With the Supreme Kai of Time Chronoa dethroned, the Demon God Dumplin beaten, and Karn's whole family now able to live in his timeline, things have been looking up for the Saiyan General. But all good things can't last forever. And when conflicts arise between deities, mortals are inevitably caught in the crossfire. Does Karn, the Berserker God possess the strength to protect his family, people, world and reality from their fickle nature? Or are the beings above mortal ken also beyond mortal reproach? This outcome may be up to you.

You the players control Karn, wielder of the mighty Berserker Soul. Granting him the power to fight against gods and other divine beings, to resist their influence and strengths. From his lowly beginnings as a Saiyan Brawler with a sub-3000 powerlevel in Age 733, only a few years into his time as a member of the PTO, he has now become the strongest Saiyan of his time. With the power of the Berserker God, combined with That Which Should Not Be and having devoured a soul born of the Abyss itself, his strength is now unlike anything before seen in his reality. But will this newfound strength be enough to overcome the threats headed his way? Only time will tell, your choices can spell the difference between success and failure.

Previously on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

The second Universe 6 vs 7 tournament began, Karn and Freeza battling the Sixth's Saiyans while King Cold and Cooler challenged Hit and his children and Captain Ginyu challenging the rest. After besting their Saiyans, Freeza left Karn to join his father, while Karn went to assist his own children. And after intense fighting, Hit had managed to eliminate the entire Cold Clan in the competition, while Karn and his family with the ever-reliable Captain Ginyu had wrapped up the rest of the Sixth. Leaving the assassin all alone. And after denying Chaya's requested one-on-one, the battle was swift, the team tactics pushing the assassin from the ring. But Grand Zen-Oh wasn't yet satisfied, leading to a follow-up exhibition between Tomitsu and Kefla, the fusion of the Sixth Universe's Kale and Caulifla. And as we rejoin Karn, Tomitsu has just unleashed a power you've never seen from them before.

“Gwrooooaaaaaarr!!” Tomitsu bellows, their massive Golden Oozaru form roaring defiantly in challenge at the tiny Sixth Universe's fusion.
“Heh heh, so you Seventh Saiyans really do turn into monkeys!” Kefla calls, blazing her aura even higher and catching the twins' attention immediately. “Alright, let's see what you've got! Hit me with your best shot!”
“GRRRRROOOOAAAAAA!!” Tomitsu bellows, the two fusions once more rushing each other and slamming their vastly differently-sized fists into each other's. Shock waves blast out from the impact, you hearing several shouts of worry and fear, mainly from the other stands. Kefla, clearly weighing far less and having less mass behind her punch is knocked back, slamming down to the arena below despite stopping the hit. Tomitsu then bellows out, pounding their chest defiantly to the sky a moment.

“Damn, that's some power.” Kefla shouts, exploding back off the ground back at Tomitsu. “But I'm not gonna LOSE! HAAAAA!!”

Again they clash, and again Kefla is knocked back. Over and over the two clash, each time Kefla getting sent far further than the fused twins. But as Kefla continues her assault, you notice that Tomitsu is also getting pushed back. Little by little, but the twins are being pushed ever-so-slightly closer to the barrier with each clash. Leaving you wondering if they're aware of this themselves?

“This isn't good, both of their energies are unstable.” Meloka mutters, you turning curiously to your wife. Who, feeling your stares looks back, then gestures back to the fight. “Kefla's Berserker power is resisting the Potara, I can feel the strain in that energy from here. But the twins' power is also fluctuating wildly, they can't keep this going for much longer.”
“So, this fight will come down to which fusion lasts longer?” Freeza asks, you shaking your head. “Hrmm? What is it Karn?”

“That's only one possibility.” you say as the two warriors clash again, Kefla not getting knocked back as far while Tomitsu slides back a bit further than before, the smaller warrior adjusting to compensating for the mass disparity with each strike. “But this match may end before either fusion fails.”
“What are you...? I see.” Freeza says, you seeing the realization dawn in his eyes. He recognizes Kefla's 'strategy', such that it is. With both contestants power fluctuating, it might be the only shot of this battle reaching an ending that isn't powering down.

But do you warn Tomitsu? Or let the battle play out on its own?
>Call out to Tomitsu, but don't reach out telepathically. If they hear you they hear you, but you're not going to telepathically coach them
>Telepathically warn Tomitsu of Kefla's plan, warn them of what their opponent is trying to do if they aren't already aware
>Don't say anything but keep observing. If they fail here, this will be a good lesson for the future

It's not like we wouldn't give them a heads-up like this in a real fight.

I wonder if they could be offset by shrinking. Sure, you'd probably lose some power and mass, but being overall more dense would probably make up for that.

If it was a battle to the death I could see Karn doing something but this is a duel for Zen-Oh's entertainment. We can give them a rundown after the fact but in the moment this is their fight to win or lose.

“So, are you going to warn them?” Freeza asks, you shaking your head.
“No. This battle's just for fun, not for any stakes.” you answer as Tomitsu punches Kefla back away once more, sliding back another yard or two themselves from the clash. “If this were more critical I'd warn them, but if they lose due to ring out it will teach them to pay more attention to their surroundings.”

“Hmm. Always the teacher, I see.” Freeza replies, watching on as the two fusions continue clashing. But as they continue fighting their powers continue fluctuating wildly. And after over a minute, Tomitsu nearly pushed back to the barrier, you feel it. Tomitsu's power dips dramatically as Kefla flies towards them once more. Your fusion child draws their right back, only for their entire body to flash a blindingly bright gold. And as the flash ends, you see that Tomitsu's reverted back out of their Golden Oozaru form. Their fusion turned back to base form. “Oh?”

“Wh-What?!” Tomitsu exclaims, looking down at their hands in confusion. “Shit, am I out of time already?”
“Heh heh, looks like you're finished!” Kefla shouts, her own power dropping as well. But she remains in her Super Saiyan Three form despite her strength dipping severely as she readies herself then charges. “I-! WIIIIIIIN!!”

Kefla charges the twins, but as she closes in Tomitsu's power changes once more. You watch as a golden line glows straight down their middle, then right as Kefla's fist is about to strike Tomitsu splits! Tatsu and Tomi go in different directions, to either side of Kefla as the fused warrior charges through where they were.

“Whaaa-?!” Kefla exclaims as she soars through the sudden opening, dashing straight past your children. Unable to stop herself in time, she slams into the barrier at speed, vanishing upon contact. Instantly she reappears in the Sixth Universe's section, looking around in confusion. “Huh? What? How did I get...?”
“Well, what an... Interesting conclusion to the match.” the attendant to Grand Zen-Oh says, Kefla defusing a second later back into Kale and Caulifla. “While Tatsu and Tomi are still in the ring, Kefla was the last fusion still in the fight. What do you think, Grand Zen-Oh?”

“That was a great fight. I had fun.” the god of everything says, smiling down at you all. “I really enjoyed this tournament, and cannot wait for the next one.”
“Yeah, I can't wait either!” Chaya shouts out in agreement, Zen-Oh turning its unnerving gaze, one that reminds you of a certain Demon God you conquered on your daughter. “Next time let's get even more universes involved!”
“More universes? Hmmmm.” Zen-Oh says, clearly thinking her words over. “That could be fun.”

“A grander tournament could be quite something. We'll work out the details later, but congratulations to the Seventh Universe for winning this competition.” his attendant says, taking control of the conversation once more. “But for now, we shall be taking our leave.”
“Thank you for gracing us with your presence, Grand Zen-Oh!” both Beerus and Champa shout, rising up to their feet and bowing at the waist to the god above all.
“Mmmm. Bye for now.” Zen-Oh says, and with a flash he, the attendant, and his personal bodyguards all vanish. Leaving you all alone with the Sixth Universe's beings. Beerus and Champa sigh out in relief almost simultaneously as well, the tension leaving the air. It's over.

But what now? What do you do?
>Approach Hit with Chaya, see about getting a fight with just the two of them set up for later. You did promise her, after all

You leave the stands behind, flying over towards Tatsu and Tomi. Your elder twins are still hovering around where they'd first defused against the Sixth Universe's fusion warrior, you flying over to them. They turn from their conversation to you as you approach, both twins looking happy.

“Well done, both of you.” you say, stopping by them and placing a hand on each shoulder. “All of you. Excellent work.”
“Thank you.” Tatsu and Tomi both say, almost perfectly in sync. Then they both glance to each other, reaching out and grabbing their hands. And, with a familiar third voice speak. “We appreciate it.”
“You all did well. But I do have to ask: was your fusion splitting on purpose?” you ask the three of them, glancing from Tatsu to Tomi. “Or did your fusion run out at just that time?”

“Well, it was planned.” Tatsu tells you, looking from Tomi to you. “We knew we were about out of time, once we powered down out of our Golden Oozaru form.”
“And when that happened, we knew the fusion was finished.” Tomi continues, your daughter's voice far more confident than when she and Tatsu had left for Planet Yardrat. “So we held it together, keeping our fusion together until the last second. And then-”
“Clever. I wasn't sure if the two of you knew what Kefla's plan was, as she was pushing you back.” you tell them, reaching up and ruffling the twins' hair. “Very well done.”

“What is she doing?” Tomi suddenly asks, you and Tatsu turning to follow her gaze to see Chaya approaching the Sixth Universe's assassin Hit. Who turns to her, listening to her as she makes her proposition. And, to all of your surprise, he actually seems to smirk. They both reach out, shaking hands before they both turn to Champa's assistant Vados. “Don't tell me...”
“Guess she didn't need my help after all.” you say with a smirk, knowing she's very excited to test her Super Saiyan Blue power against the assassin. Meanwhile, the Sixth Universe's Destroyer is growing rapidly more irritated by the minute.

“Grrrrr! That's it! Vados, we're leaving!” Champa shouts angrily. “Get us out of here!”
“Of course, Lord Champa.” Vados says with a teasing bow, tapping her staff on the ground. Summoning her universe's cubic ship over by them, the Destroyer angrily stomping towards it.
“Come on losers, get in already. I want to be out of here in less than a minute!” he shouts, stepping up to the cube. But, before he can get inside, Beerus calls out.

“Come now, brother. Don't you want to stay and enjoy the aftermath of the battle?” Beerus asks, you glancing over to see the Seventh Universe's Destroyer smirking smugly. “Besides, you owe me a final Super Dragon Ball, remember?”
“Tch. The final ball is where the last tournament took place.” he snarls angrily. “The Nameless Planet, that was the last ball. Now leave me alone.”

And without another word Champa storms into his cube, not looking back and sitting in the furthest corner, crossing his arms. His Universe's competitors follow him inside, Caulifla shouting something you can't quite make out at your daughter before getting in, Cabba bowing apologetically after her before going in as well. The final member of the Sixth to enter is Hit, who had been talking with your daughter and ignoring his Destroyer's tantrum. The two then part ways, Hit putting his hands in his pockets and entering the cube before Vados floats up atop it, the cube vanishing in a flash of rainbow light as you and the twins return to the floating platform. Where Beerus seems eager to address you all.

“Well, I'd like to say well done to you all. But, I will say most of you did well.” Beerus says, purposefully not looking towards the Cold Clan as he says this. “I must admit, with Meloka not participating, I was worried how competent the rest of you would turn out to be. But, well done.”
“Yes, quite a display. Grand Zen-Oh did seem quite pleased.” Whis adds in. “And since you all are at least partially responsible, would you all like to accompany us in acquiring the final Super Dragon Ball? It has been quite a few millennia since Zalama's divine dragon Super Shenron was last summoned, it is something you may never get the chance to witness this again.”

Well? What do you say?

“Well, I suppose we could go and see this Divine Dragon. What do you think?” you ask, turning to your Stand as it materializes around your right arm. “Want to see another divine dragon?”
“I would be lying if I said I wasn't curious.” Divine Dragon Force answers, you seeing Caulifla's blue stand nodding along. Even Okira's Imagine Dragon seems interested, your younger children all very eager to see it.
“It's been a few years since I last saw it.” Towa says, you noticing Beerus' ear twitch towards her at this, but the Destroyer chooses to ignore this. Instead he turns to Whis, who nods wordlessly and taps his staff on the floating stand as well. The cube you all'd arrived here in suddenly just appears at the edge of the floating platform, the angel taking control.

“Alright everyone, if you would please board in an orderly fashion.” the angel jovially commands. “Next stop: the nameless planet that wasn't a planet after all.”
“Well, this will be something.” King Cold says, rising up to his feet. You all file into the cube after Beerus, and once you all are inside Whis waves his staff, causing the floating stages, barrier, and all remnants of what was crafted for the battle to vanish from the planet's surface. Leaving behind the broken craters, Whis getting atop the cube and the world outside its space goes white. Blurring into motion so quickly you can't quite tell which direction the cube is moving, leaving you to assume it is moving in the direction the angel above is facing. Looking around, you see where everyone has moved to, the older twins talking to the younger ones, both of who seem eager to talk to their older counterparts. Future Chaya is talking with an excited Chaya, your current timeline daughter holding one of Vox's cameras you hadn't noticed until now. Your wife is speaking with Megumin, daughter-in-law holding your grandson while your wife holds your granddaughter. Everyone is talking casually and relaxed, leaving you to relax as well. Sitting down right where you'd been standing, only to quickly become surrounded.

“Captain Ginyu. Impressive work, breaking through Hit's technique like that.” you tell him, Ginyu beaming proudly. “I didn't know it could be broken into.”
“I've learned quite a lot about my power over the last year or so.” the captain replies, only to be interrupted by Recoome.
“And our Captain isn't even fighting at one hundred percent today.” the large, redheaded man adds in, drawing your attention.
“What?” you ask him, turning your focus from him back to Ginyu. “What does he mean?”

“He means that part of me is still back on King Cold's planet. Like this.” Ginyu says, splitting himself into two identical Captain Ginyu before you. “Unlike with the Multiform technique, I can spit myself as many times as I want without my power taking any noticeable hit to do so. Each body seemingly possesses my full power and abilities, and can operate individually.”
“Then why did you leave part of yourself behind?” you ask him, curious. “Wouldn't it have been better to be at full power for this?”

“Yes, it would. However, being asleep and sleeping through the duration of the tournament would have been no help.” Ginyu says, briefly explaining the longer sleep cycle of this body. How it can go months without sleep, but then crashes and requires days if not weeks of continues, uninterruptible deep sleep. Which does sound like quite the weakness, until Ginyu explains further about how he can split himself. “The short version is, right before heading down here I took my exhaustion and sleepiness, put it all into one body and left it behind to sleep. That way I could still participate and help out, even though I 'should' currently be asleep.”

“Isn't that sort of... Dangerous?” you ask, unsure what other word would even come close to sufficient. To which the captain chuckles.
“Don't worry about me, when we get back I'm combining back with myself and sleeping for at least a week.” the captain replies, you talking with the Ginyu Force and catching up with them as the final Super Dragon Ball is claimed, Whis steering the cubic ship back to Beerus' planet. It takes quite a while to make the trip, you losing yourself in conversation with the Force. Telling them about your children, each of them telling you of their lives. Recoome has a girlfriend now, one he's eager to bring around sometime when the missions lighten up on the East Quadrant. But as the world outside the cube begins returning to normal, you find yourself floating outside a rather strange place. It looks like an inverted pyramid made of some dark purple substance, a single massive tree at the center on the flat side raised up towards the sky with leafless branches, reminding you faintly of some sort of grasping hand. Floating nearby are the Super Dragon Balls, each one massive and seemingly dwarfing the God of Destruction's home itself.

“Good to be home.” Beerus says as the cube touches down atop the same level as the tree, landing out in the forest as he flies up through the cubic barrier to stand beside Whis. “Shall we begin?”
“Whenever you're ready.” the angel says, then turns back to you all. “Do not be alarmed, but this dragon's summoning is known to cause panic in.... Lesser races.”
“Good thing we're not lesser races then, let's do this!” Chaya says eagerly, no doubt eager for the show. “Let's see this 'Divine Dragon'!”

“Whis, if you would.” Beerus asks, the angel nodding. Tapping its staff twice on the barrier itself, all seven orbs moving into place around the planet. They begin circling above, Whis moving them into a pattern before speaking some jibberish language.
“The language of gods.” Divine Dragon Force mutters, you glancing down to your Stand to see it staring intently at the orbs above. Whis finishes the incantation, then all the stars on the orbs start glowing with radiant crimson light. The light intensifies, then golden lightning begins crackling between the seven planet-sized orbs. Each orb is bathed in blinding golden light, forcing you all to shield your eyes. And as the light fades, you lower your arms, revealing the curled up form of the divine dragon.
“Incredible.” Divine Dragon Force says, and at your Stand's words the massive, impossibly huge dragon's eyes open.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=93JsZbpH10g

“GWRRRRRROOOOOAAAAAAAAAARRR!!” the massive dragon bellows, eyes radiating beams of crimson light as the transparent sphere around it cracks then shatters. “GRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAA!!”
“Hold on, is that thing growing?” King Cold asks, as sure enough the divine dragon's size begins expanding. It grows more massive by the second as it breaks free of the transparent 'cage', devouring you all as it continues expanding. Reality shifts once inside the massive beast, spirals of blue and golden light surround you as you all fly by what seem to be miniature universes, down deeper into the depths where the spiraling blue and golden lights converge. And in a flash, the feeling of movement stops, you all coming face-to-face with the core of the beast. A smaller visualization of the dragon, relatively.

