Hey fuckers - I've been recording a bit on bass and I'm finding my Ray34 is too aggressive into the mix, even when I'm trying to lay off. Nice for practice or when there's more focus on bass, but it's too much. I used to have an old Ibanez shitbox PJ starter bass that I loved the tone on, and I want another PJ. I've landed on the Fender Aerodyne, I like what I hear in people playing them, but they're so unavailable to practice because they're rare. Anyone have any opinions on it?
