>>142138807I think its regrettable that golf is burdened with the reputation it has. It's leaders found it profitable to the attract the wealthy with no plan to recruit the common man. It's a sport to enjoy the great outdoors and teaches you to respect the environment the same way hunting does. If a few acres have to be clear cut to give us the gift of golf than the environment should be better off in the long run. The problem is they put the courses behind big iron gates and jack up the prices and it makes it an easy target to hate from people who don't know better. This is just another reason why LIV is succeeding over the PGA Tour. They didn't erase the stigma of golf being a white collar sport only.

Shot a 75 on a Par 68 yesterday. It was an easy course but it's still the best round I've ever played. Took 2 hours and 20 minutes with a cart with my dad.This sport is heaven when you can avoid others / don't wait on shots.

The idea of a built in draw/hook sounds good to cancel out my slice. I developed a steep swing because that's the only way my nike irons sat square with the ground with the heel not digging in. I tried to get them fitted they broke one of the clubs because they said the steel they used was so hard. Luckily they ordered a new one for me.