“What is it saying?” Broly asks, sounding a bit worried.
“I would believe it is asking us to make our wish, isn't that correct?” Freeza asks, turning to Beerus. Who doesn't acknowledge Freeza's question, the Destroyer seemingly lost in thought.
“Karn. I wish to have words with this other being.” your Stand says, turning to you. “May I?”

Well? How do you respond to that kind of question?
>Fly up and out of the cube to stand by Whis, raising your Stand as close to the titanic beast's core as you can. If Whis can stand there it should be fine for you too

“Help yourself, act as you see fit here.” you tell your Stand, walking up to the edge of the cube nearest the giant dragon and lifting your right arm. Divine Dragon Force begins stretching out from you, Beerus turning his gaze from the otherworldly being towards you and your Stand.
“Hold on, what are you two doing?” he asks you, taking a step closer. But before he reaches you, your Stand speaks. It also speaks that gibberish language, yet somehow you understand it is asking the much larger divine dragon a question. In response, the massive dragon's avatar leans down, staring at your Stand with a massive eye. Bathing you in that crimson light, blocking out everything outside the glow. The divine dragon speaks, again you not understanding the words but getting the feeling through your Stand that it has clearly noticed Divine Dragon Force. Then, all of a sudden, you feel an irresistible pull. Taking your feet off the ground and pulling you towards the giant.

“Shit!” you exclaim, trying to resist the pull. You feel yourself getting pulled out of the barrier into the void, and with a snarl transform into your base Berserker form. Immediately the light around you intensifies, the heat scorching as the light condenses around your right arm. The agony is intense, like submerging your entire arm into molten rock, but then the sensation stops. Instead, you feel that light burn through you, severing your right arm! “Gyaaaaaah?!”

Tearing your arm free the other divine dragon pulls your right arm, and your Stand along with it up to itself as you fall back, clutching at your shoulder and gritting your teeth to avoid screaming out in pain. Pandemonium erupts inside the cube, Caulifla rushing over to you. But then she stops, you seeing her glance over to Chaya uncertainly. Or, rather, what's left of your daughter's blue tail with worry.

“I-I'm fine.” you tell her through gritted teeth, forcing yourself to stand back up while clutching your shoulder to staunch the flow of blood. “Divine Dragon Force! Are you okay?”

Silence greets your call, your voice faintly echoing through the void inside this dragon. A few moments later the light re-envelops you, your Stand and arm drifting backwards back to you. Once it's close enough to the outside of the cube you release your stump, reaching out with your left and grabbing onto your arm. Dragging it and Divine Dragon Force back inside, collapsing to your back.

“Sorry to make you all worry.” you apologize as Meloka takes your arm, positioning it in the proper place as Caulifla quickly chants, readying her healing miracle. “You alright?”

But Divine Dragon Force doesn't answer, its eyes blazing with the same crimson light as the massive divine dragon's. You hope your Stand is okay.

“Now then, now that you all have had your fun.” Beerus says, coughing to clear his throat before speaking. He speaks in that same, unfamiliar language, Whis repeating what he said once the Destroyer finishes talking. The dragon's eyes flash even brighter red, bathing the entire cube in its light as your injury is healed by Caulifla's icy cool magic. Then, with a final burst of light that makes you all shield your eyes it's gone. The dragon's titanic form replaced with the seven Super Dragon Balls once more. And as one they all blast away in different directions, leaving you all alone floating over the Destroyer's world once more. Beerus turns, looking at your still-emerald-glowing blood all over the interior of his cube. “I hope you clean up after yourselves.”

“That won't be a problem, Lord Beerus.” Towa says, conjuring a rather large beaker. And with a wave of her god-slaying spear all of your blood outside your body rises up into a current, twisting through the air and filling the container. Which she stoppers, and with a flourish of her hand causes to vanish entirely. “I take it this will be satisfactory to you?”
“Yes, that will do.” he replies, then leans his head back and yawns. “Whis, I'm feeling tired. Take the mortals back home, if you would.”
“Of course, Lord Beerus.” the angel replies with a bow as without another word Beerus leaps from the cube, flying down lazily towards his world's giant tree down below. One that, upon closer examination seems to have windows cut out of it. Does the cat-like Destroyer live in a giant tree? “Next stop, Planet New Salda.”

And with another tap of his staff the world outside the cube becomes a blur, turning to all-white as even light and dark cannot keep up with its speed.

“What happened?” Meloka asks you worriedly.
“When it started pulling me out of the cube, I tried to resist. And it seems that it didn't like that very much.” you say, looking down at your right arm. Where Divine Dragon Force lays limply, eyes closed but still radiating that crimson light from behind its eyelids. Which is mildly concerning, something to talk about with it whenever your Stand awakens. But it's never fallen unconscious or anything like it while still being present in this reality, making you wonder what exactly happened to it? “But what I do know is that thing is strong. For just a moment our powers clashed and it is strong. Stronger than anything in this reality, maybe even stronger than Mechikabura.”

“Hmph. Super Shenron is quite powerful, but Lord Mechikabura is as strong as Zalama now.” Towa says, you turning your head towards her. As you do, you notice Whis also turn, staring hard at Towa for just an instant. For a moment you wonder if you imagined it, as before you'd even finished turning he was standing as he'd been before, showing no indication he'd turned. But you can't escape the feeling that he is VERY INTENTLY listening to what Towa says. “With his power, he could even create a new set of Super Dragon Balls. As I'm sure you remember, when he recharged the ones from his timeline.”

“Now that you mention it, I do remember him doing that.” you reply, wondering who or what Zalama is and why that name got Whis's attention like that. Questions for later. But for now, your Stand is still seemingly down for the count in unprecedented fashion.

But what do you do?
>Try and telepathically reach out to Divine Dragon Force, to somehow awaken it from this state
>Focus and try to somehow send it 'back' to wherever it goes when not visible around your arm, like when you banish it normally
>Telepathically ask Towa more about this Zalama, who or what it is and tell her of Whis's reaction. See what she knows, and maybe learn what would cause the Destroyer's attendant angel to react like that
>You've been through enough today, just lay back in your wife's lap and try to catch a bit of sleep. You still have a long day ahead of you, it's probably almost time to train your students

And Divine Dragon Force takes priority. Turning your focus from Towa back to your seemingly-unconscious Stand, you gently scoop up its head in your left hand, holding it to you as you stare down at its still form. Stands don't need to breathe, so you have no idea if it is alive or not. But if it were dead, so too would you presumably. So it must still be alive. But whatever that super dragon did to it has left it in this state.

“Dammit.” you mutter, wondering what you can do. But as you look down at your Stand, you feel something inside you stir. And as if by instinct you gently take Divine Dragon Force's head in your left, raising it and pressing your Stand's forehead to your own. However, as you then try to reach out through the mental link to your Stand, you feel yourself, your essence get pulled away from reality. Down seemingly into your own Stand as everything goes black. You blink a couple of times, eyes trying to adjust when suddenly you find yourself not only in a void, but standing atop something. Looking down, you see the familiar crimson scales of your Stand, Divine Dragon Force bellowing out a challenging, ear-splitting roar. Immediately you drop to a knee, clamping your hands over your ears as the massive roar sends shock waves through this unfamiliar, starry void. “What the hell?”

“Karn?” comes the immediate response, you leaping off your Stand's head and flying beside it. It fixes you with a single eye, blazing with not the crimson light you'd seen in the 'real' world, but not with your Berserker power either. “How...?”
“GRRRRRROOOOOOOAAAAAAAAARR!!” comes a familiar roar, you both turning and seeing another avatar of the divine dragon that came from the Super Dragon Balls. It still dwarfs your own Stand, but in this space you'd say it's only double its size. Then, before you can say anything else it begins speaking again, your mind almost comprehending the divine speech. Somehow.
“I will not submit.” DDF replies in the same divine tongue, only for the golden dragon to go on the attack. Your stand rushes headlong at the larger dragon, clashing head-to-head in a titanic power struggle. The golden dragon's eyes blaze crimson once more, bathing DDF in that light and forcing your Stand back. Sending it flying past you, tumbling through the void. Leaving the golden form to turn its massive gaze fully upon you.

“You. Should. Not. Be.” it says slowly, you somehow comprehending it. And just as you realize that its eyes blaze once more, bathing you in that crimson, burning light.
“GYAAAAAAAH! Grrrrr! HAAAAAAA!!” you roar, gritting your teeth through the pain and throwing your arms out to your sides, activating your Barrier. Which doesn't fully stop the divine light, but does greatly mitigate its power. “Haaah, haaah. Not getting me so easily this time.”

“It's divine power is far stronger than mine. But with your help, with your power, I can overcome it.” your Stand roars, charging up from the depths it was blasted to, coming up beneath you. You plant your feet on its snout as your Stand charges headlong into the light. “This time, become my spear. Drive your full power through it!”
“Right!” you shout back, clenching your fists and powering up fully. Taking on your Berserker God power and fully unleashing the Berserker Soul. Immediately the intensity of the golden dragon's beams of crimson light turn even more violent, but with Divine Dragon Force carrying you forward you don't falter. Pouring your energy into your Barrier, your Stand gets you closer and closer. And with a roar it brings you in close, past its wings it flaps to try and knock you aside. You then leap from your Stand, charging directly at the beast as it tries to recoil away. No doubt sensing your intent as you draw your right fist back, putting everything into your Piercing Fist Mk II. “Take this!!”

“GOOOOO!” your Stand bellows as you charge, your spiraling emerald lance of ki deflecting the crimson beams as you dash straight at the beast's head. It ends its attack, trying to move and get out of the way but it's too late. With a roar you slam fist-first into its eye, punching straight into the golden dragon's skull. It bellows in pain as your attack's momentum carries you straight through the being, you ending the attack once all the way through it. And as you turn, looking back you see Divine Dragon Force has wrapped itself fully around the larger dragon's neck.

With a final, triumphant roar, Divine Dragon Force raises itself up over the golden dragon, diving down into and through the other beast's head. Punching straight through it, the golden dragon roaring in agony as it dies. Its body begins to turn into golden motes of light as its body disintegrates, your Stand bellowing in victory. However, as your Stand roars, you see the golden motes of light begin gathering. Directly into Divine Dragon Force itself, its scales glowing with golden light. Brighter and brighter your Stand glows, until suddenly with a start your eyes shoot open, leaning back away from your Stand.

“Wha-! Where-?” you exclaim, finding yourself back in the cube. Staring at Divine Dragon Force, your Stand's eyes no long blazing with that other divine dragon's light.
“Thank you, Karn.” your Stand says, bowing its head at you. “Now I may rest.”
“Rest up, you've earned it.” you say as your Stand fades away with a tired sigh, you blinking a couple times as you feel several gazes upon you. Looking around, you see everyone looking at you with various expressions of worry and nervousness. “What? Why's everyone looking at me like that for?”

“Hun, you can power down now.” Meloka says, you looking to your wife. Who you notice is in her Blue form, her voice soft. “Whatever it was, it's over.”
“Huh?” oh, right.” you say, realizing that, even when sitting you're looking her in the eyes. Which means that in that... Wherever you were inside your Stand, your body still transformed as well. Realizing this you look around, making sure you didn't also fire off a Piercing Fist Mk II as well as you power back down with a sigh. “Everything okay?”
“Yeah, just when you transformed, well...” Meloka says, looking back. Where Haathe, also connected to you through the Berserker Soul is still transformed. But somehow sheathed in Meloka's divine Blue aura, it restraining her and keeping her in place. “It happened again.”

“I'll handle this.” you say, rising up to your feet and approaching Haathe. Who is completely lost to her rage, struggling with everything she's got against your wife's blanketing, suffocatingly powerful aura.

You watch a moment as she struggles against Meloka's aura blanketing her, keeping her restrained and contained. Sighing out you then reach out telepathically, diving into the rage overwhelming her mind.

“HAATHE!” you shout telepathically into her mind, your voice stunning the rage into silence for a moment.
“My lord?” comes her timid reply, the Berserker Soul's rage burning back up in her mind. Causing her to roar out loud, struggling to break free of the restraints to attack you. To keep you from getting through to her, and help her get her control back. “GRRRAAAAAAAAA!!”
“Roar all you want, but you're not going to stop me.” you mutter, refocusing on the telepathic link. “That's enough Haathe, time to power back down. There's no one to fight, control yourself.”

“My lord? R-Right, forgive me.” she replies, you watching as she blinks, her face's structure subtly shifting. She takes a deep breath, sighing out and powering down. Her body shrinks, reverting back to her base form. The younger woman's long hair returns to black, draping down her back as she sags against Meloka's binding ki. Your wife, seeing her regain control ends her technique, you step forward and catching the woman in your arms. “S-Sorry for mine loss of composure.”
“It's alright, learning to control that power is a process. Not something you'll pick up overnight.” you comfort her, helping her back up to her feet as Meloka Wolbach walks up, holding her hat. “How thoughtful of you, thank you Meloka Wolbach.”

“Hehe, of course!” your granddaughter says, turning to Haathe. “Here! You dropped this.”
“Thy aid art most appreciated.” Haathe says, reaching down and patting your granddaughter on her head. To which she beams, then turns to you. Looking up at you expectantly, you chuckling and scooping her up into your arms. Holding her with your left, ruffling her hair with your right as she beams contentedly. Causing you to chuckle, holding her a few moments before she starts to squirm. You then set her back down, your granddaughter running over to Karn Jr and Okira. Straightening up, you take a deep breath out, the day's activities catching up to you. It's been a long day, and it's only just getting started.

As you have the thought, however, the space outside the cube begins returning to reality, space and light shifting as you find yourself back home. The cube comes to a rest on the sands of your home, parked close to your own ship. You're home.

“Current stop, Planet New Salda.” Whis says happily, you all stepping out of the cube's barrier and back onto the sands of your home. You then turn back to the angel, seeing him looking you up and down, as if judging the results of what you and Divine Dragon Force went through. His expression seems... Eerily neutral. You can't glean anything from his expression, no idea what thoughts are going on behind its eyes. So you quit trying to gauge him, turning and looking over everyone. That's when you see them, the Kais. Who all stay off to themselves, keeping their distance from you all. “Well done today, all of you. You have done Lord Beerus proud.”

“Hey, before you go. What was Lord Beerus' wish? What did he wish for?” Future Chaya asks, Whis' expression darkening slightly. But only for a moment, winking and pressing a finger to his lips.
“Sorry, but my lips are sealed. You'll have to ask him yourself.” Whis answers, dodging the question. Which, you hadn't considered, but now feel stupid for not considering before now. What could a Destroyer of all beings possibly want? “Until next time.”

And with a flash he and the cube vanish, leaving behind a rainbow energy trail for just a moment. Leaving your world behind, as well as the Kai. Who you and everyone else turn your gazes upon. Shin, immediately sensing the danger disappears wordlessly as well, taking his assistant and the elderly Kai away. Only Kars remains, the Kai-in-training smirking at you.

“Well, you've put on quite a show today, Karn.” Kars says to you. “All of you. You have put the fear of you into those foolish, ignorant Kai.”
“But not yourself, right?” you reply with a smirk, Kars matching the gesture as you catch his distinction.
“Of course not me. Because unlike them, I do not look down upon you all for the circumstances on your birth.” Kars answers. “I judge you all for your talent and skill, and the potential you have to make our universe greater. Keep improving and growing stronger, I expect you all to dominate the next tournament as well. Until we meet again.”

And without another word vanishes as well, leaving your world and the mortal realm behind. Everyone else is still here, but for how long you're unsure. What you do know is you all have won yet again, remaining in your home universe. Ready to face the next challenge: whatever comes your way, you'll be ready. And do your absolute best to make sure your children are also ready and able to face whatever the universe can throw at you all.

Exactly. Karn doesn't judge based on moral character but on competency. And while he may not personally LIKE Kars, but that's a separate issue to him.
>>
>>6073330
He only doesn't like Kars because Kars has yet to invite him to a good meal, a good fight, and a good fishing trip
It's THAT simple to win his heart.

>Exactly. Karn doesn't judge based on moral character but on competency. And while he may not personally LIKE Kars, but that's a separate issue to him.
He's always been on a "stay off my lawn and I stay off yours" code, hasn't he? The times we invaded planets or got invaded it was literally getting on other people's lawns to cause a ruckus. But for the people he dislikes that are still alive, they don't fuck with him and he doesn't fuck with them. That was with our side and the Zoldycks too, until the NEET tried being sneaky and attempted to off our own.
>>
>>6073337
Ha.
>>6073338
Yes, exactly. As long as you left him and his alone, he'd do the same for you. And the Zoldycks were undone for trying to protect one of their own. Which, admittedly, Karn would have reacted the same as them, and wouldn't surrender one of his children to someone they wronged to face death.

True, true. I know we wouldn't have let it slide in their shoes. It is what it is.

Everyone stands around a moment, King Cold then clearing his throat before addressing you all.

“Well done, everyone. Another victory against the Sixth Universe, and for the PTO. You all acquitted yourselves well. Especially you, Caulifla. I was quite impressed with your performance.”
“I-Th-Thank you.” Caulifla says, bowing her head to the Emperor's father. King Cold gives a small smirk, then turns to Cooler.
“Come, my son. We have much to discuss, you and I.” King Cold says, Cooler already standing by his father as he then turns his gaze to Freeza. “I can entrust the Captain's return to you?”

“Of course. Once you both have arrived, I shall bring the Ginyu Force back with me.” Freeza says, King Cold nodding to his son. He then turns his gaze to you.
“Until next time.” the emperor's father says, then without another word he and Cooler both explode off the ground. Launching themselves into the air, soaring straight out of New Salda's atmosphere and leaving your world behind.

