If Wizards printed>(3)>Artifact>{T} Add one mana of any color to your mana pool>Whenever an opponent’s spell or ability would cause you to mill one or more cards, that player mills that many cards instead.Mill decks would dry up literally overnight. There’s a shit load of cheap or even free graveyard hate but players still play reanimator and graveyard synergy because it’s fun.If a shitty 3 cost mana rock could shut down mill, and even give the player a taste of their own medicine, mill players would immediately stop playing the strat. They’re unhappy, spiteful people who play a strat that isn’t going to win them the game solely because they find perverse pleasure in making you throw your cards in the trash.

It is sufficient that it is just not fun to play against.I think you acknowledge this when you say that a 3 cost mana rock that does nothing but reflect mill back onto you is “hat[ing] out” the strategy. You’re just proving my point that you don’t play mill because it’s fun. Graveyard decks still exist even though there is literally 0 mana graveyard exile in game. It doesn’t stop graveyard players.

>>94312590You cannot say that I am wrong
>>94312529So in pure U you're a little restricted. You want to make sure your recursion casting doesn't make copies in exile; they need to go off in the graveyard. To that end, you want the following:DisturbFlashbackEscapeEmbalmUnearthAs for her, she's best friends with Archmage's Newt, it'll let you tap her without bringing her into combat and let you flashback for 0. Saddling or Crewing are both great for her if you can't get her evasion. You can also use things like Abandoned Sarcophagus to cast Cycled spells from your GY, or anything like Snapcaster Mage (Like Lier, Disciple of the Drowned). You're going to have a lot of sorceries and instants hit the grave, so Runechanter's Pike and Glamdring will blow up her Power to mill even more. You may also use Convergence of Dominion to get your grave abilities for cheaper. For lands, Minamo, School at Water's Edge or Maze of Ith will let you double tap her.If you just want to mill people out, Bruvac's your man and Fractured Sanity can result in a hilarious 52 card mill if you cast it for UUU, play Abandoned Sarcophagous and then play it again from your graveyard. If you can get enough mana on board to cast it with mana from Mystic Sanctuary, you can use the copy to mill all your opponents for a total of 80 cards. It'll cost you UUU, 3, UU 1U total, but if you get Defiler of Dreams down first, you can get it to go for UU(2 life), 3, U(2 life) and 1U.
>>94312511What isn't fun about it?Run some recursion you dumb ass. You think my Gisa and Geralf deck gives a fuck that you're filling my graveyard? You hate it because you run decks with no way to operate once a piece is removed.

I was suggesting making a staple for edh, like the artifact you made up, is stupid because mill is weak. I was also making fun of you.Essentially, I'm just calling you a faggot because you're crying about a mechanic that's underpowered and old as dirt. Your seething hatred is pathetic. same as getting butthurt about counterspells. Except counterspells are actually powerful, unlike mill. QQ
>>94312356>TQLandfall and lands decks in general from experience. Hope that can teach pubs to carry some land and grave hate in some form.
>>94312609>j-just dedicate half your deck to retrieving the other half of your deck from the grave! Why would I do that? Especially if I don’t know I’m up against mill?Because you can’t even say a few recursion cards are enough, because chances are you’ll mill those too. What’s next? Only play flashbacks?
>>94312624>You'll mill thoseGood thing mine has flashback.
>>94312622I WOULD HAVE HAD YOU IF YOU HADN'T MILLED MY ONE COMBO PIECE THAT I HAVE NO BACK UP PLAN FOR! GAAAAARGH
>>94312622>I was suggesting making a staple for edh, like the artifact you made up, is stupid because mill is weakIt wouldn’t be a staple though. That’s literally the point. A 3 mana rock that does nothing but be over costed unless it’s the 1 in 50 game where someone is playing mill? No one would run that in every deck. And yet it’s mere existence would stop pretty much all mill players because the 1 time they run into it they will literally never shut up about it- because mill is inherently unfun to play against and that is what they will feel when literally their own deck is used against them
>>94312529My main man Lier
>>94312631They'll just blow it up because having a sub 80 IQ is only a requirement for complaining about mill, not playing it
>>94312511NTA but I play mill because it IS a fun alt wincon, partly because it has a visceral psychological effect on the opponents that damage/combo wins can’t approximate, as evidenced by your seething. You can’t even be mad about it because it’s good, which makes it even better. You only feel like it’s not fun because it tickles a part of your irrational lizard brain that makes you feel like you lost something, when in reality you didn’t even know if you were ever going to see that card this game at all until it got milled. You probably won’t lose to mill, it doesn’t stop you from playing like stax does, and it doesn’t even bring you closer to losing to the other players because you don’t take damage. But it stings, and you can’t even get mad about it without looking like a bitch
>>94312605She is a Vehicles commander
>>94312624>Especially if I don’t know I’m up against mill? Why are you focussing on this weak mechanic instead of, for example, LANDFALLYou know, those decks that are based on ramping, throwing out as many lands as possible and get rewarded for it? The archetype which has no direct counter, that you cannot account for? Landfall is actually strong, and has the exact same problems as mill, except it's actually uncounterable, and all of its hate cards are soft banned.
>>94312605nice

