GS1000 finally back on the road after a lotta work. Feels like an actual big bike, unlike the GS750 I had before this that is essentially the same exact bike. Except the 750 felt like a heavy 600. Can you trust blue book values for used motorcycles? I was looking for a used Transalp near me, and blue book value for a 2024 model wasn't even $1k under MSRP. The used market within range of me is kind of shit, but I saw a 2024 model with 20k miles on it for roughly that amount. But 20k miles in 1-2 years seems like a well ridden bike given the mean is 5k a year in the States.

And he never followed up with me on that either which I assumed was because he thought I was too slow and too old to ride with.