“What a day.” you say with a sigh, stretching your arms up overhead.
“Yes, today ha been quite the spectacle.” Freeza replies, then after a moment's thought adds, “Perhaps Silver has prepared a victory feast for us?”
“My thoughts exactly.” you reply, turning to the Captain and his team. “Will you all be joining us?”
“Of course, General!” Ginyu replies, the whole team posing as King Vegeta heads back towards the city, a hand to his scouter as he presumably listens to someone with a frown on his face. “We would be honored!”
“Yaaaaay, lunchtime!” Kazuburo shouts, your youngest grandson running up the ramp into your ship with his arms out to his sides. You chuckle, everyone following him inside and to the mess hall. Where Silver and his assistants had been anticipating you all, a massive spread already laid out. “Wooooow!”

“Beerus not joinin' us?” Silver asks, you shaking your head. To which he lets out a “Hrmm”, going back into the kitchen instead of standing around waiting. You all take your seats, digging in to your meal. Which is as fantastic as always, Silver and his team never failing to make something delicious. And as your meal comes to an end, you lean back, sighing out in contentment. With everyone finishing up their meals, you look around at your family and friends, all of who have contented looks on their faces. Just as you're thinking what a good day it is, suddenly your ki sense picks up dozens, hundreds of ki signatures rapidly approaching New Salda. Immediately you rise up to your feet, Meloka, Broly, Chilli, Chaya, Caulifla, Tatsu, Tomi, and Guldo all doing the same. Seems you aren't the only one who sensed this sudden arrival.

But what do you do?
>Focus on the strongest approaching ki and teleport to them with Instant Transmission. Don't let them get closer without seeing who or what is approaching with so many beings yourself
>Telepathically reach out to King Vegeta IV, ask him what's going on and if he's expecting whoever's coming
>Head outside and watch whoever it is coming down, be ready to intercept in case this is some sort of new invasion

“Always something.” you mutter, turning your attention to the room. “Well, I'm going to go see who decided to show up today.”
“Let's go.” Meloka replies instantly, you thanking Silver before heading out, going down the ramp and heading back out onto the beach. Looking up into the sky as you sense that swarm of powerlevels approaching.
“I don't think it's an attack, boldly coming with so few.” Broly says, more to himself than anyone else. “Especially not at that level of power.”

“Who do you think it could be?” Chaya asks Freeza, you glancing over to see the former emperor deep in thought.
“The power feels... Familiar, but I'm not quite sure how.” he mutters, you turning your focus back to the energy signatures. Which, after he says this you agree, their powers do feel like something you've sensed before. But even more confusingly, you also sense one who doesn't feel like the rest. It feels almost... Saiyan-like, like your half-demon children in a way. Which, as you think this your eyes widen, realizing just who are showing up to New Salda.

“Well well, been awhile since we've seen them.” you say, everyone turning towards you.
“Dad, you recognize them?” Chilli asks, you nodding. “Who are they?”
“Old friends and allies, ones we haven't really seen since the tournament.” you say, then seeing the confused looks shake your head. “Not the universe 6 ones, our tournament. Or, should I say yours?”

As you say this you look to Broly, Chaya, Chilli and Cauli, your children all looking confused. Clearly not understanding. So, you turn back, watching as the massive ship begins to enter the atmosphere.

“Wait, that ship. Is it-?” Broly asks, you nodding while not averting your gaze.
“The Ctarl-Ctarl are back.” you say, the massive ship dropping into atmosphere and flying down towards the city. You can't help but wonder why they're here now of all times, but suppose it must be something important. You turn to Freeza, wanting to ask him. But he seems just as confused as you are, the two of you sharing an uncertain glance. “Wonder what they want?”
“Want to go find out?” Chaya asks you, to which you consider it for a moment. “I haven't seen Kaliflor in a while, wonder how she's doing?”

“Hmmmm.” you mutter, watching as it comes to a stop by the city in the sky, sensing dozens of powerlevels departing the vessel and heading down into the city. The strongest of which takes the lead, leading the Ctarl-Ctarl towards King Vegeta.

Well?
>Why not, go visit the Ctarl-Ctarl yourself and see why they're here

“Hmmm. Well, why not? Let's see what the Ctarl-Ctarl have been up to.” you say, lifting up into the air. You hear various confirmations as most everyone else decides to come too, your group leaving your island behind and flying over towards the city. Chaya seems the most excited, Meloka Wolbach wondering what's going on and asking her youngest uncle, but Karn Jr has no idea what they are either. The younger children and grandchildren seem excited, but you can't get over the nagging sensation that something's wrong. For them to show up unannounced like this can't mean anything good. The flight over takes less than a minute, you coming to a stop in the air by the fortress of a royal palace, seeing the Ctarl-Ctarl group standing by King Vegeta IV and his Royal Guard, your king and their strongest two standing in the middle.

“Hey, Kaliflor! Is that you?” Chaya calls out, dropping down out of the air and flying down. Landing down by the Ctarl-Ctarl's first and second strongest beings, you following down much slower. Watching as the second woman, one who is taller than Chaya embraces her, King Vegeta and who you now recognize as Aisha Clan-Clan, the Ctarl-Ctarl you'd battled before. You land, Aisha approaching you with a smug grin.
“Well well, if it isn't the fearless general?” Aisha says, holding her hand out to you. “Long time no see, Karn.”
“It has been quite awhile. I take it everything's well?” you ask her, shaking your fellow warrior's offered hand. “You never reached out, so I take it you were able to handle your assassin problem?”

“Yeah, we found that wily rat. And tore him to pieces in the arena back home.” she replies with a predatory grin, pupils narrowing to slits. “After that, we didn't have any more issues.”
“Good, that's the proper way to handle such lowlives.” Freeza says, smirking. “Aisha.”
“Lord Freeza.” she replies with a small bow, then raising up to her full height. “Wait, are you still “Lord”? Or is that your brother now, where he's usurped you?”

You see Freeza's eye twitch in annoyance, but he doesn't otherwise react to her question. He's clearly annoyed, but doesn't say anything about this.

“Lord Freeza is fine. If you could best me in combat, then you might take the title of 'Lord' from me.” he says, to which she smirks. But before she can say anything, he then reaches over, patting you on the arm. “That is, if you can even get past my general first.”
“Heh heh, I might take you up on that offer.” she says, turning from him to you. “We haven't fought for years, and I've only gotten stronger than last time. But, speaking of stronger, I'm not the only one who has increased their power. Isn't that right, my daughter?”

“Hehe, oh yeah. I've gotten far stronger than that tournament.” she says, flexing her arms and patting her right bicep with her left hand. “I won't lose to any of you guys this time.”
“Oh really? Then maybe we should have some friendly matches?” Chaya says, smirking confidently. “We may have just returned from another tournament, but I'm ready to go again.”
“Wait, you guys had a tournament and didn't invite me?” Kaliflor asks, seemingly genuinely upset. “Why not?”

“Hey, nothing against you. If we had more spots open I'd have given you a call last month. But it was only an eight-on-eight fight with the Sixth Universe, eight of our strongest vs eight of their strongest.” Chaya tells her. “We all didn't even get to fight today, even with an extra exhibition match after the tournament.”
“Oh, I see.” she replies, looking down for a moment. But then her expression brightens, looking up to Chaya. “But did you mean it?”
“Mean what?” Chaya asks, confused.
“That you'd be okay with fighting me?” Kaliflor responds, eyes hopeful. “We haven't gotten to spar in years.”

“Of course.” Chaya says, then turns to Aisha. “If that's okay?”
“Why not? Show them your new power, sweetie.” Aisha tells her daughter, who cheers and follows Chaya as your daughter leaps into the air

But what do you do?
>Follow along, of course. You're eager to see just what she can do
>Tell them to go find Ticho as well, you're sure that there are a lot of people who fought before who will be eager to set up another tournament
>Ask King Vegeta if he needs you here, and if not follow after the girls. You are curious how strong Kaliflor's gotten, but if you're needed want to be ready to help

“Well, seems that'll be interesting to watch. Do you need me for anything, my king?” you ask, wanting to see the fight but also wanting to be available in case your help is needed.
“No no, there's no need for you to discuss politics with us.” King Vegeta says with a small smile. “Go on, and let me know how their battle goes.”
“Me too, I'm rather curious to know how her new power stacks up to your daughter's Blue.” Aisha says, surprising you. You didn't know she was aware of Chaya's true strength. “But I'm sure I'll be able to sense who wins.”

“Good luck then.” you tell them, lifting up into the air. “So, who wants to watch Chaya fight?”
“I DO!” several of your children all shout, as well as your grandchildren. Seems this is decided.
“I am rather curious as to Kaliflor's growth, as well as her potential.” Towa says with a faint grin. “After all, she is the first half Ctarl-Ctarl half Saiyan hybrid I've ever heard of.”
“I want to see Auntie Chaya fight.” Kazuburo says, your youngest grandchild's tone serious. “And Miss Kaliflor too.”

“Well then, come on!” Chaya calls, taking off towards the arena. Kaliflor follows in hot pursuit, the rest of you not far behind. A few of the Ctarl-Ctarl fly off after you all as well, the four of them bringing up the rear. Chaya leads you all to the arena. Where, as you all arrive, see a surprising sight. The arena is not only currently in use, but in use by two of your friends. “Woah, look at that!”
“HAAAAA!” Leyas shouts, landing a devastating left to his sister's jaw, knocking her off her feet. The Primal Saiyan flies back, flipping back and landing on her toes on the stage's edge as her brother charges in. Ducking his follow-up right, landing a powerful uppercut to his guts. “Guuuaaaah?!”

“Gotcha!” Sarada shouts back, following her right with a left to his jaw, knocking him back towards the center of the arena. He flips back two times before landing on all fours, then springing up into the air to dodge her flying heel stomp. Dodging her blow by a split second, only for Sarada to kick off the ground with her other foot, closing the distance as the two clash.
“Wow, they're pretty good.” Kaliflor says, rubbing her chin. “Maybe I'll get to fight them too?”
“You've gotta beat me first. You guys all go find a seat, I'll get the next match set up.” Chaya says, dropping down to find the arena reservations. You all drop down into a relatively empty part of the stands, drawing several interested gazes. But your focus is on the fight, watching your two longtime friends battling it out.

Leyas and Sarada don't slow, the ferocity of their attacks only increasing as their blows send shock wave after shock wave blasting out over the arena. They're evenly matched, going blow for blow until with a final cataclysmic cross counter knock each other apart. Both fighters flip over and over, landing on opposite sides of the stone arena below. The instant they both land the twins rocket back towards each other, firing attacks as fast as they can. Neither has the advantage as they clash for over a solid minute, until Leyas slips a right hook aimed at his jaw, ducking it and delivering a counter right. Knocking Sarada off her feet, an opening he doesn't let go by pressing his advantage.

For several seconds he goes on the attack, relentlessly striking her over and over. But as he does, you see her start defending herself, blocking his strikes as he pushes her back to the edge. He's pressing too aggressively, trying to end the fight too soon. And it's going to cost him.

“Hrrraaaaaa!!” he roars, uppercutting her crossed arm guard to break her defenses. “Got you!”

Leyas follows this up with a turning back left kick, but Sarada was ready. She twists her upper body clockwise, narrowly avoiding his attack. As she does she swings down, grabbing his leg with her hands and pitching him out of the arena. Directly at the stone wall ringing the stage, but he manages to stop himself just inches from you and your family.

“Karn?” he asks, surprised. Distracted momentarily, only for Sarada to come flying up behind him, kicking him in the back and slamming him into the stage just before you all. “Guuuuh!?”
“Gotcha!” she replies, then looking up sees you all as well. “Oh, hey Karn. How's it going?”
“Well. And well done on the fight too.” you tell her, Leyas grumbling as he pushes her off him. “Both of you.”
“Ahh, shove it.” Leyas tells you with a grumble, but still smiling good-naturedly. “So, what brings you here today?”

“AAAAAAAAND NOW, FOR THE NEXT FIGHT!” Chaya shouts, somehow projecting her voice over the entire arena. You all turn as she descends, landing in the middle of the stage. “This time it'll be me! Versus Kaliflor Clan-Clan, of the Ctarl-Ctarl!”
“Alright, my turn!” Kaliflor shouts, leaping up from the stands and straight down to the arena below. “I hope you're ready to lose!”
“Oh, I see.” Leyas says, he and his sister sitting in the stands with you all. Both powering back down into their base forms, Chaya and Kaliflor taking their fighting stances. “Well, this'll be entertaining.”

Which you have no doubt in your mind it will be, after all Kaliflor's base strength is nearly on par with your daughter's own. This is going to be good.

And that's it for this weekend, everyone enjoy the run? Ready to see Kaliflor Clan-Clan vs Chaya, and perhaps find out what kind of new power she's unlocked? >>
>>6073788
Ha, but no. She did bring her daughter to show off her new powers, something Chaya may not be ready for. After all, she already transformed into Blue once today.
>>
>>6073805
>something Chaya may not be ready for. After all, she already transformed into Blue once today.
Oh. Shit. This isn't great, but she still has a decent shot at winning here. Hell, snagging the W without even popping Blue might be better for her in the longrun given how that'd look to spectators/worshippers.
>>
>>6073910
True enough, but depending on how beastly Kaliflor’s new power is she may need it. But, on the other hand, it HAS been several hours since the tournament. And she has gone Blue TWICE, not once. First time was for her stream, before leaving to go back home before the tournament. Would be her third transformation to Blue in a single day, something Meloka has already noticed.
>>
Do you have any plans to send Karn back to DC!Earth? Dropkicking Clark Kent into Low Earth Orbit is still on the to-do list.
>>
>>6074002
Unfortunately, the pact between Ubo and Cold damn near guarantees "Earth" is safe from invasion by the PTO, the most likely scenario in which we have to bounce Clark's head off the core of his planet.
He could still demand a spot on the ToP team when that rolls around or just ask for a friendly spar with us, but I wouldn't count on either of those happening.
>>
>>6074002
Currently, Karn has no reason to go.
>>6074063
Yes, with the pact Ubo secured Earth's safety.
True, not likely. Earth exists, but they're usually busy with their own problems.
>>
>>6074135
Purely hypothetical, but if we DID fight Clark on Earth, wouldn't we be an extreme disadvantage? I'm not even talking about the rest of the Justice League interfering, but the distinct possibility that Clark might be recognized as the Champion of Earth (like Karn is on New Salda).
Sidenote, has Chilli thought about communing with his newfound home to try and become its Champion as well?
I know I'm kinda hyperfixating on the whole Champion thing here, but I'm just kinda annoyed it's about as relevant as Karn's Su-Ma Grappling or Gravity Hammer these days. I get it, nobody's willing or able to attack us at home at this point, but it's a legit good ass buff born from a great character moment that's painfully underutilized for how cool it is.

Alright, I'm down for it. What's the DC to wait patiently in line for Karn's visa? Will they provide the tools to hide his tail, or does he have to supply it himself? Does he have to declare all that mind-flayer meat he has saved on his ship?

Not NECESSARILY, at least in practice. They're quite like the enforcers, fed by govt preferential treatment for the blood they have and will continue to spill when needed. But like more modern "communists", the Saiyans are also a net drain on resources, consuming far, FAR more than they give back to the system. However, maintaining the Saiyans is key to maintaining control of the universe as the PTO's strongest military force, so it is an acceptable price for King Cold. And, also like every Communism ever tried, preferential treatment and authority are given to the ruler's friends and family with no regard for ability or skill.

AGE 796, SACRED WORLD OF THE KAIS(UNIVERSE 10)

“I wonder where he's gotten off to now?” you mutter to yourself, pushing the tea cart to a stop by your master's favorite tree. He's usually here at this time of day, he has been for the last decade after all. Confused, you look around for a moment before reaching out with your other senses. Quickly finding your master back in his home, curiously enough. With your new destination in mind you turn the cart, planning to head back into the home of the Kai. As you turn, you see the disturbed grass from your battle yesterday, feeling your brow twitch. “Tch.”

You still have no idea why the Destroyer of the Seventh Universe, Lord Beerus showed up, and even more bizarrely why he showed up with a mortal in tow. One Gowasu had told you, after they'd departed had battled the Destroyer himself and somehow SURVIVED. But that mortal had DARED to strike you?! Unforgivable!

“Filthy ningen you mutter, scoffing at the face of the filthy ningen in your memory as you finish turning, heading towards Supreme Kai Gowasu's home. Silently fuming at the indignation of being struck, of being TOUCHED by a filthy mortal as you head inside. “Master Gowasu?”

But silence greets your call, you focusing on your senses to discover where he is. After a couple seconds you sense the Supreme Kai in his media room, pushing the tea cart over that way. Knocking twice on his door there comes no answer, you hearing something faintly from within. So, after a few seconds you push the door open, walking in. Immediately you see Gowasu kneeling, sitting and watching the television in the corner.

“Pardon the intrusion, my master.” you say as you enter, bowing your head. “Your tea.”
“Ah, Zamasu. Thank you.” he says, turning and looking from the screen to you as you begin to serve his tea.
“Watching Godtube again?” you ask, to which he nods as you set his tea and saucer upon the tiny circular table.
“That's right. I was thinking about becoming a Godtuber myself.” he says, startling you stiff. To which, upon seeing your expression he laughs, turning his head back towards the screen. “Hahaha, all kidding aside, you may want to check this match out for yourself. You might even learn something.”