>>94312650Nah, the mill line is a trap, just a side bonus to fuel her 2nd ability
>>94312659Good players run robust decks that aren't affected by mill in any meaningful way.Getting salty about mill indicates that you build shitty decks.
>>94312659I won't reply any further, unless you acknowledge I don't like or play mill. Until then, you can sit in the corner like a good little crybaby
>>94312660I can think of at least two monoblue vehicles with graveyard interaction: The Indominable and Deluxe Dragster. Subterranean Schooner and Waterlogged Hulk get shit into your yard for cheap, as well.
Mill is a pretty nigger way to play the game (assuming you don't have an out for it) but it's also generally not that strong either, just target the guy out with your friends if you think he's being a dick.
>>94312650You can do that too, but you're gonna have to have ways to get your vehicles back from the grave. Only The Indomitable is going to bring itself back when you mill it and only if you've built heavily into the vehicles. Neerdiv isn't going to help you get pirates on board and being limited to blue pirates isn't super hot.The only vehicle I've found that don't really need built around are Subterranean Schooner and Waterlogged Hulk // Watertight Gondola.
>>94312668>uh a-actually it’s a skill issue! Yeah that’s it!Classic. You wouldn’t run milk if it didn’t interfere with a players ability to actually play the game. You’re caught in the classic double-bind all low mill IQ players fall into. Mill has to simultaneously be so unplayable that it doesn’t warrant complaint but you still have to make an argument for why you play it. Just can’t be done. You never see this shit for like a Happily Ever After deck or something. That’s unplayable. People don’t play it. People don’t need to defend playing it.
>>94312689>mill players are dumbThen why do they keep beating you?
>>94312677Dragster is on theme, but it doesn't trigger Neerdiv, she needs casts from your own graveyard to trigger.

>>94312529Emry will probably get a some good use out of Neerdiv. They look like they'll make a nice merfolk gal duo. For me, I'm putting her in the wife, Muldrotha. Neerdiv is going to be fun and get absolutely massive with Muldrotha.

