That ruthlessness that those who want to win show is only brought by a few of the team, and if we can't get that then we at least need players who are not net negatives in the confidence and execution of general play, especially players like Riki, Cobbo, Piakura, Mariner, etc. We need more vets like Arthars and Carrigan who don't quit.