“I very much doubt that.” you think, but keep that thought to yourself.
“Okay, here goes! HRRRAAAAAA!” a familiar mortal woman roars, her black hair shifting to a brilliant azure as a surprising energy swells around her. “That appears to be Amaya. But that energy enveloping her, isn't that.... Divine energy?”

Silently you watch as she battles with some other mortal you don't recognize, her divine power allowing her to overpower the coat-wearing purple being.

“A mortal.... A mere mortal taking divine power for herself?” you seethe in your thoughts, fists clenching behind your back in anger. Forcing your breathing to remain even, not showing any hint of your anger to your foolish master. A master who believes those filthy ningen deserve the existence their unworthy selves were blessed with. But as the fight continues the screen pans out, revealing several... Odd worlds floating in the sky. You've never seen anything like them, their surfaces a bright orange while inside them, somehow, are glowing red stars. That no matter the angle of the planets, always seem to be facing you. How peculiar. Perhaps your master knows what they are?

“Master. What are those bizarre planets?” you ask him, forcing a tone of curiosity to mask your underlying rage upon seeing a mortal dare to use divine might.
“Ah, those things? If I had to guess, I'd say they're Super Dragon Balls.” your master answers, you wondering for just a split-second just how much your master knows.
“Super...Dragon Balls, sir?” you ask, hoping to receive some enlightenment.
“Yes. Believe it or not, this is actually the first time I've seen them myself. This tournament was between the Destroyers of the Sixth and Seventh Universes. They were competing with each other to determine who would get the Super Dragon Balls.”

“A prize even Destroyers would vie for...” you think, wondering just what is so 'super' of them that would drive such beings to compete against one another. They must be truly special. So, you kneel across the table from your master, determined to figure out more. “So, exactly what sort of item are they, Master?”

But Gowasu doesn't answer immediately, instead lifting the tea you'd served him and taking a sip. Lowering the cup, he then begins to speak. Eyes shut as he thinks back.

“My understanding is, that they are orbs that can grant their possessor any wish they desire.” he says, your thoughts going a kilometer a minute. But you work to keep your expression neutral, despite the inklings of a plan beginning to form in your mind.
“Truly any wish at all? Are you sure this isn't just some rumor or fairy tale?” you ask, Gowasu turning his focus back to the tournament. Where Amaya, using her stolen and unearned power of the gods is beating that other mortal down. And, instead of answering your question, speaks on the match itself.
“Look. I'd say the contest is about to reach its climax.” your master says, far more invested in those apes beating each other than the possible key to everything in the air behind them. But you can't take your eyes from them, a rudimentary plan forming in your mind.

Silence hangs in the air between you and your master, the two of you watching the screen as the mortals clash. Gowasu, finishing his tea asks for more, you bowing and rising, taking the cart out to prepare another. Your mind whirling as you consider the possibilities, of how you could make your ideal world come to pass. These thoughts fill your mind as you prepare fresh, hot tea, then as you return to Supreme Kai Gowasu's media room, a horrifying sight greets you. Standing above your master, energy blade in hand is the mortal, Amaya! Not only that, but your master Gowasu is laying dead on the floor, chest slashed open and still burning with the energy of this invader's blade!

“Master!” you shout in sudden alarm, rushing to his side only for your master's body to disintegrate into motes of light. The energy of his divine mantle, now masterless, flows from his now-nonexistent form into you. Shocked, you look at the ground in horror for a few seconds until the sound of footsteps draws your eye. The woman, striding confidently forward looks completely unperturbed by what she did, but as you meet her eyes, realize something. Those eyes aren't the eyes of the woman you'd fought, those eyes are different. There's something... Familiar, in them.

“You wanted to do this too, right?” the woman asks, her tone and cadence completely different as well as she smirks at you, holding out her right hand towards you before drawing it back. Reaching up with her same hand, where you notice a Time Ring on her index finger, the woman removes a green Potara earring, offering it to you. “Now you are a Supreme Kai as well.”

Slowly, trembling slightly you reach out, accepting the earring.

“Who... Are you?” you ask the figure, knowing damn well it isn't the mortal you were acquainted with. To which her grin widens.
“I am you.” she answers, your eyes widening in shock. Yet, something about their words resonate within you, striking you to your core as a fundamental truth.
“You are... Me?” you ask, still trying to understand how you, such a beautiful and perfect creation of divinity itself would come to wear the skin of a mortal.
“I have come from the past, seeking justice. The justice of destroying evil.” this being says, their grin widening and offering their right hand. “I need you.”

Slowly, wordlessly you reach up, accepting the offered hand as you stare into your own eyes with wonder. This you, this other timeline's version of you has already done the impossible. Turning the mortal's stolen power, the godly strength they never deserved to wield back against the foolish gods who sat idly by as evil flourished. You feel yourself grinning back, ready to follow yourself to do what is necessary. What is just. And together, as one, you both speak.

“Together, let us bring justice!”

SHIT I FORGOT ABOUT AMAYA

>>
>>6076533
>True, Karn does NOT care about such trivial details as timeline. But will he be able to truly fight his daughter’s body without restraint?
Maybe not, but the Berserker Soul sure fucking can. Zamasu's about to find out exactly why the Gods ran away in Universe 7.
>>
>>6076537
But will it though? Will the rage be able to overpower Karn's paternal instincts?
>>
>>6076556
Maybe not at first, but as soon as Zamasu starts talking about dirty Ningen and takes a shot at one of the kids, he's gonna catch some gigantic green hands.
>>
>>6076556
The body is merely a vessel. What matters is the mind and soul within. If Karn can throw hands with a Punished Meloka, Deprived of her Karn, he can throw hands with an Amaya Black, Champion of Bloody Handed Justice.
>>
>>6076556
Maybe Karn will choke at the moment, and we will get to see the kids step up and save the day.

They seem to be growing up to be good people (good being relative) and I can wait to see them surpass us.
>>
>>6076565
Oh very true, taking a shot at one of the kids is a mistake few live to tell of.
>>6076633
True, but in the decisive moment, seeing your daughter looking up at you, will you be able to pull the trigger on those memories? Without even a split-second's hesitation?

Black looking to get fucked like Karn's wife. I knew it, god ki makes you a degenerate
>>
You know in this AU I am alittle surprised about how this stuff with Zamasu went down. Mortals Ascending into Racial Deities aren't that uncommon. Now someone like Kars would def make him loop so far past furious he'd hit calm and then hit furious again but the SSG ritual seems like one of the most inoffensive ways to achieve divine power.
>>
>>6076749
And then you see her as a toddler, smiling innocently up at you. Seeing her, seeing YOUR daughter smiling up at you with all the years washed away.
>>6076800
Thankfully never, as erasing all the mortals would be boring. Especially after the two tournaments he watched.
>>6076842
?
>>6076854
Ha, but those Zamasu are unaware of you. They come from the Amaya timelines.
>>6076861
YOUR timeline's Zamasu isn't quite on the move, not yet. After all, in canon meeting Goku is what started him on his quest to eradicate mortals.
The SSG ritual yes, while the 'least' offensive way to trespass into the domain where no mortal should ever dare step, doesn't mean he's okay with it. But your Zamasu, hoo boy. When he learns of events, that man might have a stroke. Between Karn's anti-divine Berserker power, Meloka, Chaya, AND Caulifla all having different but similar divine powers, and Kars DARING to call himself a Kai?! He's not ready for this Universe 7.
>>
>>6076863
They still getting it, nothing kicks Meloka's brain an body into overdrive than riding Karn
>>
>>6076863
I'm honestly kind of convinced if zamasu isn't immortal when he sees karns timeline he will straight up have a heart attack and die. Anti divinity being alive and well will make him shit his pants in rage if Kars doesn't.
>>
>>6076745
>True, but in the decisive moment, seeing your daughter looking up at you, will you be able to pull the trigger on those memories? Without even a split-second's hesitation?
Honestly the best response to this is legit isolating ourselves on Raxus Prime with Black Amaya and just letting go. If Karn can't pull the trigger he just needs to dive so deep into the Berserker Soul that he doesn't have to. After all it might be mutated by its consumption of The Abyss and the other might be changed by its fusion with a Kai, The Berserker Soul was made to slay the SSG more then any other divinity.
>>
>>6076891
Don't forget, the Berserker Soul's been imprinted on by Karn twice over by now. It may well hesitate just like Karn might.
>>
>>6076865
That one is in a Chaya’s body, stop. Bad anon, bad.
>>6076872
Ha. He will have a lot more to be angry about than canon Zamasu, that’s for sure.
>>6076891
True, the Berserker Soul’s instinct runs deep. However,-
>>6076896
A very good point as well. Especially the more Chaya and divine energy are associated. If Zamasu keeps his mouth shut as Karn goes for a killing blow, he may catch Karn hesitating and retaliate with lethal intent.
>>
>>6076912
Lethal for someone like goku and lethal for karn are two entirely separate things, karn straight up tried to murder hit while being legally dead not too long ago. Zamasu would go for the stab in chest and then get his damn head ripped off.
>>
>>6076912
>If Zamasu keeps his mouth shut
Challenge level: Impossible
>>
>>6076912
Zamasu. Keeping HIS mouth shut? If he was capable of that, then it wouldn't be Zamasu.
>>

>>6076914
Yes, but both end in death. One simply fades away, while the other burns to the quick. But, in the end, both die.
>>6076916
At first, certainly. But in a moment of realization, or of desperation, would the words come?
>>6077086
Ha! But he was very good at biting his tongue before Gowasu.
>>
>>6076863
What I mean we went on a whole mini "it doesn't matter if she is from a different reality she is still our daughter" adventure for Amaya yet during the time war we just basically mind controlled a bunch of brolys. We then used them as a distraction/foot soldiers. I'd bet that some died but karn really didn't seem to care.
>>

He literally cannot help himself. Even getting his ass fucking clapped he runs his mouth. He's basically got tourettes. He's even worse than Frieza in that regard.
>>
>>6077199
In fairness he did do the same with punished Meloka, using her as well. But this is an excellent point to bring up, as it perfectly demonstrates Karn's character. In that moment, facing the room of Broly and other gathered Saiyans strong enough to endure the Berserker Soul's power, every single Broly there was a failure.

Now, before getting up in arms, I don't mean the asian family "B+? You a failure!" meanint. But a PERSONAL failure. To Karn, each and every Broly there represented a timeline where he failed. Where he died and Broly was driven mad by the full weight of the Berserker Soul. Or their grief over his dearh drove them crazy, like with Punished Meloka. Every warrior there he saw as a list of failures, of timelines he'd let them down. But couldn't dwell on those thoughts, as he had to focus on winning. On finally ending her reign and stopping her from making more broken families. As for the not crazy ones, he assumed they were like he himself. Knowing and accepting the risks, choosing to fight for a better future even if they may not live to see it.

Now, as for after the battle, Karn simply assumes(perhaps incorrectly) that Mechikabura used his newfound strength to aid them all as he aided Karn's family after what happened with Dumplin. Remember, Karn doesn't know what 'canon' Broly's life, either Z or S looked like. So any timeline where Broly went mad he assumed it's because HE failed to help his son. Really like the insightful questions to dig into the characters' minds, the deep thoughts usually glossed over.
>>6077259
Ha.

You made me phonepost just to talk about this, because wow, I never thought of it that way. Karn carries the brunt of his world on his shoulders, as well as the hopes and dreams of everyone he swears on his life to protect. In the heat of the moment he was more focused on decimating the League of Homewrecking Assholes, but I imagine that given some room to breathe and time to dwell on those events, seeing the many, many, MANY timelines where he couldn't intervene and prevent Broly from falling into that hole of endless rage would weigh heavily on his conscience.

Now, for a showdown between Amaya Black and Karn, it's a given he'll be turbo mad based off of his Papa Wolf instinct alone, but when Karn isn't running on fury and gives his rationality a moment to process the situation, he WILL see his daughter. It wouldn't matter to him if it's the Amaya from the Hatchiyak timeline or from timelines where her name is Chaya. The strings of fate are a bitch and I doubt him getting blown up on Planet Vegeta and leaving Amaya to live on Earth is his fault, but would he see it that way? It depends on how hard and how much Zamasu goads Karn's anger, but I this question will be in the back of his head:
>Are you willing to hurt your daughter the same way you hurt your enemies?
>>
>>6077426
I think this question**
Fuck's sake, is this how artists feel noticing mistakes in their drawings as soon as they post it?
>>
>>6077427
Yes
>>
>>6077426
I imagine every so often, alone in the dark of his early mornings, Karn's shoulders slump and his head hangs down, if only for a few moments. It all weighs on you, even if you're not conscious of it.
>>6077427
This is why editors exist.
>>
Honestly, after multiple cosmic scale wars and the constant battles against the THOT patrol, I think Karn is tired. He doesn't hate fighting, no Saiyan does necessarily, but it's close. Close as a Saiyan can get.

It would not surprise me if Karn woke up one day, realized he no longer enjoyed fighting, and suddenly had no idea what to do for fun.
>>
>>6077553

Karn was 20 at the start of the quest in Age 733, and now its Age 758. Discounting timey-wimey shenanigans, Karn is about 45+. It's said that Saiyans age all at once when they reach the end of their natural lifespan. I don't remember how old Tatsu was when he bit it but I'm imagining he was 60 or 70 something. So yeah, I could see him having a bit of a midlife crisis around this time, especially if all the big bullshit for the foreseeable future is wrapped up in a bow by then.
>>6077586
Almost feel bad for that sucker. Almost.
>>
>>6077426
Indeed. Knowing he'd failed so, so many times in different realities did increase his drive. As we'll see in his new art coming soon, Karn's not been idle. But he isn't the same slim, sleek warrior he was back during the Covenant war. He's gotten older, and with age a different strength.
Can Karn unleash his full killer instinct against his children? Or will the literal decades of holding back against them and not unleashing fully come back to bite him?
>>6077458
True, Karn doesn't even realize the burden of responsibility, so long has he carried it. He doesn't consciously know it's there anymore, and would only notice if someone somehow took that burden from him.
>>6077553
Close, actually. I think he's getting close to GX Jaden's mindset. He doesn't want to fight with all these stakes, the fate of his world, of the different timelines, of SO MUCH resting upon him unconsciously. Perhaps why he's enjoying these tournaments with Universe 6 so much?>>6077558
True. Losing the will and drive may unironically send him down some dark paths.
>>6077574
Someone read the comments from another tournament.
>>6077586
Ha.
>>6077591
Tatsu senior was 74 when he died. And yes, as they leave their peak age span age seems to rapidly accelerate compared to other races. But perhaps that's simply due to remaining in 'peak' condition longer, the drop seems more dramatic.
>>
>>6077609
If a Saiyan mastered their Primal Form and never dropped out of it, could they conceivably spend the rest of their life in their physical prime?
>>
>>6077619
No, as while it's never explored "officially", the form itself would then begin to age as well. Future Chaya figured that out when she mastered it, thanks to Towa's study of the form.
>>
>>6077635
Well, at least Karn won't have to deal with a ton of nagging injuries when he gets older like Tatsu did (and I don't just mean the missing limbs). Them healing pods do the body good, I'd be surprised if Karn's existing scar tissue wasn't fading faster than Shin's credibility.

I may talk a lot of shit about Chaya's career choice, but it does give her a diverse diet so-to-speak.
I kinda wish we had that kind of variety on New Salda. There's gotta be some way to incentivize more fighters than just the die-hard nomads and PTO soldiers to come throw hands in our arena.

Previously on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

After winning the second tournament against the Sixth tournament and Tomitsu battled Kefla in a battle of fusion dominance, Karn and his family all returned home. Making a detour to drop Lord Beerus off on his world, as well as letting the Destroyer make his wish on the Super Dragon Balls. Upon meeting another divine dragon, Divine Dragon Force went to meet it, seemingly getting 'infected' by that other dragon's power. On the way home Karn assisted his Stand in freeing itself from that other being's influence, returning home with no further incidents. Once home, after a good meal another ship arrived, one carrying the Ctarl-Ctarl to New Salda. And now, after meeting with Aisha Clan-Clan, as we rejoin Karn the battle between Kaliflor Clan-Clan and Chaya has begun!”

“Hit me with your best shot!” Chaya calls, gesturing for the half-Saiyan half-Ctarl-Ctarl woman to come at her. Which Kaliflor obliges, launching herself off the ground at Chaya with surprising speed. She's far faster than her powerlevel would suggest, closing the distance near-instantly with a flying right. Chaya, with her left arm up manages to deflect the strike just out past her left, but you can tell from her body language that Kaliflor's speed caught her off-guard as well. ”Tch, not bad!”

Chaya retaliates with a counter right hand, but the other girl rolls around it. Not with the Su Ma's type of spin, but a roll around it. Seemingly diving past your daughter, landing on all fours only to spring back towards her by pushing off with her hands. Landing the first blow, a powerful double kick to Chaya's back. Knocking her off her feet, Kaliflor landing back on all fours facing your daughter as she flips and twists midair, reorienting herself without dropping to the ground. Then, of all things, your daughter suddenly smirks.

“If that's all you've got, then you've got no chance of beating me.” your daughter taunts, returning to the fighting stance you'd taught her. Which only seems to further infuriate Kaliflor, the half-Ctarl-Ctarl baring her fangs in a snarl. “Don't tell me that this is your limit?”
“Bitch! I'm just getting started!” Kaliflor roars, her violet aura blazing up around her. Chaya doesn't respond in kind, instead bracing herself for Kaliflor's charge. Which she doesn't leave your daughter waiting for, blitzing Chaya with extreme speed. Dashing in with a heavy right again, your daughter dodging it with her Su Ma. Twisting gracefully clockwise past her foe's fist and countering with a left of her own, Chaya's fist slamming into Kaliflor's jaw. Your daughter continues her twist, sending Kaliflor slamming head-first into the stone floor of the arena below.