Okay THAT'S fucking funny. >There's now 48 MDFCs that have a land on the backHoly shit that actually works. I just need a way to tutor that out (and bring it back from the graveyard if necessary) and I'm set>>94313291Honestly the one reason I've never done it is that he still dies from board wipes and can be countered, and having to pay 10, then 12, then 14, etc, mana for him would be brutal
>>94312655Anon, people have been using strategies specifically (or additionally) because they make people upset since the dawn of magic. It's funny to see idiots get upset. This isn't some grand conspiracy you've uncovered, and It's beyond retarded that you think so.
>>94312689I play awful meme decks because I think they're fun. I simultaneously think it'd be silly for people to get upset at them, and that they're not very good. There's no contradiction here because edh is not a competitive format.
>>94312703>Now carefully count out every card left in your deck, then carefully count out half of that, then carefully throw that half in the garbageI gotta admit, doing this to my friends with nulamogg and seeing them thumb through all the card they don't get to play now is pretty damn funny
>>94313206Golos non-sliver sliver tribal.>golos>fetches inventor's fair>fetches maskwood nexus>play exclusively creatures with some type of tribal synergy and only ever run 1 of each tribe>play slivers without having a single sliver in your deck>buried ruin to get back the maskwood when it gets removed, hall of heliod and conspiracy as backups when some "clever" fucko exiles the maskwood
What Commanders are you happy to see in your pod? I love the side quest aspect of this card.
>>94313410Well I mean.
>>94313421Anything released before 2013.
>>94313206Zacama with 45 lands and 45 ramp spells is a fun one-trick pony, and very cheap to build.
>>94312689NTA but mill is fine. If the mill player is going to be a problem for you and most of your decks, then you should strive to take them out (or politick to take them out) in the same way a guy playing a storm deck is gonna try to take out a Rule of Law deck first.Straight mill is bad. Sometimes it's used as a means to an end like Captain N stealing your shit or comboing with Bruvac, but as a central strategy, it isn't great, and you shouldn't be this upset as an experienced player.
I haven't played with this card enough to know if it's worth running.
>>94313505It's actually incredible how weak mill is against 3 other people. I will never understand how people get so salty at it
>>94313514>5 cmcfuck thats high. seems kind of worth it / fun in boros though as a second boros charm for creature strategy junk.
Why the hell are they doing retro frame for Innistrad remaster? No Innistrad set had this kind of border. The should make it the old border like >>94313291 has instead of this. >>94313651You think >>94312703 looks bad?Or pic related?
>>94313678compared to retro borders, I do think that modern borders look bad. I'll agree tho if you say that modern looks better than m15.
Is this just a winmore card or is it actually useful? Anyone tried it?
>>94313842Free creatures, especially if you luckshit into a beefy motherfucker, is always good. Green has lots of ramp so I'm not too worried about that mana cost
>>94313842I tried it once. it's literally 5 mama do nothing and god lord if you get wiped it actually does nothing to get you back up. so yeah it kinda is win more so make sure you can always muster up a single creature to trigger it consistently
>>94313840Oh yeah I never said that Retro Border is worse than Modern Frame (I actually didn't know it was called modern frame and the current is called m15), but Modern is better than M15.The thing is that Ravnica and Innistrad were printed in Modern Border, so I believe that the "special treatment" of cards in the Remaster sets should be in Modern instead of Retro.I was okay with Dominaria being in Retro because there were sets in Dominaria in the retro frame.

Advice on how to get this deck off the ground? I tried adding black to an izzet storm deck to try and help it get there, but I can't really think of good wincons. Price isn't really an issue since it's just a bulk proxy order anyway but I try to stay away from the reallly old bullshit cards, like most anything about $50.

>>94314036No it's not its a really good card. Now THIS is a horrible card>>94313931
>>94314128idk what you mean by storm when there are 0 storm cards there or cards that really care about casting a lot except like a couple prowessy creatures. all you have there are many effects that copy spells (which doesn't rise storm count) and while the things you are copying are rituals and wheels, none of the creatures really do anything with that. on top of that you have way too few instant and sorceriest: prosper storm player. for example I had to cut all the "exile a card at the beginning of upkeep" because they are too slow for a big one turn burst and that's what I see with all these copiers. I also have a kess deck with wheels so what I try to do with her is to cast something that cares about drawing a lot like niv or locust god and then wheel at least twiceone last note that storming off in edh is really glass cannon and doesn't really work out if you don't go all in on it so it might get boring after a while since you are doing nothing most of the game
>>94314226I hadn't actually gotten to adding really much synergy yet. This is a sketch draft, me adding anything off the top of my head that fits "does things in response to grixis spellslinging" and a manabase to fit.
>>94314236ah I see. well for that pile I'd consider surge to victory as a wincon. it's what I added to my kess but have not been able to cast it yet. I've seen it wreck games tho. evasive creatures like the drakes are good there

>>94314377I would classify any deck that takes ten minute turns resolving 10+ instants and sorceries and magecraft equivalent triggers storm, even if they never cast a spell with storm.
>>94314454Gotta love that new art too. Just fucking kicking down a door.

