Really need to refine this deck. Any suggestions? Not tutors and no cards >1:50, please. Still needs lota of cuts. Core combo is toggo, prototype portal imprinted with an artifact land, and clock of omens, but it can work just as well with any 0 cost artifact imprinted if I also have battered golem out.

Might want to up the land count a bit as well, maybe one or two more.
After that you should look at the reamning Anthem effects more closely, Anthem affects that give all of x creature types y effect aren't that strong as they don't do much when you aren't already in a good position.

Stromgald Cabal practically held down a Jodah, the Unifier deck by denying the guy access to his commander for almost an entire game. Sure, it's not gonna win any awards, but I figure they do something interesting while still being Knights.

I think those are some easy picks, the equipment theme seems poorly thought out and while I like the idea of Brudiclad I don't think you mane enough artifact tokens as is. Battered golem is a key part of the combo as I mentioned. If i can't get a land imprinted on prototype portal, he still combos with all the 0 drops in the deck.
Considering I don't have many creature buffs I think orithopter can probably be cut, yeah. In which case I have no creature to go infinite with sould foundry so I can cut that too.
Nettlecyst is a great bomb cause it's not a creature.
The deathtouch equipments are there because the rocks toggo makes can be saced, and if the cresture they're equipped to has deathtouch, that's reusable targetted removal.

I'm aware how the deathtouch equipment works, but I don't think they're worth it, there doesn't seem to be much of any equipment synergy with the rest of your deck to make their inclusion worth it.
I agree about the Ornithoper and Soul Foundry combo not being worth it, unless Soul Foundry and Ornithoper also do others things or are part of another combo, the only time I like including combo pieces like that is when they have overlap with cards I'll already be running and fit into the default gameplan.
I don't think Vertibird is really worth it, it's just another artifact and a creature sometimes, I'm not sure about Juggernaut either way. Maybe remove one of the looting/rumming effects, Hellkite also feels a bit overcosted in a deck that's trying to combo off for the win when it doesn't help with that.

There is no equipment synergy. They are just also artifacts that enable at-will targetted removal. At most it costs 4 and tapping a creature to kill target creature if I want to do it more than once a turn. If I just do it once a turn it costs 2 and tap.

They function as an infinite combo with the core of battered golem + clock of omens, but having soul foundry in the deck for one, maybe two creatures isn't worth it, and without sould foundry orinithopter becomes slightly less worth it. With Tarkir being the finale set of this arc I would genuinely not be surprised if there's some time-fuckery leading to some temporary time-displaced people or something.