Stone tiles shatter and debris is sent flying as Kaliflor is sent down into the arena itself. Silence hangs for a moment, then several cheers go up from the crowd. Only for the woman to shoot back up out of the dust cloud even before it reached its own apex, blinking up directly to Chaya with a left turning kick to the head. Your daughter is ready, however, blocking the hit with her right forearm braced with her left hand. Kaliflor then goes on the attack, launching a barrage of blindingly quick strikes. Forcing your daughter onto the defensive, being pushed further and further from the arena up into the air. It would appear that Kaliflor is simply too fast for your daughter.

But you know better. Despite the seeming speed advantage, Chaya manages to block or narrowly dodge every strike, Kaliflor's strikes barely grazing her. Not even relying on her Su Ma, but letting herself get pushed back further into the sky by retreating in a mostly straight line. Which leaves you wondering, just what is she up to?

Well? Do you try and find out from Chaya directly?
>Telepathically ask your daughter what she's doing, why she's letting herself get pushed back like this and what her plan is

You could sit and ponder this, but instead you turn to your children, starting with Okira and Karn Jr. Deciding to ask them what THEY think she's up to instead.

“Karn Jr. Okira. What do you think of the fight so far?” you ask them, both turning a moment to look your way before turning back to the fight.
“She's so fast!” Junior says, eagerly bouncing up and down watching the fight.
“Big sis is up to something.” Okira says, looking more thoughtfully to them. “But I don't get it.”
“What do you mean?” Karn Jr asks her, tail flicking her way as he watches the fight.

“Kaliflor's faster, but sis isn't using her Su Ma. She already proved it works, even with the speed gap.” Okira says as Chaya is pushed back further into the sky by Kaliflor's relentless assault. “What is she waiting for?”
“Maybe big sis is just having fun?” Kayle states, the two younger children looking over to her. Kayle, sensing their gazes turn back towards them, looking a bit sheepish. “What? Look at her face, she's having fun.”

You all turn back, squinting a bit to better make out your daughter's face. And, sure enough as Kayle says, Chaya's got a wide smile on her face while blocking Kaliflor's attacks.

“She isn't taking her seriously...” Karn Jr says, his voice slightly awed as he watches Chaya's unbreakable defense. Despite the speed gap, Chaya's arms, her legs are always just in time to stop Kaliflor's punches and kicks, her furious knees and elbows. “Wow.”
“No, she's taking it seriously.” Chilli interrupts, speaking over the sounds of battle. “She's being pushed to her limits in this form to keep up, but she's choosing to limit herself. Almost like she's using this as... Training.”

As Chilli says this you feel yourself nodding along, your younger children doing the same. His words ring true, and as you look back up, Chaya continually being pushed further and further into the air away from the arena. Then, all of a sudden your daughter goes on the attack. With almost contemptuous ease Chaya dodges past a heavy right with her Su Ma once more, again countering with a left to the other woman's jaw. Again sending her flying downward. However, this time, since they both are so far in the air, Kaliflor recovers long before she got close to the ground.

“Come on, start taking me seriously!” Chaya calls down, you seeing Kaliflor's knuckles turn white from how hard she's clenching her fists. “You'll never beat me like this!”
“Oh yeah? Then how about THIS?! HRRRRAAAAAA!!”

And with that roar Kaliflor ascends into a Super Saiyan, golden glow blazing brilliantly around her. Then, without waiting for Chaya to transform as well blitzes your daughter, only to pass straight through her!

“Wha-Afterimage?!” Kaliflor shouts, only for you daughter to roar from even higher in the air. Also ascending to her Super Saiyan form, closely matching Kaliflor's strength. “Tch!”
“Alright, my turn!” your daughter bellows, dashing downward. Kaliflor matches her charge, the two golden streaks blazing and colliding midair in a flash. Kaliflor, still noticeably faster than your daughter quickly takes up the momentum, throwing two to three strikes for every one Chaya fires back. But as the two women clash, the skill gap quickly becomes apparent.

“She may be strong, but her technique's sloppy.” Broly mutters, Chaya dodging a left straight with a counterclockwise Su Ma spin then flipping backwards to dodge the follow-up spinning backfist, only to plant both heels in Kaliflor's guts. With a snarl she stops her backwards flight, again dashing in. But every attack is either blocked or dodged, Chaya retaliating with near-surgical precision. A jab here, a kick there, not pressing her openings and getting hit, but keeping herself one step ahead of her far faster foe. Which clearly infuriates Kaliflor, who after a solid minute of being unable to land a solid blow roars in rage.

“GRRRAAAAAAAAA!!” she bellows, Explosive Wave knocking Chaya back away from her. “Haaaaah! Damn you, how are you doing that? I'm a lot faster than you, so why aren't my attacks landing?”
“Isn't it obvious?” your daughter replies, not taking this moment to try attacking. “I'm just better than you.”

Which only further serves to infuriate Kaliflor, who with a snarl activates a familiar technique. Her hands become shrouded in ki, forming large, slashing claws.

“Let's see if you'll still be so smug after I've slashed you to ribbons!” Kaliflor bellows, her Energy Claws radiating with power. This could be dangerous.

But what do you do?
>Telepathically reach out to Kaliflor, warn her against using such a lethal attack. It may force Chaya to do the same, and you don't want either of them to die here
>Ask Chaya with a thought if she needs you to step in and get her to stop this technique, or if she's got this

“Really? THAT's your big plan?” Chaya asks, then sighs out, retaking her fighting stance. “Alright, do your best.”

But as Chaya does, you see her blazing golden aura contract, tightening around her body as she takes on her version of your Energy Body. Kaliflor smirks, then charges in, ferociously slashing with her newly-made energy weapons.

“Look out sis!” Karn Jr calls up to her worriedly. “Don't let her cut you!”
“Nah, big sis'll be fine.” Maz says confidently, yet you see him sitting on the edge of his seat. “Go get her Chaya!”
“Hrmm...” you mutter, watching the woman's fighting style completely change. Gone are the kicks and knee strikes, focusing exclusively on using her bladed limbs to attack. Her strikes are ferocious and swift, yet still not beyond your daughter's defensive capabilities. Your daughter focuses entirely on evasion and counter blows, not bothering to test her Energy Body's strength against the flashing claws and instead relying on her Su Ma even more. Flipping, twisting, and spinning past the other woman's slashes.

However, as Kaliflor presses the attack, you begin to see a pattern to her attack. Every dash in is led with either a wide, sweeping right slash, or a blindingly fast left thrust of her claws aimed at your daughter's chest. From there she deviates into different strikes, different slashes, backhanded slashes, uppercuts, and overhead rakes, but each attack starts with either of those two attacks. For a moment you wonder why, wondering if those are the only moves she knows to open her attack, but as she demonstrates more and more varied slashes with her claws, realize the truth. It's not that she doesn't have more opening attacks, but she's trying to convince Chaya those are the only openings she knows. No doubt to bait her with a feint as the fight goes on.

“I see.” you mutter as Kaliflor continues her frenzied attacks. Your daughter flips and spins around her various slashes and swipes, landing her own strikes after three or four strikes each time. With every blow Chaya lands she sends Kaliflor flying, recovering after a few moments and dashing back in for one of her two opening attacks. This pattern repeats for a couple minutes, until as Kaliflor dashes in you feel something different. The tension in the air changes, she's going to try it. This is the time.
“HAAAAAA!!” Kaliflor bellows, dashing in and making as if she's about to charge in with another flying right. Chaya moves, predicting the blow once more. But this time Kaliflor feints, stopping her right and twisting clockwise with a turning left kick. However, your daughter was still ready, catching Kaliflor's ki blade-shrouded leg in both shielded hands. “What?!”
“Come on now, did you really think I wouldn't be able to see through such an obvious trick?” Chaya taunts, flipping and dragging the woman along before pitching her straight down.

“I've had enough of this warm up, stop holding back!” Chaya roars, her powerlevel dipping as her energy body shatters, aura changing. Shifting from the golden of Super Saiyan to the blue and gold of her 'People's Champion' semi-divine power. As Kaliflor regains her control and stops her downward flight, Chaya dashes in. Closing the distance in a blink, she drives her right fist into Kaliflor's guts, knocking not just the air but the Super Saiyan out of her. “Don't tell me you're done just off that? I was expecting more.”

Drawing her fist back Chaya lets Kaliflor drop through the air, crashing down on the arena below. But the woman doesn't stay down, pushing herself back up to her feet after only a couple seconds.

“Tch, dammit! I'm not done, you haven't seen my real power yet!” Kaliflor snarls, clenching her fists and causing her golden aura to blaze once more. Ascending this time, strength double what it had been before. But with Chaya's semi-divine power on display, you know it's nowhere near enough. “I won't lose to you!”
“If this is the limits of your power, this fight is already over.” Chaya says, raising her right hand overhead and swiftly creating a massive ball of energy. One easily the circumference of the arena floor below. “Either show me one hundred percent of your strength, or lose right here and now.”
“You think you can order me around?! Bitch, I'll make you choke on those words!” Kaliflor snarls, dashing up at Chaya. Who catches Kaliflor's fist in her hand, stopping her charge cold. “What?!”

“So, this was the 'hidden power' you were hyping up to me? Disappointing, I was expecting more.” your daughter says, pulling the woman into a sharp gut check with her knee, again forcing Kaliflor to power down. Dropping her down, Chaya then reduces the power of her orb, it noticeably growing smaller and weaker before tossing it down at the downed woman. “This is over.”

Chaya's attack drops, crashing down on th Kaliflor and the arena floor below. Stone shatters and people scream in panic as the attack drops, but your focus is on Kaliflor. Her energy, despite being sandwiched by the orb and the arena isn't dropping, not like it would if she were being crushed. Instead, you feel something... Different. Unfamiliar. A strange power, unlike anything you ever remember sensing starts to well up from Kaliflor. Her energy itself seems to howl out in pain, in defiance. In rage. Seems this new power she spoke of was real after all.

“What is this?” your wife says, sensing it as well. “This power-?”
“I don't like this.” Chilli mutters, everyone around growing uneasy as you all sense the change in Kaliflor's energy. You feel it swell and grow, then you feel it. An explosion of strength, of wrath as the orb that was once crushing Kaliflor is launched back into the sky at staggering speed. Chaya narrowly manages to dodge her own attack, turning her gaze back down at the power you all sense and can now see blazing. And there, standing in the middle of the cratered arena, you see it. Kaliflor's new power. The first thing you notice is her hair, now noticeably white is standing up and out dramatically, nearly as long as a Primal Saiyan's but straight up. Her white and purple aura blazes menacingly, Kaliflor's crimson-eyed glare focused on your daughter as she slowly lowers her right hand.

“Well well, look who finally decided to show u-” Chaya starts, only for Kaliflor to blink the distance between them, returning the gut shot. “Guah?!”
“You wanted my best, right?” Kaliflor replies, voice low and menacing like a Super Saiyan 3's or Primal Saiyan's. “This is my true power. The power that will take you down.”

Chaya, despite being winded by the shot tries to fire a quick left hook to Kaliflor's chin, only for the white-haired woman to eat the shot instead of dodging or blocking, her head barely turning aside. You feel Chaya's surprise, your daughter's stunned look showing her shock.

“Was that your best? I was expecting more.” Kaliflor taunts menacingly, throwing your daughter's line back in her face before going on the attack. Driving her left knee into Chaya's guts, then lacing her fingers together overhead and slamming her fists into the back of your daughter's head. Sending her crashing down to the arena below, right into the crater her own massive orb had made moments ago. Knocking up a cloud of dust, obscuring your daughter's form.
“Damn, she's powerful.” Broly mutters, Kori nodding in agreement. Stunned silence hangs over the arena, everyone else too shocked to speak.

But what about you?

“Something's wrong.” you mutter, reaching out telepathically to Kaliflor's mother, Aisha. “Aisha, your daughter-”
“Yes, I can sense it. She's finally showing off her true power.” Aisha replies, you sensing the smug radiating through the link. “Jealous that my daughter has a better powerup than your own?”
“This power, while impressive, feels... Off.” you reply as she descends, your daughter's energy vanishing entirely. Her azure light blows away the darkness, aura coalescing and shattering to reveal your daughter's Super Saiyan Blue form. “Like there's something wrong with it.”

“Not bad, now THIS form's worth fighting!” your daughter declares with a smile. Retaking her fighting stance with far more grace than before, she seems almost to float in her movements. “Come on, Kaliflor Clan-Clan! Let's do this!”
“Bring it!” Kaliflor roars, both women blazing towards each other.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S82uzw0jjbA

“No, this is her true power.” Aisha tells you smugly. “She's been working towards releasing this power for years.”
“What IS this power?” you ask her, watching as Chaya and Kaliflor clash at full speed. Both women move at a blur, Kaliflor attacking aggressively while Chaya goes back on the defense, dodging and blocking her foe's strikes. “I don't think I've ever felt anything like it.”
“Heh heh heh, it's quite something, isn't it?” she replies, Chaya using the Su Ma to dodge around a left cross, countering with a spinning right hook to Kaliflor's jaw. Staggering the white-haired woman a step to her side, only to spin back with a right backhand that Chaya back flips under, driving her knee up into Kaliflor's chin. Chaya following that by kicking her leg out, shoving Kaliflor back as she flips backwards fully, reoriented on her opponent with a smile. She's clearly loving this. “The power of her two bloodlines, fully realized.”

“Fully realized? What do you mean?” you ask her, curious what exactly this power means for the half-Saiyan, half-Ctarl-Ctarl woman.
“Well, to make a long story a lot shorter, she spent years training and studying her power under our greatest fighters.” Aisha tells you as the two girls continue to duke it out, fists and feet flying at breakneck speeds. “Reconciling the differences between the great powers of the Ctarl-Ctarl, and your people's own might. And after the sages performed the ancient ritual, her two disparate powers became one.”
“Ancient ritual?” you ask, wondering just what sorts of things were done to have achieved this level of power.

“Hey, don't ask me what the 'Senzai Nouryoku Kaihou' ritual entails, I've never done it myself. I was never that big into the martial arts anyways.” Aisha answers as your daughter ducks a heavy right, retaliating with a heavy right uppercut to Kaliflor's guts then a left cross to the jaw. Only for Kaliflor to take the momentum and spin into a left backfist, shattering Chaya's armor with a single strike. “All I know is that after that ritual was completed, I could sense her new power awaken from the other side of our planet. The entire world shook the first time she transformed like this, we thought she might break the whole planet!”

“Another ritual...” you mutter aloud as the two women continue fighting, thinking over what you learned before reaching back out. “I see. Seems we Saiyans aren't the only race with a ritual that grants unbelievable power.”
“Wait, you guys have one too?” Aisha replies, shocked. However, your conversation is then interrupted as Chaya and Kaliflor's fists clash directly, creating massively powerful shock waves. Knocking both women back away from each other as well as cracking the stone stands beneath all of your feet.
“Damn, impressive.” Future Chaya, who'd been quiet up to this point says. “That power looks almost like Gohan's, wouldn't you say?”

“i think it looks exactly like Gohan's.” Towa replies, you turning your attention to the two of them. Seeing you looking her way, Towa quickly tells you telepathically of what she knows of this power. “The 'first' being to achieve this power was a halfbreed Saiyan named Gohan, son of Kakarot and a human woman. After his true potential was unleashed by the Elder Kai in a secret ritual art only he knows, and driven to rage watching his mentor and friend dying before his eyes, this power exploded from him as well.”
“Another halfbreed? Perhaps this power then could be...” you start, only for Maza to shake his head and interject.
“Not us. We tried. Something about our demonic power prevents us from obtaining this form. As much as I'd want to...” he says, a slight hint of bitterness in his voice. Then, more to himself than you he mutters. “With that power, Vegeta wouldn't stand a chance.”

Thinking over everything you discovered, you turn your focus back on the fight. Where Chaya is once more on the defensive, flying back and stopping, retaking her fighting stance as Kaliflor charges in wildly with a heavy right. With a smile Chaya, her left arm up, deflects a heavy right from Kaliflor out past her right shoulder while twisting, bringing her own right into a perfect cross square into Kaliflor's jaw. Snapping her head to the side and staggering her back. Your daughter immediately goes on the attack, forcing Kaliflor onto the defensive under her barrage of strikes as she starts laughing!

“Yes, YES! THIS is what I wanted, a real fight!!” your daughter shouts, pressing her advantage. Kaliflor, despite her strength takes several blows through her guard until, with a roar Chaya uppercuts through the space in her foe's cross-arm guard, landing a solid uppercut to the jaw that sends Kaliflor flying back. “Aha ha ha haaa! C'mon, C'MON! Give me EVERYTHING you've got!!”

“I won't lose!” Kaliflor roars, her aura blazing once more as both women stare each other down, waiting on the other to make the first move.
“They're a lot closer to evenly matched now.” Tatsu and Tomi say, the twins watching with wide eyes. Only for your wife to make a grunting noise, you turning to her. But her focus is solely on Chaya, brow furrowed as she stares hard at her daughter. Something seems to have gotten her attention.

