A few years ago, I've homebrewed a TTRPG Hero system, from 0. Obviously with a few bases (It was mostly based on GURPS or the 1d100 system wise). For an arts project that I graduated with and even got an interview for it.

The world was about a post-apocalyptic metallic, chromium world. All cities became underground after the bombs, hyper advanced technology and history was lost to the nuclear disaster.
But nowadays they're sort of recovering technologies on the surface and building surface cities of shiny and smooth metal.

The huge point of the setting was that some people had radioactive or mutant powers appeared in different circumstances and some of them either become heroes or villains. But knowing that the world is still unknown and super dangerous.

The whole system was point based that they would have some starter powers or mutations, but the more exposed they become to radiation, they will have either good or bad traits or powers but also an ''ego'' or moral compass.

MTG player of 22 years that only plays premodern now here. Played in an 8 man Sorcery draft the other day and it's hands down the most fun I've had with a card game in years. Can't recommend it enough, man. If you have an LGS nearby with anyone that plays, join a draft and give it a shot. The grid adds a lot of depth in strategy.

The book is probably not ready yet. First came Atlantis, then Rome. They are probably finalizing The Fall now, and they will release it at some point. Then they will probably take feedback from players, correct mistakes, and re-release them with all with the corrections.

Handlers Guide for the big overview, Conspiracy for the Conspiracy Era, Fall of Delta Green for the sixties era. There is also the original DG book, Countdown, Eyes Only and Targets of Opportunity.

There are also the short story collections and novels. Basically any book is going to have some lore. The Handler's Guide had the most, but it's pretty dry.

"Strange Authorities" has the novella "The Rules of Engagement". This is peak Delta Green fiction.

After that, read "Through A Glass, Darkly" to see how Delta Green transitions from The Conspiracy to The Program.

There is also "Denied to the Enemy" for WW2-era DG, but it's honestly not a very good book.

You're half right. Page 157 of the PHB gets into it. I'll assume a trained warhorse rather than trying to get a normal horse or an intelligent mount into combat.

It's a DC 5 ride check to guide the mount and keep your hands free. If your mount moves more than 5 feet, you can only make a single melee attack. If the mount charges, you get the attack bonus at the end of the charge but also get the AC penalty. You count as every square the mount occupies (and most mounts for Medium characters are Large), but threaten from its range and get a +1 bonus from the high ground.

Those are a bit weak on the scale of Nymph's kiss or even the niche power of Lichloved.

Nymph's Kiss it's unfortunately Exalted ad needs you to keep the relationship going (And Fey tend to be fickle with even the good ones pulling you into the occasional mean prank that might cost you your Exalted status)

These are usually very powerful feats, Lichloved is fairly niche but strong in that niche, while Nymph's kiss is just mondo strong.
Fey creatures regard you as though you were fey. You gain a +2 circumstance bonus on all Charisma-related checks, and a +1 bonus on all saving throws against spells and spell-like abilities. Starting with the level when you take this feat, you gain 1 extra skill point per level.

Nice as a starter.

I like the idea of a "Gotta fuck em all' playthough where there's a separate track without nonsex prereqs (And players possibly start with one or two) just to get crazy.
