Olympia TV Live Wednesday Check inhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g0SOYLM-OagThink this is where the Classic height measuring will be shown.Nothing really interesting, if you watch then watch out at 1:08:00, that's where the "women" come in.picrel is Derek Lunsford at 1:00:00

>>151272862They tricked us, didn't actually show the measuring. Sommerfeld had the same haircut and made weight. Never liked Classic, definitely won't watch now.

WE ARE ONE DAY AWAY!Time for predictions. The also rans:20 Dorian Haywood - arguably shouldn't have won the Masters Olympia.19 Chenglong Shen - looked big but not good in China, not at this level. The battle to place:18 Brett Wilkin17 Sasan Heirati16 Jordan HutchinsonThey will bring good conditioning but won't have the mass. Sas doesn't have the structure, the other two have that balanced physique which means nothing outstanding. Could finish higher if others come in off.The hyped up debutants:15 Vitalii Ugolnikov - everyone's predicting him to be top 10 based on his instagram pics but he looked underwhelming in the Brazil show he did. I predict he will flop and will be too small (though of course Martin Fitzwater who he almost beat last year did well).14 Rubiel Mosquera - he's the one everyone predicts to flop but I think will do well, could even get in the top 10. His conditioning will be fine, he doesn't have the separation in his legs because it isn't quality muscle.13 Urs Kalecinski - I hate this guy's unbalanced deformed physique, would put him last but the judges like him and his story. This is as high as he can get.The battle for top 10:12 Regan Grimes11 Tonio BurtonBoth got their first top 10 place finishing next to each other in 2023 then missed the next year. The age old tale in bodybuilding, the taller white guy who will never look that good no matter how much muscle he puts on and how conditioned he gets with his flat poorly separated muscles, and the black guy who can be half his size and still beat him because his crazy round muscle bellies.
THE TOP 10The oldies trying to hang in:10 Akim Williams - he's big, but doesn't usually peak well, could switch him with Neckzilla.9 Brandon Curry - I think he was going to retire this year doing the Masters but changed his mind, it's probably time now, could see him slip down, has the shape but not the condition.8 William Bonac - the opposite of Curry, always conditioned but doesn't have the shape. Probably his last, too.Fight for first callout:7 Behrooz Tabani - he has everything, but we never saw him next to the top guys so cautious prediction.6 Martin Fitzwater - big task to repeat last year's placing, I think he will bring his best but still be lower.5 Chinedu "Andrew Jacked" Obiekea - people don't expect him to do well but he had a lot of time to bring his best this year. I've given up on following him because he overdid the synthol this year.Everyone's top 4:4 Derek Lunsford - he will bring his usual, including looking soft from the front. More of a what I would like prediction, I can see the judges giving it to him again.3 Hadi Choopan - he will also bring his usual.2 Nick Walker - he can bring his best, but he won't fix his ugly legs and his gut, which the judges made clear isn't winning shows.1 Samson Dauda - all he has to do is bring his usual and he wins, but I feel there's more chance he comes in soft or flat. He can win just by size if he put on some.
>>151270968this guy looks like trashnot that I know anything about body building but in in comparison to the other guys he looks amateur
>>151276929>>151276981Goodvito in 15th is crazy. He's massively underrated. I think he will be battling for 5th against Fitzwater. I think he should have beaten Fitzwater is the last show they competed against each other. But that's me, judges have their own logic and prefer softer Fitzwater with synthol arms.Top 4 is a toss up between Derek, Hadi, Nick, and Samson, and can go either way. It's impossible to predict until pre-judging, it will be extremely close, maybe the closest Olympia ever.I actually think Samson is the least likely of the four to win, and I'd probably have him in 4th. He's not young, and has not been consistent with conditioning. Chances that he comes in condition are slim.If I have to bet, I'd put Hadi in 3rd. He's being prepped by Hany Rambod and might surprise and take 2nd or 1st. But he's also not young, one of his legs is always smaller than another, his delts are suspect, weak forearms and calves, blocky physique. He has too many weaknesses. Unless he comes in blasting condition (which he might), I'd have him in 3rd.Nick Walker is looking impressive and it was a tie against Derek at Pittsburgh Pro. But he will have the usual gut issue, and I'm personally not a fan of the quality of his muscle, and I don't think he has a strong back. But again, judges feel differently, we shall see. He may upset Derek for 1st. But if I have to guess, I'd have him in 2nd.Few people bet on Derek placing high, most have him in 4th, and I don't get it why. He won Arnold Classic and Pittsbugh Pro against both Samson and Nick, and won the Olympia the year before he showed in poor condition last year. He's on a mission to collect the triple crown. On paper he's the favorite to win. He definitely improved his legs. He will win all back poses no doubt. I think he's at least top 2. If I'm betting, I'd have Derek win it.The rest of your predictions is reasonable. I won't make my own because this year is near impossible to predict outside of top 6.
>>151279663Goodvito had worse posing basically. Have to judge what is presented. He definitely won't be 15th since he's a freak
And by the way, I'm not buying for one second that Sommerfeld dropped to 204. They measured everything behind the screen, and for a good reason. Olympia just needed to keep face, and claim that they remeasured. Meanwhile Sommerfeld needed to keep face and make some claim that would justify him competing. They simply agreed behind the curtains to claim he's shorter and dropped to 204. I don't see a reason to believe Mike is 204 simply because he says so, he doesn't have a good track record of telling the truth. I think he's still 212 and Olympia allows him to compete because they want a show. I'm simply not going to care about Classic, it's a joke, and a broken system. If winning Classic is based on being more muscular, it's a broken division. They must judge based on classic lines and drop weight limit entirely, and have Logan Franklin win. Everybody knows Logan is the most classic, yet they're going to give it to Mike who is a cheater and is way too muscular for the division.
Pump.
>>151276929>>151279663Nick has massive abs, it looks good on all the side poses, great even. He can't pull a vacuum and that's a good thing imho, they are a copout, he brings muscle. I seethed when Derek won (robbed) without daring to flex his abs next to Hadi.

>>151277200I wanted to cherry pick bad pics to show the Physique guy looked best but I only got a really bad one of him. Yes, they look way worse when they are not posing and they were quite weak anyway.>>151279663Vito is not underrated, everyone's predicting him high like you and I disagree with that. He might get in the bottom of the top 10 if he get's everything right but he doesn't have the experience for that, he will be small and doesn't have the symmetry.>>151285122It's even more embarrassing for the Olympia because not only they claim Sommerfeld made weight but also he was shorter (barely made it to the lower height group) so proof that he was measured wrong previously. Weight restricted bodybuilding is just stupid.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DjI6k6d2SY
>>151289723I think Goodvito will beat Andrew Jacked. Let's see if I'm right.