“Meloka? Hun, what is it?” you ask your wife telepathically as you turn your focus back on the fight. “What are you seeing?”
“It's Chaya's power. She should be a lot stronger than she is right now.” Meloka replies, also telepathically. “Look at her, she's trembling. She doesn't have enough power to keep that form going for much longer.”
“Do you think Kaliflor's hits are really that hard?” you ask, getting the mental image of Meloka shaking her head as the two women continue to clash. Kaliflor again on the attack, Chaya back on the back foot and fighting defensively once more. “Or is it something about her power, like mine?”

“No, nothing like that. But she already used Blue earlier.” your wife tells you, confusing you. “It may not seem like it, but it takes a TREMENDOUS amount of power to take on that form. It isn't to be used lightly. And she already transformed back when you all were fighting Hit.”
“Wasn't that hours ago? Shouldn't she have recovered by now?” you reply as Chaya narrowly leans her head to the right to narrowly dodge a right straight, only to take a left uppercut square in the guts, doubling her over. Kaliflor, seizing upon her advantage follows with a right cross then short left uppercut to the jaw into a spinning right roundhouse to the temple, knocking your daughter spinning and flying back away.

“No, usually it takes at least eight hours to recover, which is why you wouldn't have noticed this with your training of her for the past month being at opposite ends of the day.” your wife replies as Kaliflor chases down Chaya, your daughter recovering and remounting her defense. “She's eaten, which is why she still has the strength to even take this form and fight, but it's still nowhere near close to one hundred percent of her power. Right now, she's at less than half her normal Blue form's strength.”
“Wait, half?! Damn.” you say aloud, watching your daughter struggle against the half-Ctarl-Ctarl's beastly transformation. Yet even despite her weakness your daughter keeps fighting, finding her openings to land powerful shots. But they are few and farther between as the fight moves on, Kaliflor seemingly speeding up. Or, your daughter is slowing down.

“HRRAAAAAAA!!” Kaliflor bellows, firing a wild, heavy right. One Chaya can't avoid, instead crosses her arms to block. Allowing the force of the strike to send her flying backwards, creating dozens of yards of space between them before stopping her backwards flight.
“Hehe, I gotta hand it to you. This new form of yours is the real deal.” your daughter says while lowering her hands. Revealing a bit of blood dripping out of the left corner of her mouth as she grins. A bloody, toothy grin. “But how about I stop holding back and take this seriously?”

“WHAT?!” Kaliflor, most of your children, and even you say, surprised by Chaya's declaration. No doubt getting the reaction she wanted, your daughter wipes her mouth with the back of her left hand, spitting blood down onto the arena before crossing her arms. Her aura begins to contract around her, then as your daughter shouts, throwing her arms out and blazing her divine power. Her power is so intense that your Berserker Soul reacts, you feeling your With a confident smirk your daughter retakes her fighting stance, gesturing at Kaliflor to come to her with her left's fingers.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6HVC4Zpfw0

“Come on. I've had my fun, now it's time to end this.” Chaya declares, much to Kaliflor's outrage.
“What?! Like HELL I'm gonna lo-!!” Kaliflor roars, aura blazing wildly around her. However, as she roars Chaya dashes forward, closing the distance between them near-instantly. Driving her fist into Kaliflor's exposed guts, doubling her over in pain. “Kyaagh?!"
“This is my full power.” Chaya declares, azure aura flaring wildly around her and crackling with divine might. Through gritted teeth Kaliflor tries to retaliate with wild swings, only for Chaya to nimbly dodge both, retalitating with a quick 1-2 to the face and snapping her foe's head back. Kaliflor staggers back, Chaya pressing the advantage and unleashing a powerful combination of punches and kicks. Ending the rush with a right uppercut to the guts then a double hammerfist to the back, sending Kaliflor crashing down to the ground below. Landing dead center in the arena's crater, your daughter blazing her power as she throws both arms wide. “This match is over! FINAL!”

As Chaya roars she presses both wrists together, golden energy crackling around her as she prepares her attack. Kaliflor, pushing herself up to her feet looks back up, only to see Chaya suddenly vanish! One moment she's in the air above you all, the next she's simply gone. But, as the light changes you see the light change on Kaliflor as well, looking down to see your daughter had somehow used Instant Transmission, down on a knee before the taller woman with her attack readied.

“Oh sh-!” Kaliflor starts, her words drowned out as Chaya roars.
FLAAAAAAAAASH!!!” Chaya bellows, unleashing her attack point-blank at Kaliflor. Her aura is consumed entirely by the golden blast, your daughter's attack sending her straight into space near-instantly. One moment both are standing less than a foot apart, and the next your daughter's attack is sending her flying away. Chaya unleashes everything she's got left with that attack, the beam lasting several seconds. But as the attack goes you see your daughter's aura vanish completely, the beam fading away over the next three seconds. Leaving your daughter, drained and exhausted on one knee. The only fighter left in the arena.

“Haaah, haaaah, haaaaah.” she pants as the azure color drains from her hair, your daughter reverting back to her base form as she falls to her hands and knees. Trying to recover. But your focus is on Kaliflor's energy, out beyond New Salda's atmosphere. Although diminished, her power hasn't faded, your daughter thankfully not killing the daughter of one of your people's allies. But, after a few seconds you feel her power blaze back up, the embers of her strength reigniting as she dashes back towards the planet. “Oh, you've got to be kidding me.”

Looking up, Chaya no doubt senses her foe's return as well, you all looking up as Kaliflor's energy streaks back towards the arena. Her transformed state's aura blazing, Kaliflor dashes back down, slamming down onto the arena before your daughter. Rising up slowly, the beastial half-Ctarl-Ctarl woman looks down at your daughter. Who, seeing her foe returned pushes herself up as well, staggering to her feet.

“Haaah, that was. Haaah. One hell. Haaaah. Of a shot.” Kaliflor pants out, taking deep, heavy breaths as her own power continues to drop. “But now. It's over. I win.”
“Like hell.” Chaya retorts, eyes blazing scarlet and gold defiantly. “I'm not out of tricks yet.”
“I don't want to kill you, but I'm too. Tired. To hold back enough as you are now.” Kaliflor says, your daughter shaking her head defiantly. “Surrender.”
“Why surrender. When I'm about. To win?” Chaya retorts, both women's powers cut severely. But, having held onto her new form, Kaliflor's advantage is seemingly insurmountable.

But what do you do? Do you interfere? Or let Chaya have the fight she wants, no matter the outcome?

“What the hell is she thinking? Bane, do you have any ideas?” you think to yourself then reach out to the Sith phantom in your mind. His imaginary image appears beside you, also looking out on the battle below.
“Hmmm. Perhaps, she's planning on dominating her mind?” Bane wonders aloud, as only you can hear him. “Or, perhaps a more direct approach? Mmm, that would be more her style. But, in that state, what can she do?”
“Win? You? You can barely stand on your own two feet.” Kaliflor says with a smirk. “I'll try not to break you too badly.”

You don't want to fight me with your full power anymore.” Chaya says, an odd, distorted tone to her voice as she raises her right hand, waving it dismissively while slightly wiggling her fingers. “You want to power down, and use your base form.
“Ha! Begging for mercy won't help you now!” Kaliflor taunts, taking her low, crouching fighting stance. “I'm gonna take you down!”
“Well, it was worth a shot.” Chaya replies, raising her left hand towards Kaliflor. As she does, you and Bane both realize what she's doing simultaneously.

“Lightning.” you both say together, watching as your daughter's scars begin to light up with azure power. Kaliflor sees this as well, taking a step back as well as taking a more defensive posture, like a predator watching an animal of prey take an aggressive posture.
“What?” Leyas and Sarada both say, turning to you. But your eyes are focused on your daughter, Chaya's arm trembling with exhaustion as sparks begin to dance around her scarred arms. Seeing this, Kaliflor decides to try and attack, kicking off the ground towards your daughter. But Chaya fires first, a burst of over a dozen lightning bolts shoot from her fingertips directly into Kaliflor.
“GRRRAAAAAAAAAH!!” Kaliflor cries, falling to the ground as Chaya electrocutes her. Her hate-fueled lightning courses throughout the half-Ctarl-Ctarl woman's body. “KYAAAAAAAAH! YAAAAAAAAAH!!”

“Give up!” Chaya snarls, throwing her right hand forward and doubling the lightning she's throwing. “Surrender, and I'll stop!”
“KYAAAAAAAAAAH! Grrrrr! GrrrrRRRAAAAAA!” Kaliflor cries in pain, trying to grit her teeth and bear it, only to collapse a moment later. “GYAAAAAAAH!!”
“Give up and it stops!” Chaya shouts, her body trembling as she falls back down to a knee. Chaya keeps both hands forward, continuing to fry the woman with lightning from her fingertips. “The sooner you give up, the sooner this stops!”

“I-! Won't-!” Kaliflor shouts through gritted teeth, her body thrashing and flailing as Chaya's hatred courses through her veins. “QUIT!!”
“Unfortunately for you, this isn't a discussion. You're leaving, now.” Chaya shouts, using her telekinesis simultaneously to start lifting Kaliflor's body up off the ground. As she does, you see blood start to pour from your daughter's right eye and right nostril, the strain clear on her face as veins bulge on her forehead. Lifting and launching the woman enveloped in her lightning out of the hole, then with a final roar sending her flying at the stands. “It's! OVER!!”

With that shout Chaya pitches Kaliflor towards the wall of the arena, lightning still coursing throughout her body as she flies backwards. Unable to control her body, she's unable to stop herself before slamming into the wall back-first. Smashing into it, shattering the stone and embedding her body into it. Leaving Chaya still standing in the ruins of the arena, the clear winner of the match. With a sigh, your daughter wearily pushes herself up to her feet, raising her right fist overhead in triumph. The crowd cheers wildly at your daughter's victory, Chaya standing tall. She remains statuesque for a moment before lowering her hand, lifting up into the air and landing by Kaliflor. Reaching down, offering her hand to her opponent. Kaliflor, having reverted back to her base form looks down at your daughter's hand then back up, Chaya smiling at her.

“That new form of yours was crazy. Let's do this again sometime.” Chaya offers, Kaliflor taking the offered hand after a moment. Your daughter then pulls her out of the wall, the cheers' volume increasing. Chaya turns to your family, a moment later Caulifla leaping up out of the stands towards her while Okira stands on her seat, Imagine Dragon snaking its way out of her mouth as she begins to speak.

THE ARENA OF NEW SALDA REVERTS TO THE CONDITION IT WAS IN WHEN DAWN BROKE THIS MORNING.” Okira and Imagine Dragon both say simultaneously, the crowd watching in awe as all the damage to the arena is undone in a matter of seconds. Meanwhile, Caulifla goes to the two women, holding her chime and casting her healing power. Once more, instead of the brilliant gold it was before she obtained her new power, the miracle she casts now radiates with icy deep blue light. Replenishing and rejuvenating the bodies of Chaya and Kaliflor, undoing all the damage they sustained in their battle. Kaliflor, reaching over grabs your daughter's left wrist, lifting Chaya up off her feet as she holds her hand above her to even louder cheers. And together the two of the, Caulifla bringing up the rear clear off the arena as two other fighters take to the stage, one of who's hair looks quite familiar. Must be Bardock's boy, Kakarot.

“Well done, both of you.” you say to the two of them as they land by you, looking from Kaliflor to Chaya as you reach out, placing a hand on their opposite shoulders. “You both fought well.”
“Thank you, General Karn.” Kaliflor says, giving you a surprisingly good Saiyan salute.
“I wished the premiere battle with this form had resulted in a win, but I suppose there's a reason you've managed to hold onto your title for so long.”

Kaliflor says this, turning her focus from you to your daughter with a good-natured grin.

“I thought I had you too, when you powered down. How did you do that? How did you shoot lightning from your fingertips? That was so cool!” Kaliflor asks, your daughter giving her a tired smile. Caulifla may heal their injuries, but both women are still exhausted from the match. Yet they still seem friendly with each other, which is good. The rest of the day passes peacefully, Aisha finishing her business with King Vegeta not long after the match then coming to join you all, telling you all she plans to stay for the next few days. Before approaching you directly, challenging you to a rematch.

“It's been some time since you and I last fought, General. What do you say, want to go another round?” Aisha asks, an eager gleam to her eye. “I'm a lot stronger than last time, you know.”

And while she has gotten stronger, it's nowhere close to the levels of power you now wield. But, she has challenged you. How will you respond?

“Well, if you insist. I'll take you on.” you tell her, the Ctarl-Ctarl woman's tail flicking excitedly. “Let's head over to the arena, and we'll get started.”
“I've been looking forward to this, nya!” she exclaims excitedly, your family all following along excitedly. Even Chilli's wife and children stay to watch you fight, which means now you definitely cannot afford to lose. You lead everyone back to the arena, which is almost empty as the previous fight between two Saiyans around Okira's age finishes up. Chaya congratulates them both on their efforts, you doing so as well before stepping up onto the stage with them.

“Wait, you're about to fight?” one asks, eyes wide. To which you nod, ruffling the kid's hair absently.
“Yeah, I'm going to fight our guest.” you tell them both as Aisha flies down onto the opposite side of the arena, stretching her arms out overhead.
“Kick her ass, General Karn!” the other one, the one who lost their match shouts excitedly.
“Yeah, take her down!” the other adds in, you giving both a nod as Chaya comes over, getting them to get off the stage and into the stands. You turn back to face your opponent, the Ctarl-Ctarl woman taking her usual fighting stance.

“You want to start out in this form? Or do you want someone to throw up a Power Ball for you so you can take on your stronger form?” you ask her, giving her the chance to start in a stronger form. But she shakes her head, not raising up out of her hunched over stance.
“I haven't gotten to fight someone like you in ages, let's not rush things.” she replies, tail twitching back and forth in anticipation. “I'm gonna enjoy this.”
“Heh, alright.” you reply, uncrossing your arms and taking your own fighting stance. “Let's do this.”

The moment the words leave your mouth she lunges, but you're ready. Easily you dodge her slashing right by stepping back with your left while twisting counterclockwise, easily avoiding her slashing claws. She follows up with a a horizontal left slash, but you block that attack as well with your right forearm. Striking her left wrist, stopping her claws from reaching you. Only for her to follow that strike with a right punch at your face. Which you stop, catching her right fist with your left. Only for the Ctarl-Ctarl to bend her elbows in and lunge forward, driving her left knee at your face. But once more you're ready, dropping your left and stopping her knee with your right palm. Shoving her backwards, the Ctarl-Ctarl warrior flipping backwards and landing on all fours. Immediately, however, she kicks off the ground the moment she makes contact. Keeping up the pressure with a relentless barrage of attacks.

Her attack is ferocious, but with the power gap between you both you easily stop her advance. Dozens of blows are thwarted before you reach out, palming her left bicep with your right hand, stopping her strike before she can make it. Stunning her, Aisha's eyes widening in surprise. But only for a moment, you driving your left knee up into her guts. Stunning the woman, knocking the wind out of her as with that one blow she collapses to the ground.

“Perhaps I overdid it a bit?” you wonder to yourself, taking a couple steps back and giving her room. If she wants to keep going she'll get up, and if she'd rather stay down you'll let her be out by the count. As Chaya begins counting for the dozen people watching, aside from your family.
“One! Two! Three!” Chaya counts enthusiastically, you hearing Kaliflor calling to her mother.
“Come on, get up! I know you're not gonna quit!” Aisha's daughter calls, Aisha gritting her teeth, planting her palms on the repaired arena floor and slowly pushing herself upright. “Don't give up!”

“Damn, that one. That one hurt.” she says, drawing her right hand out and forming a ball of ki in it. “I can't take another one like that. So, guess it's time. Burst open and mix!”

With that shout Aisha throws the orb into the sky, clenching her fist. You feel the orb begin radiating with the same power as a full moon, the Ctarl-Ctarl woman snarling as the light washes over her.

“Grrrr! HRRRAAAAAAAAA!!” she roars, uniform ripping to shreds as she takes on her far more beastly form. Her skin is replaced with white and black fur, dropping down to all fours with a roar of challenge. Then, before her roar is even finished dashes back at you, slashing with her claws once more. With her in her much bigger and stronger form, you have to brace yourself as she charges in. However, she doesn't hit you directly, instead somehow splitting into two of herself! One going right and the other left, splitting around you like Tomitsu had against the Sixth Universe's fused warrior.

“What the-?” you exclaim, momentarily caught off guard. Eyes darting between them both halves moving the same. Landing on opposite sided of you, they both lunge towards you. But that's when their identical movements stop, catching you by total surprise. The one on your left goes low, slashing and biting at your ankle while the one on your right goes high, aiming for your head. It is also faster, so you move to deal with it first with a right straight to her chest. However, as your fist passes through air, you realize you've been had.

Fist passing harmlessly through the illusion, the real Aisha's fangs latch onto you around your left ankle, jerking you off your feet. Dropping down onto your right knee, using it to stop yourself from falling flat on the ground you try and strike back at her with a left backfist, only for Aisha to leap over your hand, kicking off your head and knocking you flat on the ground. Your head cracks the stone tile beneath it, the shock disorienting you for a fraction of a moment before you push yourself back up, springing to your feet and turning to face her as she lands.

“Neat trick. But it won't work on me again.” you tell her, retaking your fighting stance. To which she growls, a sound a mixture of both challenge and a primal glee, the thrill of the hunt as the two of you begin to circle each other. Moving counterclockwise, you both maintain your distance, waiting for your moment to strike. As you stare her down, heart beating in your chest, something feels... Different about this fight. Something strange. You can't quite place it, but as you try and think through her technique, watching as her image begins splitting into two again, realization strikes. You're enjoying this. Win or lose, there are no real stakes to this fight. You both are on the same side, there are no world-ending calamities to stop or threats about your planet being taken to another universe to worry about. It's just you and a friend throwing down, to see who can best who. And as Aisha, once again split into her two selves charges, you can't stop yourself from smiling.

