If you are doing a premeire tournament they could all be from your pool to choose from but not in the same game.Closest you can get at the moment is the new hope pack with Leia, Stormtrooper Luke, ST Han and Chewie or General Solo, Chewie, Rebel Commandos or whatever other 4 point support you want to put in and the other team would be Jedi Luke, Boush (Leia) and Lando with R2. Boush Leia has an option to come without her helmet/
>>94375077To be fair, she is the only star wars character I can think of that is a painter, so it fits that she's the best painting award.>>94373176I know the meta is Iden + Insert Imperial Squad and Spectres, but you don't necessarily need to put them in the same premiere team. The person who went 5/0 and won was using Iden, Vader 2, Thrawn and Gideon. I feel like you are right with having 2 super squads instead of 4 that can all go together, but I am sure there are exceptions especially in republic maybe.
>>94377718>>94373176Oh I ran Luke and Classic Leia (leading Hans box) and Mace plus Obi with Rex. Mace has been retired I will say that much, going to switch GAR for Cad Bane and Mando

Does anyone have a non-shit version of the Soldier Career book, Forged in Battle? The one in the troves in the OP pastebin is missing pages.
>>94379311Nevermind, I ended up managing to find a copy in the ass end of the internet myself: https://ufile.io/jyll7o2fNot only does it have the missing pages, but it's also OCR searchable and is a significantly better scan, to the point where I was honestly confused; it's almost OEF quality.
>>94379393There used to be a guy who did professional-quality scans of all the SWRPG rulebooks and uploaded them to a torrent tracker site. The site got taken down around 2016, the torrent he created isn't seeded anymore, and the uploader vanished off the face of the earth never to be seen again, which is why there aren't any good scans of any of the later books. That's one of his PDFs.
>>94377572That book got demoed to non-canon fanfiction by the 2nd game, but whatever allows you to maintain your hateboner I guess.
>>94380077Fuck, now I'm depressed over not having all of them.
>>94377718Yeah Iden and Spectres are kinda tough. And yeah Republic and Empire do have the benefits of being the factions with the most varied rosters.CIS has to splash Cad Bane, Scoundrels or Dathomirian to make 4 while Rebels have to rely on Ewoks, Scoundrels or Spectre to avoid overlap. I guess the Rogue One releases and Aqua droids will help them out. It's a little frustrating that they we are getting the Kit Fisto and Ki-Adi Mundi Jedi boxes before these though.>>94377725Nice lists. And I agree on Mace, he is tanky, hits hard, brings a lot of Force and his Tactic is nice but he is pretty straightforward in that he is just a beatstick and lacks some mobility or Push/Pull utility while his identity isn't that great.>Going from Noble Alliance to Restore the Republic + GAR to Rebel + Bounty Hunter ScumsI suppose once again Saw was right, having the moral high ground is not enough.
It's funny whenever something a lot of people blame Disney Lucasfilm for and call dumb ends up being an idea that actually came from George. Case in point; inhibitor chips and bleeding lightsaber crystals.
>>94382206If Lucas came up with it then its not a dumb idea. Ya finna seethe?
>>94382206You're right, I should rewatch the Clone Wars.
>>94382206Red crystals and the like has been canon for decades, without any retarded "bleeding". Try to white-wash Didney Wars all you want, it's never not going to be pathetic attempts at revisionism.
>>94382206The Clone Wars and its consequences have been a disaster for Star Wars.Disney is still putrid shit, though.
>>94382224I'm not saying it's dumb but some people do. I'd suspected crystal bleeding came from Lucas because it's such a small detail that cropped in books and comics first. Disney canon is fine with recanonizing certain Legends elements in publishing to fill in gaps and if George hadn't said anything about why Sith have red lightsabers Lucasfilm probably would've just used what was said in the EU by default. >>94382453I don't have an issue with the concept given the kyber crystal from it's inception in Lucas' early drafts was something that enhanced the force power of it's user and so on. So the idea of someone pouring their dark side into it and making it red doesn't seem far fetched. But the synthetic crystals are fine too and currently canon anyway. Both versions are rooted in the "evil cannot truly create only corrupt" idea.
>>94382206It was pretty obvious to anyone who had actually seen this arc and paid attention to what Lucas was saying over the years - ever since the very first drafts of Star Wars, really. Obviously, this concept originated with him.Star Wars "fans" are dumb subhuman mouth breathing motherfuckers, more news at 11.
>>94382641>Star Wars "fans" are dumb subhuman mouth breathing motherfuckers, more news at 11.So fucking true, dawg. I still see halfwits seethe at the Jedi in the prequels.

