I would allow a great deal of depravity among my allies so long as they kept some degree of discretion. To the most loyal, I would empower them with Break of Reality to keep the others in check. For my less depraved allies, I would give them distractions and keep them from seeing the horrors of my empire. A key player is Yomi, since I would want her and the tulpas to ensure that we can brainwash the masses. Baphomet and legion would help provide the shock troops. Kleidi and Sin would ensure that all would serve even in death. I’m sure Baphomet would have no problem with my looking like a child, and I’msure we could summon succubi if we got bored.For my minions/legions, I would establish a clear hiearchy where they can exploit whatever resources (with my help), but I receive the cut. They can enslave/genocide noncitizens as much as they like, but all who bend the knee are equals beneath the emperor. The end goal is to recover the lost magic and technology of the planeswalkers and continue to call upon darker and more ancient beings. Eventually, I would bring Ivory and indeed much of the multiverse to heel. Once I obtain power and immortality, the fate of the multiverse would be a boot stamping on a human face forever, so to speak.
