For example every Radio Song was about me etc. Believe me, it's not and now, after I've been over IT for a few years, it just feels so cringe lmao. You gotta hurry though, the longer you live with this, the Harder it is to get Out of it. You'll maybe lose some of your primary personality.In the end, the cure for me was trying to objectify my thoughts and trying to evaluate every thought-chain so that I could identify which one makes me ruminate. You have to actively Cut These thoughts Off and think about Something else. Takes some time to get used to IT but IT worked and in the end it's just Repetition, IT becomes automatic. I never ruminate anymore and all signs of psychosis are Long gone.Oh you also have to keep believing in the process, it will eventually Work.tl;dr get psychiatric help fren