>>94384505heh
>>94384536Filoni can't keep a single story straight, it will genuinely be surprising if that goes anywhere.
>>94384505This, Filoni is just bringing them back to try make his OCs the real main characters of star wars
>>94382206>>94382534The comics brought back the Tagge family, which were mostly an old Marvel comics era opponent, way before the EU was in full-swing. We're more closer to 'Actually, the NJO, the Vong and Darth Caedus happened in-between Endor and the Sequels' than you think. As for crystal bleeding, that's as valid as synthetic crystals, and also came from the EU. Sith do it to Jedi lightsabers when they don't have the tools to make a synthetic crystal. Purified ex-Sith lightsabers taken by Jedi also switch their color from red, most often to white/silver.
>>94385451>We're more closer to 'Actually, the NJO, the Vong and Darth Caedus happened in-between Endor and the Sequels' than you think.Well the Vong are sort of canon iirc. All unmade Clone Wars arcs are canon in a broader sense according Pablo, as in the scripts are open to changes because they were left in a rough draft state, but the basic events which had been hashed out in the writers room with George are more or less concrete bullet points. But considering they undid Nossor Ri being assassinated (unless he survived the attempt like Orn Free Taa in Bad Batch) from one of those unmade episodes it would seem certain details can be changed, so the Vong could be replaced with Grysk if they ever developed that script further.>As for crystal bleeding, that's as valid as synthetic crystals, and also came from the EU.All I remember is that at one point Anakin was going to turn his lightsaber from blue to red when he fell to the dark side in Revenge of the Sith and the idea even got so far along that the toys had this feature. But then Lucas realized that'd fuck up continuity if Luke ignited Anakin's saber in A New Hope and the blade was red so opted to keep it the same color. So the concept of a crystal turning red when you go full yellow eye dark side might've originated from Revenge of the Sith's development, unless it came up earlier in the EU and I'm not aware. I know crystal purification was a thing in the EU.
>>94385908>Grysklol there's absolutely 0 chance they'll ever be relevant outside of getting trashed in a book trilogy, probably even duology and then being reduced to an off-hand mention and a set-piece. Ssi-Ruuvi and Killiks of the 2020s. If they bring in the Vong, they'd probably just integrate NJO into the Disney continuity, instead of redoing the Vong invasion (pointless)
>>94385908>But then Lucas realized that'd fuck up continuity if Luke ignited Anakin's saber in A New Hope and the blade was redImplying Lucas wouldn't just change the blade colour in the next special edition.
>>94385953Yeah at this point I feel like Lucasfilm are keeping the Vong and their invasion storyline in their back pocket similar to the Knights of the Old Republic era because they know those are big chunks of Legends they can potentially adapt or revisit in the future. So they don't want Zahn getting his fingers all over them for his Thrawn novels which is why he created the Grysk; an OC race he can easily control with no baggage. People will say I'm crazy for thinking they'd ever adapt the Vong but if George was okay with using them in Clone Wars (albeit with their force-immunity removed) I don't see why Filoni and Lucasfilm wouldn't be okay with it. And given it just came out in the news they're running out of nostalgia to mine, they might be looking to Legends for inspiration more and more. I mean even the Acolyte was drawing quite a bit from the EU with things like Cortosis, Bal'demnic and Plagueis to an extent. Hell it's rumored that Skeleton Crew is going to be about Xim the Despot's treasure and that suburban planet is in the Tion Cluster.
>>94386310Maybe instead of mining nostalgia (and doing a shitty job of it, and ruining it in he process) they could try creating something original and interesting. Because the well is so thoroughly poisoned that I don't see any nostalgia being good enough to bait people back at this point.
>>94386411It's interesting because even the things like Rogue One and Solo which people view largely as nostalgia plays had elements George Lucas and his writing team were developing for the live action Underworld series. But obviously Andor spun out or R1 into it's own thing that doesn't bank heavily on nostalgia at all. Even then though I've heard some episode pitches for Underworld that were similar in subject matter to the type of things covered in Andor. So there's always been some kind of guardrail there for Disney Lucasfilm at least at the beginning where they were using George's ideas as the starting point. And then in the one famous instance they went off and did their own thing with the sequels the story fell apart by the end of the trilogy. I suspect a lot of the paralysis surrounding the cinematic side of Star Wars is because they don't have any more of George's ideas to use for bigger stories and the way the sequels turned out in the end has made them scared/cautious. They'll probably look to the EU for some direction but with something like Dawn of the Jedi I think a lot of that is being made from scratch.
If they persist on adapting EU content with Luke but replacing him with Rey I feel like I'm going to kill myself
I'm pleased at how well the EU edgelord's style looks on Legion IRGsKind of annoying how like 90% of Legion players paint their minis in a box art style. The unique paintjobs is probably the only thing I'm missing from 40k.
>>94386552Rogue One worked because it took a bit of SW that was not yet done in movie form, and expanded upon it.It took elements that we knew must have been there, and made a story out of this. Andor did more of the same. And most importantly, both were told in a good manner, with characters that had understandable motivations for what they did.I know, Jyn Erzo was rather passive, and it felt like she changed her mind on the spot. But to be fair here, the novellization of teh movie script has two scenes that were probably cut very late that gave her some time, interaction (i.e. talking and arguing with) other characters to explain this.> they went off and did their own thing with the sequels the story fell apart by the end of the trilogyI have to disagree here. They completely failed to do the story framework before they started with VII, and thesy hired idiots and hacks to do the writing.VII was uninspired trash, but it may have been slavageable. VIII was so terrible as a part 2 of a SW trilogy that I don't even know where to start.By IX it was over and they just tried (and failed) to write themselves out of the pit that VIII had left them in. Somehow, they left in various elements from earlier drafts that ended up just being brain-rot inducingly stupid.
