It’s a Christmas miracle, I got the Mig 50 running, turns out it was just a bad tube. I considered only replacing the one but don’t want to deal with this again any time soon down the road so I just got a matched set of 4 and put two freshies in. Pretty damn elated right now, I was expecting it to be worse. Holy fuck that amp is loud, I tested it without hooking up the attenuator and channel 1 with volume at 2 and everything else at 12 o’clock had fixtures rattling and I could feel it in my gonads. Can’t wait to try out the new Kilt pedal through it.
Any of you guys recommend any compression gloves that work okay while playing guitar? I apparently have raynaud's disease (cold feet and hands) and playing guitar has really been kind of difficult recently.