>>94315690I don't think Wizards should be designing cards around Pauper, Standard and to a lesser extant Modern should be taken into account. But it's way easier to ban cards for Pauper as it's not a premiere format and there also less value in it so it's less likely to have investor keks throw a fir over a banning.
I'm going to build this because I'm too cheep to spend money
>>94316027>Standard and to a lesser extant Modern should be taken into accountAnd RDW is the biggest problem in standard, so what the fuck is your point?>I don't think Wizards should be designing cards around PauperThat's because you absolutely loathe the idea of the game having even one single playable format.
>>94316053>And RDW is the biggest problem in standard, so what the fuck is your point?Giving Red/White and Black/Red alternate mechanical identities isn't going to break RDW in standard anymore than it already is. Well it will, but that's because formats only increase in power the more cards are added, but the point is that by giving them an alternate identity like graveyard stuff with Lorehold or something not aggro burn for Black/Red so they have a different game plan other than the mono red RDW.>That's because you absolutely loathe the idea of the game having even one single playable format.Who said that? I said they should design cards for other formats other than Standard and only take Modern into account a little. I want no straight to Legacy format or Modern cards, and no cards printed purely to push for a certain format like commander. Printing cards directly into legacy formats only exacerbates the issues and causes more cards like Nadu, The One Ring, to be printed just like how making cards for Modern ruined that format.

>>94316186>This has literally nothing to do with anything that has been said in the thread. Do you have brain damage?Yes it does, I wish Black/Red Rakdos got a mechanical refresh like what Boros got with Lorehold. That's literally what what I started posting >>94314882 the invention of Lorehold didn't break Red/White and the invention of an alternate mechanical identity for Black/Red won't break it either.>You did. Designing cards around pauper = putting problem cards in uncommon+. You are actively wishing for the opposite, which is just asking to kill the format to no gain or impact for or impact on any format that doesn't use rarity.I mean, first of all I think it's impractical to design cards taking every single format into account, but not a lot of multi color cards are printed at common. Just pursuing the RDW Kuldotha decklist on top 8 shows a mono-red artifact deck that doesn't use any Boros, Lorehold, or Rakdos cards. So I don't see how printing cards for a hypothetical alternate mechanical identity for B/R would be a problem.
>>94316186>>94316230Even beyond that, an alternative identity for BR that isn't just generic aggro would probably end up higher curve, especially at lower rarities, and therefore wouldn't affect RDW in the slightest.

Here's a question:My LGS doesn't sell singles for less than 20 cents. Fair enough. When the number gets to small, the margin on profit becomes worthless. I mean, I will say that I know for a fucking fact that usually they get those really cheap singles from people dumping their collections and they just pay an estimated bulk price anyway, but sure okay. But here's the thing. This pricing extends to basic lands. They have literal boxes of basic lands. They hardly ever sell them because they're so easy to come by. But I only got into EDH relatively recently and I'm finally reaching the stage where the lands I get from packs and boxes are already used up in my decks and I need to buy more to make new decks.I feel like 100 basic lands should just be a dollar. Two dollars at most. 20 bucks is a fucking insane price to pay. Is this normal?

Is there any rule about starting your mulligans at less than 7 cards? For instance, if I wanted to start the game hellbent, could I just say "I mulled down to zero" or would I have to physically do it? I found an old mtgsalvation thread saying that "the opponent will likely" let you shortcut it; just wondering if there are any rulings about such a thing.

There is a possibility that if you did every mulligan you would always find a brick and be forced to live with it or go to 0.If you're actually going to 0, why not say you want to start the game without even looking at a hand? I'd probably be more inclined to allow that because I don't see any possible way it could gain you an advantage >>94316964Less than you'd think. You will probably have to run changelings.

What are some commanders/decks that can scale with a variety of pods (barring cEDH)
https://www.moxfield.com/decks/lmx1G4rXoUKgM2Wss6cI4AAny suggestions, anons? I just threw this list together last night for a pretty casual/mid power table. Green, black and blue are the most popular cards in edh, so having color hosers for one of those (or multiple of those) often works out. If you have multiple decks you could also only pick certain decks when the color hosers in them would be relevant. I use pic related in a deck and I've never had a game where it was completely useless. You can also go for more flexible color hosers, such as the monocolor hosers like shimmer and wake of destruction. I'd avoid putting hosers in that only hit red or white.

