gotten a box a size too large since I didn’t realize how much the plushie could actually fold and compress down
If you get a properly sized box, it’d probably be way cheaper to ship it

Been on Aliexpress for the sale, saw some figures I'm not familiar with

Kayou Figures
aliexpress.com/item/1005008052955121.html
aliexpress.com/item/1005007767539227.html
Miniso figures
aliexpress.com/item/1005007974270384.html

Anyone got these, or know where they're from, and if they're worth buying? Are there more in the series?
The Miniso seem to be knockoffs, but the figures themselves actually look quite good. The Kayou have those two series, I don't know if there are more but I like them a lot so I hope so?
I can't tell the size or find a lot of information/pics about them. Are they rubber? Worth it?

Oh thank you, must have missed it
I thought the Miniso ones were fake given some of the props.

Are there any closer looks or does anyone have any? Wondering if it's worth picking up the sets of any of the 3, or if there are other figures.
I recently ordered the Kwistal Fwenz Gala figures but figures seem harder to come by these days. I have too many and no space for them but then I see new series like this and it's too tempting.
I sort of wonder if, had I known these existed I'd have gone for these Gala figures instead of the Kwistal Fwenz Gala figures, esp since i have the original Kwistal Fwenz set

I was kinda pissed using DHL for my previous order. I'm ordering from Canada, but on my first order with Symbiote there was a USPS option which handed the package over to Canada Post and got here fine without additional costs. Using DHL for my last order had a higher base shipping cost for fewer plushies, and I got hit with an extra C$40 in import + customs clearance fees I didn't get last time.

Why does China put more than 5 minutes into making good merch?
>>41657624
What's worse putting it on the public floor or adding up all the cum that has been in/on it?
>>
>>41656804
i like the artstyle, its cute and reminiscent of a vintage children's picture book.
afiak, alot of chinese manufactures have caught on to the popularity of mlp and the demand for merchandise is high in asian countries. miniso blind boxes are also popular so theyre just following what works, if you shuffle through aliexpress or taobao youll find a handful of unofficial mlp blind boxes like these
>>
>>41660374
DHL sucked ass the last time I used them, but the stuff did eventually get to me. I would've chosen p much any other option, had there been one.

Is MLP big in China? Because I can't find much information about these at all but they look to be good quality. I don't know whether to get figures from all 3, been trying to find better looks of them online to no avail
