That's not a problem at all. There is no difference between a Croatian child who was born in Zagreb or Munich - both of them have the biggest dream to one day play for Croatia. Croatian FA follows all the kids all over Europe and the world and recruits them very early to play for Croatian youth categories. Stanisic plays for Bayern's first team. 3 Croatian players play in Bayern's youth team. Waiting for some kind of decline of Croatian football is the same as waiting for the decline of Portugal. Of course, Croatia will not always have top results, but it will never become like Serbia or, God forbid, Bulgaria.