This is gonna be... Fun.

And that's it for this episode, everyone enjoy the ride? Ready to battle Aisha next time, and see what other new tricks the Ctarl-Ctarl has up her sleeves? What do you think of Kaliflor and the Beast transformation, do you like it seemingly being an 'exclusive' half-Saiyan form? And are you ready to not only discover what the real reason behind Aisha's personal visit to New Salda is, and where we go from here? All this and more, next time on Saiyan Conqueror Quest!
>>
>>6078469
Time to bust out some less-used technique on her, now that we have a chance to fuck around.
Multi-form. Gigantification. etc.

Beast does seem to fit a Ctarl-Ctarl Saiyan hybrid. Though am surprised that any of the Ctarl-Ctarl are powerful/competent enough to have reached it, even if theoritically capable of it.
>>
>>6078474
Karn is going to enjoy himself this fight. Something he rarely gets to personally indulge in anymore.
The devil's in the details, especially considering the 'mystery ritual' she went through before obtaining this power. Although, for those who know, it makes a lot of sense.

I think I'm done with this dnd group. For hours today I was thinking how much more fun I'd be having running my episode here for this Sunday with all of you than playing with my dnd group that I'm giving up on them. I'm not taking any more Sundays off of SCQ for that group, done making myself miserable in the hopes of having good dnd.
>>
You've posted here pretty consistently (every week or second week) lately about having issues with them, so they're clearly getting on your nerves.

Bad D&D can be pretty bloody frustrating.
>>
Could Karn beat this thing? What do you think, it oneshot Beerus.
>>6078592
>>
>>6079051
If we could get a shot at its core, I think it's absolutely doable.
Besides, that thing needed the power of the entire physical universe and multiple dimensions to get around Hakai. Karn just flexed harder than a motherfucker.
>>
>>6079049
Yeah, I thought it was just a bad week or something, but no. I think I'm ready to call it. Don't want to leave the dm because he's really crafting a good setting and I want to see where it goes, but I cannot have fun with that asshole there. Basically come down to a "him or me", and I'm not making that dm choose. I'll just step aside and if he runs a game without my brother I'll join that one.
>>6079051
Still haven't checked that out yet, but can it withstand any wish? If not, Karn and DDF can always win at any given point, as we saw with even a being as powerful as Lyin Eyes Requiem.
>>6079054
To be fair, Champa's Hakai was kicking your ass. Even at 100% you can't tank that level of power for long.
>>
>>6079079
I dunno, but Whis thought it was so scary he decided to step in and start fighting it himself, and that's along with fucking Blue Evolution Gogeta and LSSJ Broly as backup
You know shit is real when fucking Whis gets an aura.
>>
>>6079085
>Whis stepped in
>WHIS
I recant what I said, if something got Whis to actually fight and not just intercept an attack or two, then it's probably ggs. Only things above that level are if Mechikabura/Grand Priest start throwing hands.
>>
>>6079089
Yeah. But he seems confident Gogeta and Broly can kill it if they nuke the null realm since it merged with it, so like anon said the core is the weakspot
Literally hit the big glowing weak point for extra damage lol

I gotta vent about this a little more, because its swirling around my head and won’t let me sleep. I’ll set the scene of one of the most egregious things to happen in that session:

A puzzle dungeon room, drop down from the floor above is the only entrance. Raised dais on opposite end from the drop, 4 pillars around a glowing, floating orb. I check the walls of the room for any writing or any clues or hints on how to get out, roll a 17 Investigation -when the DM calls for the roll, I don’t just start throwing dice like an asshole-. With the light cantrip on a stone in my hand to see as I don’t have Darkvision. Check the whole room, and according to the dm “You don’t see anything”. Someone else looks on the next loop, and wouldn’t you know it suddenly there’s a doorway on opposite wall(that I already checked before) and the “puzzle” was only a distraction that kills you for getting on the dais if someone touches the orb (groundhog day town, trapped in loops so we had to redo everything upon deaths).

Why couldn’t I find the door before? Never addressed! I made this abjuration wizard to survive and problem solve(lv2, +5 on Arcana and Investigation, as well as Insight checks) because the dm likes his stupid puzzles that hurt the players for doing them wrong when given little description and less to work with. But what good is doing all that if the dm doesn’t let me actually solve the problems? What’s the point of investing into Insight if he doesn’t give me any sort of hint whatsoever to work with? Much less when the “Lol so randumb xddd” player who interrupts whatever anyone else is doing and even talks over the dm trying to explain things interrupts and keeps making the same stupid unfunny joke for the thirtieth time that hour? We get it, you like talking about and actually trying to grab others’ dicks even when they tell you both IC and OOC to stop. Just Shut The Fuck Up Already! Fuck.

Or another puzzle room, Gandalf vs Balrog-tier narrow stone bridge over chasm of darkness. Bridge ends but there’s an illusion of it, first player walks off and falls into invisible spinning blades that only cut living flesh. I’m examining the bridge itself, looking to see if the path invisibly branches before lol so randumb #2 grabs another player’s character and yeets them at the far door, only to hit more invisible spinning blades, cutting them to shreds and causing the time loop to reset(“random” number of deaths cause the loop to start over). Back in the room again, there’s a switch. Under the bridge, in the middle of it. Throwing the switch turned off the blades and made the partially-illusory bridge wholly real, and we could progress. Another stupid fucking puzzle was the pokemon Red/Blue Lt. Surge gym puzzle with 30ish statues and a room filling with darkness that sticks to you, somehow halving movement speed and checking each statue for a switch under the chin was a whole action.
>>
>>6079106
Being submerged in the darkness instantly kills you, as we discovered when the catfolk bard disappeared and insta-died. Again resetting the fucking time loop, and also somehow changing the switch locations.

Two different problems and neither is one -I- can fix. I’m done with that game, no dnd is better than bad dnd. I wouldn’t be awake fuming, still fucking annoyed if I’d been running a session for you guys instead. So fuck ‘em, I’m done making myself miserable just for tabletop.

Yeah nah miss me with that shit. Definitely the right move to get out. Better to deal with shitty online only groups than a dipshit who doesn't have the wherewithal to know he's within slapping distance when people get tired of his bullshit and to change up. Or no group at all.
>>
Yeah, that sounds fucked.

Worst I had was a DM who included anime demon butler-type shit into official D&D campaigns (Lost Mines), as well as level 20 DMPCs (against our level 5s).

Got real pissy when we refused to give the magical maguffin to his DMPCs, but rather tried to run away. My gnome wizard had possession of the item, and cast haste on the tabaxi rogue, who ran away carrying me and cunning action dashing. Like the fucking Flash running through the tunnels of the mine, far too fast for his precious homebrew-class homebrew-race (nephilem) DMPCs to catch.

Until we ran smack-bang face-first into an invisible gelatinous cube that spanned the whole width of the tunnel (which we had previously cleared, with no encounter with it), and died.
>>
Oh, yeah, I forgot that the DMPCs wanted the magical maguffin so that they could 'kill the gods' or some edgy shit like that.

My gnome illusionist wizard was a devout follower of Baravar Cloakshadow (gnome god of illusions and deception, protection of gnomish communities through illusions), so of course I said nah. DM was so edgy that he couldn't fathom some characters might be faithful in a setting where the gods demonstrably exist, and many are benevolent.
>>
Yeah nah that’s legit a bad dm, and atleast two bad players if the lol random guy and the player who threw Another PC to their doom aren’t the same person. I’d def rec taking a break for a month to destress and then try looking up online groups you could join. Any game that’s lasted atleast 3-6 months should have a minimum level of pc/dm decency.

Pretty sure we'd be fucked without an opening. Hakai is bad enough, but it looks like that nulling thing makes stuff Unexist, like what happened to LER. The fact that it tanked Destroyer Energy makes me think we'd have worse luck with DDF's special power. Maybe the power of time manipulation could stop it, but I don't know if it would "bleed over" other timelines. The Armor implied it, I think.

Sounds like a goddamn nightmare and brought up some unpleasant memories of my own. Sorry you had to deal with that shit.
>>
>>6079135
Nah, not even touching online rpgs. I got REALLY lucky with our group here, with you guys being cool.
>>6079138
Yeah, dmpc's can either be the best or worst characters in a campaign. They're usually the best when playing a SUPPORTING character, helping the other players do cool shit. But a lot, a LOT of dms use them to flex how cool their oc donut steel is.
>Until we ran smack-bang face-first into an invisible gelatinous cube that spanned the whole width of the tunnel (which we had previously cleared, with no encounter with it), and died.
Please tell me he didn't also hit you with "YoU fOrGoT tO eXpLoRe" and hid it in a totally real and not bullshitted up side path, did he?
>>6079142
Yeah, some people can't split irl and game beliefs/characters. Which can be hilarious once the campaign is dead and reminiscing about it.
>>6079197
They're different people, but he at least ASKED her first. Didn't just grab and yeet her without consent, the Dwork may be barely intelligent enough to understand common, but the player respects others' autonomy and asks OOC first.
>>6079326
I think the dm made this whole groundhog day town just to show off his super cool and lethal bullshit traps. Like the very first room, can still see the daylight as you enter the tunnel at level 1, 80ft-ish hallway. The walls are cursed and every turn you end in the hall is wis save of at least 15 against the voices telling you to touch the (obviously cursed) walls. Which, every time you touch is a curse, dealing 1d6 damage to your max hp. Ends in a small room, dimensions not explained but that there are two statues covered in the same curse as the wall. Requires both statues be lit by a light spell or similar, requiring two touches from a, reminder, LEVEL ONE PARTY. And that was only floor one. Every floor was the same pattern:
>new puzzle
>die to puzzle's bullshit(minimum 1 times, most was 8 I think)
>day resets back in town
>talk to artificer for magic item to clear obstacle
>get to next puzzle
Was not pleasant, and had damn near zero roleplay for two hours. Just bashing our heads against stupid puzzles that are never fully explained with "gotcha" solutions. "Oh, you died to the walls? Amulet of silence, your party won't hear the voices. Made it to the statues? Take this Wand of Light, so you're not cursed yourself this time."

Except we didn't even get to roleplay that, he just fast-forwarded through it to get back to the "gameplay".
>Sorry you had to deal with that shit.
I'm not sorry, I chose to stay. I'm just sorry I gave the game another chance instead of quitting last time like I'd wanted to.

B7 is an ancient(by his kind's usual lifespan) being, now many, many times older than the longest living Saibaman ever. Even new Saldamen or Tatsumen(from Planet Tatsu's training planet) don't make it more than a week or two at most. But somehow B7 inexplicably keeps on going. Not needing food or sleep, his existence confounds the scientists and biologists. However, he wasn't allowed to travel to Planet Tatsu again, after what happened...

Maybe whatever's sustaining him is just beyond their expertise. A God in the Life Domain or somebody knowledgeable in greenery magics/plant golems and homunculi might have more insight.

-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 222 Epilogue-

AGE 758, PLANET EUDORA

Grunting with restrained effort, your backhanded knife hand and forearm carve through the ancient tree's bark, cleaving a gash several inches wide and nearly two foot in at its deepest with your strike. Drawing your hand back you do the same again, cutting through the tree with ease and leaving a gash that would have taken a team of two men several minutes with their power saws to match. Then, with a grunt you leap into the air, pushing the tree in the direction your chops weakened with a single solid kick. There is a resounding crack, the tree breaking and falling. Instead of letting it fall, however, you then dash down underneath the falling lumber, catching it in your hands.

"Mmmhmmph!" you exhale as the weight crashes down upon you. Then, with practiced ease you balance the tree, walking it down the mountain past the other teams working slowly compared to you to cut their trees. The other men don't even look up anymore, not even the Skidder operators as you don't leave the tree for them to take down but do so yourself. For the first few days on the job your extraordinary strength compared to these 'normal' beings terrified and awed them, but after months of working together you're just another guy on the team. With a grunt you drop it down by the Delimber, that machine's operator giving you a wave of acknowledgment. You wave back, unable to hear each other speak over the sounds of so much heavy machinery and turn to head back into the forest. But as you do, suddenly a wave of unease washes over you. Something's... Wrong.

Looking around, the site looks as it always does. Heavy machines and hard men all at work turning trees to lumber, this world's primary export and main source of income. But you can't escape the feeling that something's just not right. For a moment an icy fear clutches at you, that she has somehow found you, but with a quick scan with your ki sense, feel nothing either. But deep in your gut you know something's wrong.

"-itz? Hey, muscles-for-brains!" a familiar voice calls out over the din of machines, you shaking your head and turning to see the man who hired you, a large, towering man with lines permanently creasing his face, the scars of battles long past still showing despite his greying hair. But as he approaches, he looks... Concerned. A look you've rarely seen from him. "You've been standing there lost in thought awhile, you alright? Didn't forget how to walk or something, didja?"
"No, but something's just... Off." you reply, slowly turning your head and trying to figure out what. "Doesn't something feel just... wrong to you, Kajic?"

"Off? No, we're actually ahead of schedule right now. Even the bigwigs who came in from the Blarg today are impressed with our progress " he replies, then with a knowing look leans in. "Look, I may not look it, but I'm actually a great-grandfather and husband myself. Take ten minutes, go check up on that pregnant wife of yours and make sure she's okay, kid. But every minute you're late, I'm taking it out of your pay, got it?"
"Understood, thank you." you reply, almost snapping a Saiyan salute on reflex. But you resist it with nothing more than an arm twitch, sharing a nod with your fellow former soldier and taking off into the air. In seconds you've left the worksite behind, flying over the mountains and towards your home.

You are Raditz, husband of Redis, son of Bardock and Gine, and have recently become a father-to-be. When a certain someone's father showed up to your isolated, abandoned world before, you both had left it behind. Instead choosing to live a quiet life on a not-so-isolated world, instead a world whereby suppressing your powers you wouldn't be as detectable. And after arriving, your wife first told you she'd gotten pregnant. You were overjoyed and terrified all at once, horrified at the thought of what that crazy bitch would do to your wife and child if she ever found this out.

"Don't worry, she can't find you here." you mutter to yourself as you fly, trying to reassure yourself while keeping your powers suppressed despite the growing worry in your gut. Her father finding you before was a fluke, you've not sensed any of them before or since. At least General Karn was good to his word, as you haven't sensed her of any of his family anywhere close to you or your home. You fly down to the little village, sensing out for your wife and finding her at home fly over to the front door. As you drop the door opens, Redis smiling up at you.
"Well, you're home early. Everything okay?" she asks, expression changing to one of slight worry. But you shake your head, landing and embracing her in your arms. She presses herself to you, enjoying the embrace and hugging you back. "Hehe, what's this about?"
"I just wanted to make sure you were okay." you answer, reluctantly pulling back a bit and meeting her gaze. "Just had a bad feeling, was all."

"Raditz. I'm fine." she says, reaching up and placing her hands on either side of your face. Staring intently into your eyes, forcing you to meet her gaze. "Everything's just fine, I'm okay. We're both okay."

Saying this she lowers a hand from your face to her slightly-swollen belly, the first signs of your first child growing within her.

"Now go on back. If anything happens, I'll call you." she says, standing up on her toes to kiss you. Which you reciprocate, debating a moment if simply spending the rest of the afternoon with her instead of going back would be worth the trouble at work. But she then pulls back, giving you a wink with a, "Just a taste of what you'll get later, hun."
"I love you." you tell her, emotions welling up. To which she smiles softly, hugging you for another moment.
"I love you. Now go on, I don't want Kajic calling me up asking where you've gone off to again." Without another word you nod, reluctantly releasing your wife and taking back off into the air. The flight back is uneventful, but the entire time still can't shake that feeling of something being wrong. Landing back at the work site, you get back to it, heading back up the mountain to the next designated target.

But as you move through the forest, easily marching up the incline past other groups felling their own trees, you can't shake the feeling that there's something not right. Something sinister. However, you don't see or sense anything unusual or out of place, and get back to work. Two quick chops and a push topple the next tree, you again catching it and carrying it down the mountain. As you do, the feeling of unease begins to grow. You can't tell why, but get the vague feeling you're being watched. Or, rather, stalked. Like a predator watching your every move, waiting for their chance to strike. As you descend you see the nearest group, the trio of Cur-lei, Ha-Ra, and Mo's saw isn't running. Curious, you watch them as you approach, but they make no moves towards the saw held stuck in the tree. Instead, all three are eerily, unblinkingly, watching you approach.

"Is, uhh, everything o..." you go to ask, the words dying in your throat at the open disgust and hatred in their eyes as they look at you. You've never seen them look that hostile before, even when getting annoyed at and fighting each other on site. This hatred is different, foreign, alien. None of them say a word, no clever quip or snarky remark, just... Staring at you. "What's gotten into you guys?"

But still they say nothing, turning as one from you and back to the job at hand. Wordlessly Mo spins up the power saw once more, meaning it wasn't stuck they'd just left it there. But why? Something's not right with them, their behavior is too... Off.

"Maybe they've been getting into something forbidden on the site again." you mutter as you walk past, feeling their gazes on your back as you descend. "I should probably report them to the foreman, if they're on something out here they could get themselves hurt. Or worse.”