>>94315524I tuned (& pimped) my glissa for 10+ years now. It can't get any better than that, i tried it all and it's the most evolved iteration possible. Feel free to get inspiration from it.
>>94319953No. Treasures need to tap AND sacrifice to activate their ability. It will no longer be in play when the mana is added, and so it can't be sacrificed to pay another cost.
>>94319964>>na, I play Magic not Ghostbustersfucking futo keyboard
>>94319953She only activates as a sorcery, so no. Even if she wasn't stuck at sorcery speed, the cost to add the mana is sacrificing the treasure in the first place so it wouldn't work there either.
https://archidekt.com/decks/7654808/spiders1Here is my Ishkanah deck is it okay
>>94319989>>94319995mkay.. that's a lil annoying.. so I've gotta make endless treasure tokens just to not use themGuess I might as well just spawn zombie armies to sac instead and carry a lifelink buff
>>94320002Yeah, sacrificing the treasure for lifelink feels like it's there more for the option rather than the goal with her. You'd probably want cheap token and creature generators like this thing and others when trying to build her. She's got red in her too so you should be able to with some easy make token copies of your other creatures that would be exiled at the end of turn anyway for her to feed on as well.
>>94320019Perfect.That's a thing I hadn't thought about.. there are quite a few "creature token, give haste, exile" things.
>>94318949This actually looks pretty promising. Bartolome had always seemed cool and working in Lurrus for repeatable sacrificing is a good idea. Playing so close to the ground with such a low curve is interesting. How do games with these two usually go?
>>94319474Is the Anvil of Bogardan worth it? I usually try as hard as possible to not play anything that would draw my opponents unless I've got something to punish it. Always felt like the risk was too great.
>>94319006Who are you considering for the zombie commander?
>>94320039It's interesting but nah
>>94320027Yeah there are couple to choose from in red that should do some damage and then feed her after. This, Heat Shimmer, Orthion, Feldon, and any number of similar cards could find a home there along with the many ways red has to make treasure.
>>94320047Wouldn't think so. It gets you discards which is good, but possibly fixing your opponents' hands is rarely ever something I would want to do.
>>94319953Fucking NO. There is no point in time that you can respond to someone paying a cost, and saccing the treasure is part of the cost of a treasure's ability; which is a mana ability btw, which doesn't use the stack so you can't respond to it, anyways.

>>94320563>But old beloved guys from a long time ago drew it so it goodNo.Some of their work is good. This and the treebeard ones are fucking horrific. Kenrith/theoden and Soul Warden/Goldberry are examples of non-shit art of theirs..
>>94319953this one seems like a sidestepped and slightly more powercrept Juri. does he still hold up or should i just build Evereth?
>>94320771Being a sacrifice outlet is a huge step up. I would probably just go with Evereth.
Does everybody have their bots ready to order their SLDs today?
>>94320588Wow it really is impressively shit taste
>>94320039I actually haven't played a real game since finalizing this list, so I'll be finding out this thursday how it playsI think it might be worth it, and I'm hoping it helps me curate my hand comfortably while forcing not ideal discards on others. If it feels like it's helping them too much, I'll probably replace it with something else
>>94320588>Goldberry art>Not shit

>>94321122>anon is retarded and doesn't know how to read >>94321210You're retarded too but removed a step so significantly less retarded.
>>94320031Playing it is interesting. Early game is usually pretty quick since the curve is so low and there are so many cantrip creatures. Usually get bart out and a way to protect him, then start stacking counters. It can get aggressive fast, which is good, but late game it can switch to a grindy game. Recasting removal like the capsules or unyielding gatekeeper. I've grinded out plenty of games with marionette apprentice recasting hangarback walker turn after turn. Casting Lurrus is the clunkiest part, but the value is worth it. I need to tweak the deck a little more, but it's working pretty well as is. Will add entomb for more consistency, maybe an urza's bauble and mox amber, a shadowspear and fiddle with sac fodder. Last game I won with some well times spells and two karnstructs while stuck on no black mana the first 5 or so turns. The low cmc keeps it resilient, while maintaining efficiency with impactful cards.