>>94387283VII and VIII to some extent were both working off of some parts of George's original treatments and Michael Arndt's draft whereas IX went completely off the reservation. They still had the core idea of a young woman wanting to become a Jedi 30 years after ROTJ, seeking out a disillusioned Luke and Han and Leia's son falling to the dark side. Granted these ideas would've definitely been executed differently in George's version but my point is they were still working from some kind of pre-existing base even though JJ and Kasdan gradually morphed that into a derivative rehash with uninspired visuals and then Rian just spun his wheels. My point was that Disney's sequels didn't appear entirely out of thin air they did use some of Lucas' stuff as a foundation/skeleton for their versions of VII and VIII. Picrel is a good example showing how Talon and the pirates developed into Kylo Ren and the Knights of Ren after George parted ways with Lucasfilm in early 2013.I'm unsure if Trevorrow's Duel of the Fates had any elements left over from Lucas treatments or if by then there was really nothing left to use. There are some things that seem familiar like the climax taking place on Coruscant similar to the original ending of ROTJ with Had Abaddon and Mortis playing a role.
>>94387362Correction; Talon and the pirate-mercenaries were changed to be Kylo Ren and the stormtroopers. They would've introduced paramilitary stormtroopers later in the story but it wasn't a huge thing like the First Order was. The Empire in George's sequels had gone the way of the Mandalorian Death Watch and it was one small part of Maul's criminal empire he'd build.
>>94386778I've enjoyed seeing what alternate colors look like.
>>94387557
>>94387362>>94387476Killing Maul in Rebels was such a fucking mistake. We could have gotten the version of George's ST in the Mandoverse era, with Maul, Talon, Criminal Underworld, etc. They would be so much more compelling and interesting villains than fucking Gustavo Fring and blue Elon Musk. But nooo, he had to be killed off in that shitty cartoon for babies. What a joke.
>>94387557>>94387563These look real nice, any lore for /yourdudes/
>>94387609At this point it would've been better had he just stayed dead in TPM.Old Wounds was neat but it should've stayed as a what-if side story.
>>94387557>>94387563Very cool Imperials, Anon-kun
>>94387362>>94387476Well, yes. But to be frank teh kernel of GL concept became meaningless after Ep7.That was a nearly scene-by-scene rehash of ANH.Then 8 comes along, and I grant that by itself it could have been a cool casino heist in SW movie, but holy fuck did they butcher everything else.
>>94387890They still could've salvaged some things after Ep VII like Luke's Jedi Order being in hiding and Rey convincing him to reunite them all for IX as well as Canto Bight being an opportunity to introduce the real villain of the trilogy; a war profiteer to fill the Maul role of uniting the underworld against the Republic and taking over the First Order after the power vacuum caused by Snoke's death. Then in IX a few years after VIII; Rey and Luke's Jedi are fighting the Hutts and the other crime gangs as well as the remaining First Order which has splintered into different factions with the largest being led by Kylo while Finn leads the stormtrooper rebellion. Chaos in the galaxy. It would've ended feeling like a more cohesive trilogy than what we got though.
>>94387627Waow, by this logic at this point it would've been better had Star Wars never been made, since the ST pissed all over it.
Somehow, Krennic returned.
>>94388202You didn't have to get upset, but you chose to. Remember that.
>>94385451>>94385908I would think they're saving the Vong for the NuTrilogy in the works. They arrive decades late and after all the characters we care about aside from R2D2 and C3PO are dead. Lel.
>>94388202They were nice enough to establish the sequel trilogy and all its separate garbage in a non-canonical continuity for us. It's honestly the best thing Didney ever did for Star Wars, and we should be eternally grateful for it.>>94386411Maybe instead they should just stop?Just. Stop. Can their entire continuity.Start from scratch with competent people that gives a shit about Star Wars and cares about the universe as it is, not only as a vehicle for their own shitty ideas.>>94386778Base colors is evidence of an uninspired mind. If they're not going to /yourdudes/ it, they might as well greytide.
>>94388857Yeah my feeling is if the Vong are ever brought into canon their invasion won't happen until much later in the timeline. But honestly I'd just be down with them setting a trilogy hundreds of years in the future where nobody really remembers what a Skywalker or the Empire is anymore. Krome Studios pitched a game like that before they settled on the "Vader's secret apprentice" concept.
>>94383603if its living crystal, one would have to imagine the jedi would take the most ethical option and use synthetic crystals
>>94388137>They still could've salvaged some things after Ep VIIOK yes, maybe. But tehy had no cohesive plan or idea or even a group of writers doing the, well, writingThey just shat out the first two movies without giving a single fuck, and got this whole desaster rolling.
>>94389537Goes without saying. I think something that's overlooked is the amount of leeway Bad Robot got from Iger because he wanted Episode VII out ASAP, which meant they were going over Lucasfilm's heads more. JJ with his mystery box agenda left to his own devices.
>>94389181Damn, kinda wish they went with that idea instead. But grass is always greener, I suppose.
does anyone but crime lords ever hire mercenaries?
>>94389181That shit is ass, good lord.
>>94390902I'm playing in a game where our pilot is technically a mercenary hired by the Jedi Council to fly us around. He gets to pilot a Republic Cruiser so he doesn't mind. And the pay is surprisingly good.
>>94391103The Jedi Council hiring mercenaries to do their dirty work!? So the rumors were true!
>>94390902A mercenary is just a contractor that czn perform military or weaponized security functions, when push comes ro shove. So yes, of course.
>>94370185>Who is your favourite Bounty Hunter?Zuckass, I also think dengars DLT 19 is the best rifle tho
>>94370185If you were somehow recruited to work for jabba, what do you think your job would be? I would probably be some low rank thug who collects money and carries a blaster and a vibro axe or something, maybe if would flirt with a twilek dancer too
>>94387612Yes : ] Post-Endor, pre-Remnant Imperials under the command of General (eventually Warlord) Veers, who is aligned with the Pentastar Alignment. I'm going to have my forces gradually worn down and augmented with mercenaries and bounty hunters, before eventually splintering and disbanding as the their forces become brigands, join the New Republic, or just go home. I want a semi-tragic ending for them, but they're Imperials, they didn't earn a happy ending. I have more forces to come. Painting up snowtroopers now, using MOPP gear as an inspiration.
>>94387830Thank you anon
>>94388857Which is ironic because the Vong, as alien invasion threats most often are, just aren't very interesting. Characters struggling to win against them are far more engaging.
>>94391948>>94391953Sounds like a good idea for a campaign to me.
>>94371725Most twilek are green I think.

