It should be 3 Olympics:
1. Water sports (the most irrelevant, exists just so USA can have many medals)
2. Sports with tools (skateboarding, horses, shooting)
3. The rest aka the actual olympics

The winner of the most Olympic medals by an African athlete wasn't in track and field, she earned that record in swimming. The US has many Africans in it, but they're not the ones winning medals for the US. Swimming is Africa's top medal producer for individuals.