>>94316474Anon you just kill the crucible
>>94312454A ton of mill decks also mill themselves for value because a ton of mill effects are symmetical and have ways to shuffle their graveyarda back into their libraries. I know my deck would absolutely love this.
>>94321248>He thinks im not talking about the souls attendant goodberry artAnd you call other people retarded
>>94312511It is hating it out because it's targeting an alt wincon strategy but is otherwise a garbage card. The unfun part isn't having to mill yourself its that you can't use your wincon, you can't do what your dexk wants to do.>>94312507>>94312507
>>94321541Hes talking about this card you dipshit
>>94312507Tribal is just boring unless there are specific mechanics tied to the creature type and you're building around them, rather than just "[creature type] gets [keyword] / +X/+X effects.
>>94321566Is my tribal deck boring ;-;>>94320000
>>94321122Is this the one you're talking about? Cause she looks great here>inb4 fatPeak fertility goddess.

>>94316474The existence of glacial chasm and other such absurd utility lands cements sowing mycospawn as the best card to come out of MH3
>>94321576It is boring, but not because it's too braindead tribal. It's just all around very poorly made. Feels very genericly golgari but with some carda that are just incredibly low value or make no sense. And that mane base is beyond trash.
>>94321631How do I make it better! Ignore the mana base they never reflect what I do in paper
>have a groupchat for people who play edh because the lgs shutdown so we play at each others houses most weeks>guy who aggressively mulligans for/tutors for Farewell everysingle game says his comingfor fuck sake
>>94321654>having a basic conversation is hardDoes anyone else dislike this or is it just you?
>>94321654Assuming you guys play with friendly mulls, just tell him to knock that shit off or start playing by real mulligan rules
>>94321684he's a very nice person and a good magic playerit's just a frustrating habiti don't think anyone particularly likes it, nobut he generally convinces everyone i'm the threat most games, people believe him, he casts farewell and wins, it's very odd. People tend to trust him because he has a lot of experience in magic in general. Either i kill him before he casts it, or he wins, is like 80% of the games, its very odd
>>94321654It's hard to know where to even start. Juat looking at it, here are definitely cuts:>Abzan Beastmaster>Beast Within>Culling Ritual>Deathcap Cultivator>Feed the Swarm>Glissa Sunslayer>Greater Tanuki>Grisly Salvage>Gwenna, Eyes of Gaea>Infernal Grasp>Llanowar Dead>Morbid Opportunist>Pack's Disdain>Pick Your Poison>Tribal Forcemage>Tribute to the WildFor various different reasons. Some are very inefficient, particularly the removal. Other just don't have any synergy in the deck. Its all just very muddled. There are tons of cards in your deck that mill, but outside of your commander's etb, you aren't benefitting at all from it. You have some death trigger benefits, but have no consistant way to get those death triggers. Same with etb triggers, but at least your commander has one.You also just lack enough ramp and card draw.
>>94321738Sorry, was meant for>>94321642Also spider doesn't really have an overarching mechanic to work with outside of reach, so it doesn't really work in the format I set out. Maybe a little bit of aelf mill, but not much.
>>94321738Sorry but you're bad and I won't be taking advice from you. Greater Tanuki gets me 2 card types for delirium and a land. The rest is very good removal I'm going to laugh at you now
>>94321765Was actually going to give you decklist that functioned well as a comparison, but if you're gunna be a pissy little bitch about criticism over your festering shit pile of a deck, then you do you. Good luck with your unsynergistic nonsense garbage pile.
>>94321702I'm in agreement it's vexing that people refuse to assess threat. While you could call him rude for setting up people against you, if it keeps happening with the same people, that's on them for not knowing to determine the guy who played tutors might have a loaded agenda for every accusation or spur to action they make.>Specifically for FarewellApart from being rude, that just sounds boring. Stalling and grabbing lands & planeswalkers before exiling when people committed too much to the board so you can pace ahead of them for the rest of an agonizing game sounds like a nightmare. Skill issue from the other players, but it's fucking commander. Like the other anons say, just bring it up.I had a conversation with a friend about when I knocked him out around the supposed middle part of the game.>I don't have anything anymore in my hand of 6-7 cards! That's fine to say, but you've got 10+ mana and a full grip. Even if they were all lands, who's to say you can't pull some shit with a schnazzy topdeck?Besides, when the other half of the table are lying, deceiving and scheming bastards (Good for them), I'm not going to feel guilty for going with my gut when pounding someone into the 00's.
>>94321738>beast within is badlol
>>94321814Super ineffecient, yeah. 1 permanent for 3 mana and they get a creature. I mean it's not terrible because it can target anything, but its "incredible card!" status is more of a meme than anything. Just play more good removal and then you don't have to worry about inefficient flexible removal.
>>94321790He's right
>>94321834He is right about Tanuki, that mych is true. Not about the rest.
>>94321765>NtaYou're unironically running feed the swarm in a deck with green you have zero room to call anyone else bad
>>94321586she looks uncanny/ugly because she has a slim woman's face, slim fingers and slim wrists, while her knee is the so fat, is has the size of her head, a trait you only find in the most disgusting hamplanets to ever walk the earth.
>>94321898Agree on your assessment of her features, disagree on your conclusion. She's gorgeous. Somewhat fat without rolls + not affecting face is peak. Definition of thick.
>>94321898based nooticer able to put feels to words
>>94321853Why wouldn't I? It's well costed even in green and if it doesn't have to hit enchantments. Flexibility is good especially when it's well costed. Also it's on my desk and I aint wasting money to get slightly better removal
>>94322040Don't ask for criticism then? If you aren't willing to change, there's no point in it.
>>94322078>Here is my dogshit opinion on the deck>ermmm why ask if my terrible opinion won't change your mind
>>94321831People making statements like this must be complete brainlets and/or zero gameplay experience.
>>94322121Your deck is shit dude, and you're a pissy bitch about any criticism towards it.Even if you disagreed with the criticsm you could have just explained why instead of being a snooty cunt about it.
>>94322194Tell me you don't play enough card draw and removal without telling me you don't play enough card draw and removal.
>>94322196Anon nothing you said makes sense. You called it unsynergystic yet were unable to see a pretty obvious synergy for greater tanuki in the deck. Then you pivot to removal which really has nothing to do with a deck, its there to interact with others and in that regard it is more than adequate. You are objectively bad at the game and should never give your opinion again >snooty cunt If you had came with proper criticism it would have been met with respect ^.^