>>94392371Neither have I. Star Wars has a problem with casting below average women to play love interests to heartthrob men, it's pretty odd and kinda distracting. They could have done way better than Carrie or Natalie and deep down everyone knows it.Coomboomers will seethe at this post.
>>94392423Maybe Carrie was the only 19 year old who bought George's line about no underwear in space, Hershlag on the other hand is diamonds and way more attractive than Carrie yes I'm a coombrain
>>94392431Keira Knightley would have made more sense than Hershlag.
>>94392421Sounds comfy. If you're up for it, post pics of the games/tell us what happened.
>>94389574They could have done something with the (weak) foundation of TFA.Maybe not something great. After JJ was finished, tell him 'k thanks, there's your paycheck, you can see yourself out' and get a team of writers with some SW knwoledge to actually untangle and open the mystery boxes in the following two movies.Or just let Rian do his thing and crash the franchise with no survivors.
What sort of ship might a Bounty Hunter use in the KOTOR era? Like Boba Fett's slave one and whatnot. What might Calo Nord, theTwin Suns or the HKs have been flying around in?
>>94392555The Ebon Hawk was an Exchange ship.
>>94392567Are there any other examples besides that one? Also isn't that more comparable to the Falcon than Slave One?
>>94392431Considering pretty much everyone was expecting SW to be a failure (at the times science fiction films usually did terribly at the box office since they required expensive special effects and didn't have mainstream appeal) George probably did have trouble getting someone to sign up for the role. Even Carrie has later mentioned she had doubts about it, fearing it might tank her career before it even properly begun.
>>94392441Knightley is literally a skellington. I like thin women, but not that much.>>94392567>big boss of the criminal underworld, basically the Jabba of the Jedi Civil War>he rolls around in the equivalent of the FalconI never really understood this. I also never understood why it came painted with Republic Navy colors.
>>94392625Biowoke are really bad writers. Happy to help.
>>94392012The Vong as a concept are more compelling if you dial down the edginess and got rid of the force immunity. Have them be more nuanced as a race that was nearly wiped out by machines and live in symbiosis with nature hence the organic tech, so they're actually strong with the force or have a strong connection to their tech at least. And because of their prejudice towards machines the Star Wars galaxy has to reckon with their relationship to droids which is something we've not seen much of in the films. So approaching a Vong story from the right angle as a trilogy of films could work.
>>94393191Dialing down the edge is a great idea, but I feel like the force immunity is more important and central to their concept than the biotech. The Vong are supposed to be an outside context problem If anything I'd play up the tech and make them have like nanotech and other hard sci-fi shit.
>>94393191The edginess of the Vong is interesting in context with their history - that they were once like extrusions of their home planet, a living world, and existed in the Force. But when they got genocidal in their home galaxy, their home world acted against itself, stripping its symbiotic species (the Yuuzhan Vong) of the Force in an act of psychic pain that reverberated across the entire species. So their twisted BDSM rituals are a half-forgotten myth relating back to how their species originally lost their connection to the Force, because that moment of pain is all they remember now and they seek pain because it draws them close to their memory of what it was to feel the Force.Without the Force "immunity" not that it ever was immunity, there's no point to the edgy BDSM part.
>>94391302No, we work for and as part of the Jedi Exploration Corps. But it's cheaper for the Council and Jedi Master giving us our marching orders to hire a pilot into the Corps than request one on loan from Judiciary.

