We won so much points during the previous generation it takes time to adjust that's all

2010-2020 Belgium was maybe the biggest glow up of a team ever
I remember the 2004-2009 years, drawing to estonia, losing to azebaidjan, the federation was giving tickets for the belgium games for free... then suddenly in the next decade we beat teams like Portugal, Croatia, France (yes we beat then in 2015, friendly but idc), England, Brazil.. I think we'll stay in the top 10 for a while
