For me it seems like WRC27 is aimed at 2 kind of brands:- Manufacturers who dont have a car fitting to the rally2 regs or wanting to promote their electric-hybrid-hydrogen shit (this is one of the painpoint for Hyundai, they want hybrid but FIA understandably only will allow those from 2029)- bespoke tuners like prodrive, who would produce a concept car/bespoke rally car. But this is pretty much cucked to the point that I doubt we will see something. Because even if its a concept car, you stillm need to source your whole drivetrain from engine to 4wd from one of the rally2 manufacturers and all th othere road car dependent parts