>>94387609Maul having an apprentice who's essentially his female clone complete with tattoos is a great idea, Talon or no Talon
>>94394547Do you think it would be more interesting if he tattooed them or if they tattooed themselves to emulate him?
>>94393191>>94393206>>94393597The Vong, like I said, aren't the problem. They were a product of the 90s, when tensions with the Soviet Union -> Russian Federation (Empire -> Imperial Remnant) were at an all time low, and post-9/11 terrorism hadn't come up as a threat yet, so alien invasions were the norm of the day back then. It wouldn't work now for the same reason why the Sequels failed. Just rehashing a story that's already been told is going to result in issues. Either go the MCU route, where you 'streamline' the EU for movie audiences much like the MCU basically took stories from comics and made them fit the big screen, or come up with entirely new stories. The former isn't a possibility, for obvious reasons since they've made their own continuity, and they've completely failed at the latter barring some minimal successes. So what's left is Filoni trying to do the Thrawn Trilogy, but with his own OCs. Problem is, no one actually cares about Ezra Bridger and Sabine Wren. They want to, as they've been wanting to since 2015, see Luke Skywalker kick ass on the big screen.

>>94370185I forgot to post about my game the other day. Was pretty sick. We went to Geonosis to help our separatist friend out of a jam, only to find a family home loaded with creepy shit and puzzles. Kind of unfortunate that it was our first session after Halloween, but what can you do?We walked through basically her whole childhood, her bedroom, trophy room, portraits of her parents, etc... And, as it turns out her separatist lineage was not just a bit: she knew Dooku and Grievous personally. She called latter Uncle Grievous, which drove our Nightsister Pilot insane.Once we figured out the puzzle, we found a family crypt behind the big family portrait. Inside, we found her, but as a child, curled up into a ball and hyper-ventilating beneath a giant beating heart(?) clinging to the wall. Then, a beastial spectre of what looked like Grievous crossed with a Shistavanen fired up four lightsabers and pounced at us.And that's where we ended.

