Bam is only 24 he dealt with one of the top guys very effectively and in quick time. Bam isn't perfect of course. He'll get hit coming in. He's still got things to learn. But for how young he is and the guys he beat, he's the real deal. You don't have to buy into any hype. Just look at what he's accomplished to see where he ranks among his peers. I don't understand why you wouldn't care about featherweight but you would care about a weight class that's only 8 pounds higher? And for a featherweight, Bam has a pretty high KO ratio for his size. Most smaller guys aren't knocking dudes out at that rate, especially not guys like Estrada. You have to give Bam credit for what he's accomplished this young in his career, there's no hype around it.

They're all gonna be small guys below lightweight. Bam's 5'4" at 115lbs but he's a hell of a lot better than 5'2" featherweight Nick Ball at 126 pounds.

Dissapointing to see the bias against smaller weight classes still persists today. Inoue and Bam will unfortunately never get their dues from casuals unless they pull a Pacquiao