As you descend, however, that encounter with the trio begins seeming less odd by comparison. As EVERY group of cutters you pass all stare at you with the same hate-filled alien glare. Something's wrong here, something's very wrong. There weren't any known mind-altering chemicals in the trees or this particular mountain from the survey, but if something's being released with mind-altering affects these people need to be gotten off the mountain, asap.

Returning to the base camp you drop the tree by the Delimber, the machine idling with the operator staring at you much the same way as the others had been. Shit, it's spread this far already? You need to warn Kajic now, before it's too late! But as you go to turn from you hear the machine roar to life, turning back to see it suddenly barreling towards you!

"Woah!" you exclaim, leaping aside and narrowly avoiding the machine as it charges past. "Hey! What the hell?"
"Filthy Saiyan." an unfamiliar voice says from behind, you turning to see Kajic approaching. However, you immediately realize that, whoever this is, he isn't Kajic. Whoever this is, their face is twisted in a scowl of bitter hate and rage. One that doesn't match the man you know.
"Dammit, not you too." you say with a sigh, wondering if there's anything you can do to save them from whatever this is. "Alright, who're you? And why have you taken over these innocent people's bodies?"

"Oh, so NOW the filthy monkey cares about the innocence of others, does he!?" the being controlling Kajic's body shouts furiously, trembling with barely-restrained rage. "What about MY people? MY race you ignorant apes senselessly slaughtered!"
"Here we go." you think to yourself, sighing out before speaking as you feel several others before crowding around. "Look, I don't know which race of people you're from, but if it's a problem with the Saiyans following Lord Freeza's orders, go take it up with them. I left them behind a long-"
"How stupid. So eager to shunt your sins to another. No, you apes conquered my people long before Freeza conquered yours." the voice says, your eyes widening in understanding. Which the creature wearing Kajic's face sees and grins, an evil, malicious grin that doesn't match his face at all. "That's right. Your kind have no one to blame but yourselves for what's coming. The revenge of the Tuffles begins today!"

"Redis, ready the ship! Now!" you telepathically shout to your wife, breaking your mental fortress meant to keep a certain someone out in desperation. "We need to leave!"
"But-!" she starts, only to suddenly feel her attention pull back a moment. "Radi, why are people here?"
"Listen to me, we're under attack!" you telepathically shout to her. "The Tuffles are back!”

But you are forced to sever the link, narrowly twisting aside and dodging the flying right the Tuffle-possessed Kajic throws. His power spikes, far higher than the man should be capable of generating as he attacks, soaring right past you. Then another two, both from the transport trucks fly in, something neither could do as they also start attacking. You immediately go on the defensive, stopping their surprisingly coordinated assault. They remind you of the twins, Tatsu and Tomi who were linked mentally, attacking you in perfect sync. It's all you can do to keep your power suppressed while matching their attacks.

"Dammit, they're strong. I have to find an opening to get the hell out of here." you think to yourself as several others join in. Attacking you from all sides with wild, sloppy but coordinated attacks. You can block any three, sometimes four attacks at a time, but there are just too many of them. The possessed people are relentless, battering you from all sides. And with your power suppressed like this, it's only a matter of time until-

"Radi, hurry! The baby's still safe, but I don't know how long I can hold them off!" Redis reaches back out telepathically, and you see red. For the first time in a long time, you quit holding back. Unleashing your power without restraint.
"HRRAAAAAAA!!" you roar, golden aura blazing and blasting your attackers away. The sheer force of your power throws them all back, and without hesitation blast off into the sky. Moving at full speed for the first time in a while, you accidentally move TOO fast, blazing past the entire mountain range the village you and your wife now call home in a blink of an eye. "Tch, dammit!"

Stopping, you power down slightly, turning back and flying back towards your wife's energy. Where you also sense several others, each nearly on par with her full might. Dropping out of the air you land in the yard, immediately seeing signs of a struggle. The front door has been torn off its hinges and pitched into the yard, where two of your wife's presumed attackers lay unconscious. Ignoring them you dash inside, only for a third who'd been hiding just inside the doorway swings at neck level with a Covenant Energy Sword!

"FUCK!" you exclaim, flipping backwards under the swing, back out into the yard as the assailant steps around the corner. They're not a Covenant warrior, or even any of the races of the former Covenant. Instead it's a reptilian race with blue skin and a flared hood around its neck and head like a cobra and wearing a uniform you don't recognize.

"An acrobatic little ape, aren't you?" comes the same voice that came from Kajic, the creature even grinning the same way. But you don't have time for this, raising your right arm as your wife screams from inside. But, as she screams suddenly the two "unconscious" attackers, both of them your neighbors here spring into action, both leaping at you from behind. Turning with a backfist you knock the first out cold, dropping him while continuing the spin into a left hook. You deck the second as well, knocking both of the women unconscious in a single blow each. But in that moment, the unfamiliar alien rushes your back, blade flashing. "DIE!!"

Continuing your spin you also step back, narrowly avoiding the blade thrust at your back. It cuts through the flannel fabric serving as a uniform like butter, slicing your right shoulder deep enough to draw a spray of crimson blood.

"Tch!" you seethe through gritted teeth, planting your feet and giving the alien a short, powerful left uppercut to the guts. One that rips the snakeman clean in two, but you have no time to worry about him. Dashing forward you sprint into your home, through the signs of battle towards your wife's shouts. Bursting through the living room and into your bedroom, you see three more of your neighbors, kindly souls all who've never harmed anyone have your wife cornered. curled up defensively on the bed, using her arms and legs more to defend her middle, YOUR child than her own head. Which is cut up and bruising already, causing your blood to boil. "Redis!"

"Help...me..." she says weakly, eyes rolled up into the back of her head. And you see red. Without hesitation you go on the attack, decapitating the first with a backhanded right chop, a turning left kick splattering the second's head all over the back wall as well. Finishing your attack you spin, grabbing the third's head in your left, crushing it in a spray of blood and gore. "S-Stop, no. I won't... Let you..."
"Shhh, it's okay. I've got you." you tell your battered wife, picking her up in both arms. Expanding your ki sense, you realize more are on the way as she trembles in your grip, desperately clutching onto you like a drowning woman a life raft. You need to leave, now. "It's okay Redis, we're leaving."

Shifting your grip of her to one arm you open the closet, drawing out the bag of emergency rations and supplies. Slinging it over your left shoulder, wife in your right you kick down the wall, fleeing your new home. Flying further into the mountains behind your home, where you'd left your ship, you reach the small wooden structure, landing before the door.

"I'm so...rry..." Redis says weakly, you looking down panicking as her body goes limp, a single tear rolling down her cheek. You drop the bag, laying her down to check her pulse and breathing. Both of which begin to even out, even her energy stops fluctuating and settles down. You sigh out in relief, no doubt the stress of the situation having gotten the best of her and knocked her out. Quickly you open up the smallish wooden building, pick your wife and the emergency bag and rush into the ship. Setting her down in the copilot seat, you strap her in, leaving the bag with her before going into the engine compartment, re-hooking everything up.

“All that practice is finally paying off. Much as I wish I never had to do this.” you mutter, remembering the monthly drills you'd done, working on getting your ship from disabled to fully functional in under a minute. Ever since first settling down you'd been in the habit of doing this weekly, only once you'd come to this world and started an actual job instead of sustenance farming on your previous world did your practice slow. But you get the ship ready to go in quick order, climbing out of the engine compartment and going back to the bridge. Where Redis is now awake, looking around disoriented.
“Radi? Wha...?” she asks groggily as you go the the controls, firing up the engines and readying your ship to take off. “What happened?”

“We're leaving, this world isn't safe anymore.” you tell her, activating the ship's shields before simply rising up out of the makeshift building, timber shattering as your craft rises up into the sky. Where you see dozens of beings flying your way, no doubt more of the Tuffle's slaves. So you gun it, blasting off directly into the sky. The turbulence shake the vessel for a moment or two, then it leaves the atmosphere behind, blasting off into the void of space. You then open your ki sense once more, non sensing any pursuit and finally allow yourself a moment to relax. Sighing out, and reverting back to your base power. “We have to go back.”

“What?” she asks, looking more confused than she probably should. “What do you mean?”
“If the Tuffles are somehow back and possessing people, we need to go warn them.” you reply with a weary sigh. “I don't want to go back, but-”
“Then let's not.” she replies, her voice still sounding a bit strained. You turn to look at her as she unbuckles herself, standing up and walking over to you. Her eyes suddenly fixate on your right arm, where you were cut earlier. “You're bleeding.”
“It's nothing.” you say, only for her to grab you on both the collar and bicep, leaning in close to the injury. Where, suddenly every single instinct in your body screams out that you're in danger.

For a split-second you hesitate, wondering why your body is reacting in fear of your wife, when suddenly a greyish-white fluid suddenly shoots from Redis. From her eyes and mouth, nose and ears, and every cut she got defending herself sprays the strange, dangerous liquid. Splashing all over your shoulder and the injury.

“FUCK!” you shout, reflexively pushing your wife back and away as you feel it. The fluid enters your body through the cut, swimming through your body like a fish through water. “GAH! D-Dammit, get OUT of me!!”
“It's no use, you cannot resist me now.” the Tuffle's voice now echoing inside your head as you feel its presence spread. “Your body and power are now mine, the tool I will use to end your miserable race!”
“Like hell!” you snarl, feeling yourself losing control of your body rapidly. With only a moment to act you draw your Ki Blade in your left, readying yourself to swing it through your own neck and end your life before you become a slave to this Tuffle liquid. But just as you're about to swing, Redis cries out.

“RADI! NOOO!” she shouts, causing you to hesitate. Eyes flicking over from your own death to her, seeing her genuine worry and concern for you. “Please, don't leave me!”

And in that moment, your soul, your will to resist break. This Tuffle, this...Parasite already took everything from you. What good is living without her, without your child-to-be? And so, with nothing more to lose, give in. But as the Tuffle takes over your body, you use the last bit of your free will to send a telepathic message through the void. You only hope, as your consciousness fades, that it reaches him.

“King Vegeta, the Tuffles have returned.”

I am currently torn between deepest dread and absolute anger, please hold
>>
Also I'm glad he had the foresight to tell Vegeta and not Karn, because we probably would have IT'd right to him if we could.
>>
>>6081648
You don't start with the homeworld as a parasite/disease, you need a vessel and attack vector first. One that is powerful enough to sustain your efforts to subjugate and spread to the others. He knows that, as he is, he can't take the entire Saiyan race by himself. Yet.
>>6081650
You think YOU'RE angry? Wait until Chaya hears about this. Imagine how she'll react to this news.
>>6081651
True, and in the state you're in, with DDF currently down from encountering Super Shenron, may not be the best time to try and save anyone.
>>
>>6081653
Chaya is gonna make a livestream pealing this dudes dick like a banana with her lightsaber.
>>
>>6081653
>Imagine how she'll react to this news.
I'm ready to knock her the fuck out before she does something stupid.
>with DDF currently down from encountering Super Shenron
I hadn't even considered that. Geez.

FUCKING BABY
>>
>>6081655
Ha. IF she could somehow contain the menace that is Baby. He's like Buu but worse. And, don't forget, he is the final Nefarious project out in the world. Finishing him ends things dealing with the good doctor.
>>6081657
The question is what King Vegeta will share, and with who.
Yes, a real problem. And we have no idea how long it will be recovering from that battle.
>>6081669
Indeed, there will be blood. After all, everyone who bleeds is someone else Baby can conquer.
>>
>>6081678
AND I CANT FUCKING WAIT, 7 GOD DAMN YEARS OF THAT BASTARD WAITING IN THE WINGS TO SEE HIS LAST FUCK YOU SUCCEED AND I WANT IT DEAD! SO MANY PARANOID NIGHTS WAITING FOR IF HE WILL SHOW BACK UP
>>
>walk in to read epilogue
>fucking nefarious's bullshit once again returns
>tuffle bullshit returns
>Baby bullshit is finally here
This shit is gonna piss karn off so much he might very well go back in time to go re murder the tuffles entirely, also the greys.

>parasite that can enter the body through open wounds, generally anything that leads to the inside of the body
Right, that's going to be annoying. How did GT do it? By beating the shit out of the prime host until Baby had to say sayonara?
>>6081685
I would not be opposed to it at all, personally.
>>
>>6081685
It has been a loooooooong fucking time coming and Energy Body is gonna help us grind that little shit to dust
>>
>>6081680
Nefarious is the reason Baby has matured earlier than canon, his science has led to this upgraded Baby. Don't think he's limited to his canon tricks.
>>6081685
Ha!
>>6081687
By threatening Baby with killing both him and Vegeta with one blast.
>>6081690
Energy Body may save your life. Or at least your body from foreign possession.
>>
Look the obvious solution here is just having Ginyu eat everyone infected by Baby, digest Baby, and then spit them back out.

Baby is strong but he ain't got SHIT on Majin Buus body.
>>
>>6081697
>canon Baby
Fixed for you. You do have no idea what he can do, what his new limits are.
>>
>>6081685
>Damn I wish I could go back and kill all those fuckers again.
>Your Wish is granted!
>Huh?

>>
Ya know, if there was ever a time to Wish someone or something out of existence, I think this'd be it.
>>
>>6081706
Wacha!
>>6081728
If DDF recovers. I'll say this, neither Porunga nor Shenron, and not even the Black Star Dragonballs possess the power to stop him now. After all, Baby already quietly conquered the Blarg, possessing a majority of their government and key military members. If you want revenge, you don't just show up to their world without a plan. He's been hard at work.
>>
>>6081730
Wait....waaaait a second, you mean, Carve up Planets to make a Mega Planet of self deletion Blarg?
>>
>>6081732
Yes, although that Chairman was taken out and the super planet plans abandoned. The Blarg have been a longtime ally of the PTO, going back to before Karn vs Jotaro even. Been a long time since they were in the spotlight, but look back at the 2nd epilogue post.
>>
>>6081736
OH THAT MOTHERFUCKING DOCTOR PIECE OF SHIT
>>
>>6081693
>By threatening Baby with killing both him and Vegeta with one blast.
It's not much of a loss considering we have both frieza who made his ability to revive the dead wish and access to the namekian dragonballs (unless they were coincidently used shortly before baby gets here)
>>
>>6081741
Heh.
>>6081823
>Freeza
Well...
>Porunga
Excellent at bringing one person back, and Baby can't accidentally hitch a ride back with their soul as Porunga can only revive one at a time. If he hasn't already spread to Namek...
>>
24 hours to go until the new episode begins!
>>
>>6081972
>Freeza
don't fucking tell me he somehow got him. how?

>Excellent at bringing one person back
I guess they didn't modify it for the three wishes?

>If he hasn't already spread to Namek...
well, it depends on if Baby gets the memories of those he possesses (I know that he gets the abilities of those he does but I've never watched gt) and even if he did he would have to find someone who knows about namek and the dragon balls. which is a pretty small list (courtesy of king cold)
>>
>>6082079
No, he's fine. For now.
It still grants 3 wishes, but each individual wish can only revive one being.
He does have access to their memories, as well as all powers and abilities. That's how he knew Vegeta was Trunks' father. Same with Goten's brother being Gohan, and both being Goku's sons, as well as their techniques.
>>
>>6082098
>still grants 3 wishes, but each individual wish can only revive one being.
what about the whole thing where you can spend 2 of the wishes on a mass rez?
>>
>>6082127
What? I think you're confused. Pre-Buu saga Porunga was one person/wish. In thr Namek saga they brought Kami back to life, and using Earth's Dragonballs revived everyone killed by Freeza and his men.
>>
>>6082168
That big wish is what brought Syn Shenron into existence in GT, right? I dont think we'll have to worry about Shadow Dragons here though.
>>
>>6082178
You are thinking about Earth's dragonballs, not Namek's.
>>
soon.

>>6082178
Yes, the sheer scale of reviving another planet’s population is what caused Syn to be the strongest.
>I dont think we'll have to worry about Shadow Dragons here though
Freeza, Cooler, King Cold… Do you REALLY think they’re not using the Namekian Dragonballs?
>>6082205
Yes.
>>
>>6082532
Oh for fuck's sake. YOU HAVE LITERALLY EVERYTHING YOU COULD REASONABLY WANT AT YOUR FUCKING FINGERTIPS. WHAT ARE YOU WISHING FOR?
>>
>>6082532
I really and truly doubt that the Cold Family are abusing the balls half as much as the OG dragon team.
>>
>>6082532
For fucks sake, Cooler being a bitch is expected, but what the fuck is Freeza and Cooler doing?! THEY ARE FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY!
>>
>>6082536
>>6082543
Freeza is wishing to grow 5cm taller
>>
Soon

>>6082536
Immortality? Cosmetic changes? Recreating weapons from long ago? The ability to read minds? Who knows?
>>6082540
>as much as the OG dragon team
They don't abuse them as much as Bulma, that's for sure.
>>6082543
Wishing for ever growing power, to further consolidate rule. Ensuring the Cold Clan's reign never ends, or so they hope.
>>6082546
Ha.
>>
>>6082546
He should wish for a fucking girlfriend. He's our homie, but I've noticed a distinct lack of him interacting with damn near anybody else casually ever since he started crashing on New Salda.
This is all a part of my plan to give Frieza something tangible to fight for, as opposed to more abstract concepts like pride or control.
>>
>>6082557
No, nothing like that. Although...
>>
>>6082582
While we're on the topic of Frieza and socializing, we're good friends and all, but there's more ways to bond with your fellow man than training with him. Like getting shitfaced or fighting an entire bar of surly aliens.
Honestly, we should get some disguises together and hit up the capital city with him one of these days.

It is time! >>6082595