>>94322208>NOOOO YOU MISSED ONE CARD!!! YOUR WHOLE HECKEN CRITICISM IS INVALID!!!Jesus christ anon. Did you just skip over where I said you deck is doing too many things with too little interaction between them? Whenever I said you have a bunch of thing that want triggers, but don't have many things to enable those triggers?I run hyper budget decks and win regularly against decks with no budgets. Multi thousand dollar decks with perfect mana bases. I'm perfectly fine, thanks.
>>94322381>>94322390why would you consume?
>>94322413I just happen to hear when big things happen, because I don't have my head in the sand. It's all over twitter and bluesky
>>94320818>>94320771I think juri is better to he honest. Having to keep the mana up with evereth is annoying, as is the sorcery speed restriction. Can't sac your board in response to a boardwipe. Most importantly, juri gets counters when you sac things to other permanents (say, Ashnod's or phyrexian altar or Vampiric rites) while Evereth requires you to sacrifice things to her, which isn't as beneficial. However, she's also a hot piece of anime ass so it's basically a toss-up.
Rank these in terms of soulfulness.>using dice for tokens>using pennies for tokens>using cards from other card games for tokens>using wotc approved tokens for tokens>using proxied tokens for tokens>using infinitokens for tokens
>>94320771I don't know if thinking one is better than the other is the right way to go about it. They both work well together you're probably going to want to include both in the same deck anyway. The answer depends on what you value more. Having a sacrifice outlet in the command zone or having something that gains advantage out of anything being sacrificed. Personally, I think I would like having the outlet and pay off on one creature a bit more so I'd go with Evereth.
>>94322464>soulless>soulless>soul>soulless>soul>soulless
>>94322464wotc approved<<infinitokens<<proxied tokens<<dice<<pennies<<cards from other games<<beer bottlecaps
>>94322413>why consumeBecause I can and I want to. I value different things than you do.
>>94322464The only token I've considered proxying is Smaug for exactly the reasons you'd think
>>94322464>using dice for tokensThis is shit. Anything else is fine but just nondescript dice randomly on the field is just awful for play.
>>94322494mm interestingvery interestingwhat of value would one get from consuming? surely not just for having cardboard that comes from a specific printer so said printer can keep printing more cardboard
>>94322529Cope stupid zoomer.
>>94322391My deck is literally doing one thing and it's incredibly sad you are having trouble seeing that anon. Tanuki is just a signpost for how badly you missed the mark
>>94322594boomer here. Using dice for tokens is awful and I will make you use actual tokens.
>>94322533This is so pseudy it hurts>ermmmmm what value do you get out of owning things you like!?!?!?
>>94320000You seem to be getting very heated below so I'll break down some of the problems with the deck, I don't think it's bad, I just think it needs tuned>Bounce commander7/10 of these cards are going to be pretty much dead draws until your commander comes down and even then will only actually help you get a couple more spiders on the battlefield and won't actually help you extend your game plan. You could easily cut this section in half and free up slots for more generic protection or synergies>LandsYou said to ignore it so I'll ignore it, but that base is desperate for some duals>Big spidersThese are fine, big spiders that sometimes do things, though they don't really synergize with your token strategy much outside of just being spiders>CardsThis one's a bit rough imo, abzan beast master is once per cycle conditional card draw that doesn't do anything the turn it comes down. gristly salvage and peerless recycling could work but your deck as it is really isn't built around making them work well. shamanistic revelation and are going to either be too slow or too win-more, the mana/creature investment to make them worth their weight is too high. Sign in blood, vraska joins up (as card draw), and siphon mind are really just not the kinds of cards your looking for.