Dallas is a problem. We’re still very early into the season so I’m not going to go off the deep end with this but Dallas is going to be a problem. They were last year in the playoffs even with players out on injury and they will continue to be. While I believe we outplayed them, yet again, Dallas won last night. They don’t need that many scoring chances either which seems to be how they squeak by us every time and it’s frustrating. While we do need to capitalize on more chances and our power play it seems as though we are still missing a key aspect to have the confidence we will beat them going into the 26 playoffs. I don’t miss Miko Rantanen, imo he’s a one trick pony who relies on doing the same thing over and over again, shooting on the right side of the goal and he has found success in doing that but I don’t believe he’s going to make that big of a difference for Dallas. Yes, he had a hat trick that ended our season last year, but from watching Miko play for years, that was not consistent from him. It was a one off and I think we can find better. Anyway; what do you guys think we need to do to be able to beat Dallas going forwards.
