My wife started getting a bit chunky a couple years back so I picked up the exercise, not massively but making sure I was going for a couple 5k runs and gym every week. Obviously put the fear into her and now she's a regular gym girl too and although not as fit as she was when we first started fucking in our 20s she's got a good figure for a mid 30s woman. A lot of that is genetics though tbf, always good to have a good look at her mum's condition before you seal the deal. The whole dating red pill stuff got very circle jerky and people were madly updooting fantasy wank stories, but at the start before it was filled with teenagers there were some top shaggers explaining the differences in how men and women's brains work and how you need to make them mildly scared you're going to leave all the time.