>Little spidersThey're spiders, they're fine >RampId like the greater tanuki line more if you had more delirium or graveyard synergies but really there's only 2 cards in your deck that care about it being in the GY, I wouldn't remove it but I'd play more GY synergies. You only really have 1 card that will trigger gwenna and she isn't going to ramp you into your 5 drop spike faster than a kodamas reach. Deathcap cultivator and llanowar dead don't really do anything for you here that other 1 or 2 mana dorks wouldn't do better, plus this deck is begging for a deathrite shaman.
It is not a graveyard deck. It is a spiders deck. How fucking retarded are you people
>>94322596>tons of cards that have no synergy at all>wincons that don't work because you have bacially no chance of flooding the board with spiders cause you deck don't well efficiently enough>basically no draw powerOkay, sir. You go off. Have fun losing to precons.
>>94322660(Cont.) >RemovalNot bad, could be improved by spending money but it's inoffensive at worst. I'm not a fan of generic edicts like tribute to the wild because more often than not it'll result in a clue and a 1/1 getting saced and nothing else. Culling ritual is a uniquely bad nonbo in your deck since it'll remove your entire army of tokens right before giving you the mana you'd want to close out the game with using your commander. Crippling fear is also a not terribly great board wipe since it's completely inflexible and at the 4 mana bracket where more flexible and more encompassing wipes exist.>WinPlease for the love of God and all that is holy switch that forcemage and shadowsage for a pair of overruns, even something as simple as an overwhelming stampede and end-raze forerunners will get you more mileage as one-off "I win" buttons
>>94322693>It's not a graveyard deck it's a spiders deckYou commander has delirium and you have more than one card dedicated solely to getting cards in your graveyard, whether you want it or not it would be a better deck if you actually included some kind of graveyard synergy
>>94322693>Nooooo my heckin spider deck is perfect!!!Then why are you looking for comments here?>Your criticisms aren't validddd!! I'd respond well to valid ones!!!Here are a bunch of valid ones>Noooo you guys don't even get what my heckin spiderooo tribal deck is dooooing!!!Tribal...?>Noooo I'm not running icky boring tribal cards!!Then what are you running,>My heckin spiderinos, and golgari cards I like!! You r too dum to see my big brain strats!!
>>94322693A golgari deck without graveyard synergy is like an angel without its wings
>>94322799There are some decks that don't care about it, not many, but when your commander has bloody delirium, it definitely should.
>>94320000The main problem is that spider tribal generally kinda sucks, if you want to keep it that way sure, but you'd be better off swapping out a lot of those spiders for more stuff that fills the graveyard/blinks your commander. Sword of Hearth and home is a definite add regardless, and i'd switch out deathcap cultivate and Llanowar dead for a birds of paradise and a Millikin, trade Farseek for natures lore, and an ornithopter of paradise would also be a mana dork with Delirum synergy
>>94322607mmh mmh, so you like specific ink on specific paper from specific place. understandable
