I was riding in just leather gloves last winter and it works alright for short trips, but this time I bought liner gloves at my local Decathlon and I have hand guards now, so I'm hoping it will be better, but it's still barely cold enough for long johns, so I can't test yet. The weather went up from a freezing 69* to a brisk 70* so I went for a ride. My crankcase vapor box fix held up, and my new helmet is awesome. It's the best helmet I've owned (1 of 2). Replaced my five year old $150 Icon with a Shoei. It's crazy how much of a difference having comfortable gear makes. It also fits my head which is a plus.
