So the season's first repeat winner, and it really could not have been anyone else as a crippled Jonny Clayton strengthens his grip on the Premier League table with a dominant evening. Across the night The Ferret had a finishing percentage of 54.55%, which is near-enough unplayable, and it showed as he goes eight points clear at the top. Credit to Luke Humphries for finally making a weekly final (leaving Josh Rock the only one without one this season), but those persistent doubling woes which ended his UK Open campaign in the last 16 reappeared in the last game of the night. Still beat Luke Littler though which is good despite Littler himself being involved in PL classic against Gerwyn Price.The European Tour resumes tomorrow from a thankfully Littler-less Gottingen, and the Premier League goes to Dublin next Thursday.