And Luke can have his death star garb instead of robes.Leia kind of sucks as a unit though, which is a shame because I love the model. It's a hard box to play but Luke himself is very strong.

The one time the Bong we’re going to turn up in TCW, they were going to be biotech but not immune to the Force. The they were replaced as a threat by the Grysk but that’s not been picked up on.
>>94403645>they were going to be biotech but not immune to the Force. The Vong weren't immune to the Force. You'd know this if you actually read the books. They existed outside the Force but you could still blast them with lightning, telekinesis or whatever just fine.>The they were replaced as a threat by the Grysk but that’s not been picked up on.The Grysk don't exist outside of Zahn's very isolated set of novels.

>>94404237IIRC they were basically invisible and untargetable in the Force. You couldn't use telekinesis to pick one up since it'd be like trying to grab thin air, but you could blast them with lightning because even if you couldn't specifically target the Vong they still get hurt if you fire lightning in their general direction, and you could use telekinesis to pick up objects to throw at or crush them with.
Wookieepedia is obviously autistically complete but it lacks the ability to filter by era. What line of RPG books or non-RPG books are the best for background/ship info for a given period? Particularly Clone Wars or the Old Repubic (ideally KOTOR 1 and 2)?
>>94404894>Clone WarsSaga Edition and FFG>KOTORSaga Edition
>>94404670Luke thinks to himself in one of the later books that he has no problems picking a Vong up and spinning him around with telekinesis, but his mind as far as Luke can tell is just a blank, there's nothing there to see. Luke crushed a bunch of Vong into the ground in the comics too.

What are we thinking about SWU? I just tried it for the first time with the release of the newest expansion with the clone wars. I gotta say I thought it was a lot of fun and I'm really liking my Anakin led fleet based deck so far, it plays just as aggressively as one would expect from the sand man.
>>94408975It's pretty fun if you aren't playing against meta control all the time, I've been running Luke/Green since set one, Set two I didn't really like but 3 has given me a few more options to change things up.

Set 1 was crazy good in both constructed and draft, though.

What's the deal with Armada (and X-Wing) nowadays? Are they still even being published/played/updated? I impulse bought a box from the local secondhand game shop including the core set and a few expansions for Armada yesterday because Star Wars is cool and I've always loved naval/spaceship tabletop games and it looked like a good deal vs. ebay, but now I'm wondering if I fucked up? Should I look at X-Wing instead to get my space combat kick? Is that one still a thing either?
>>94410116>>94411245i just built a dooku deck that hyper fixates on the exploit mechanic. Its actually quite funny because im thinking about dropping red to double up on green so i can use endless legions. Seems wildly impractical, but honestly could be incredibly funny and heavily thematic.

They made the announcement after liquidating their stock, so some ships have inflated massively in price after. There are various fan-lead movements trying to keep X-Wing active, and Armada had been functionally dead for two-ish years before the news.If you bought Republic or CIS stuff, congrats! Those are the hardest ones to find for reasonable prices, from what I've seen.
>>94413284Ah, a man of refined taste.
>>94413512Sadly not trolling. As far as I can tell, I got the core set and an additional squadron expansion for both imperials and rebels, plus what looks like some promo packs with ships like the Outrider and Slave I and stuff. >>94398909Wait... is anyone *not* a dodge enjoyer? Even Vader who is the most STR build brick shithouse in DnD terms is quite agile. Its only Mando who can go "nah I'd win" due to Beskar and take hits. Maybe SWTOR and the pre-demilitarization heavy armor force users could count.
>>94414448This. Krennic is so great to watch because he clearly has an over-inflated opinion of himself and he spends the whole movie getting cut down to size by Tarkin, Vader, or the Rebels. Also, his actor clearly was having a lot of fun playing a scenery-chewing pompous blowhard.

Mostly, they're weird, niche ships like the E-wing or Tie Aggressor, but the Lamda also never saw a reprint which is fucking odd.The Republic and CIS factions were also pretty new. By and large, those are ships with the highest inflated prices. Last I checked, I couldn't find a LAAT for less than 100 USD.Both games seem to have decent 3D print scenes from how many times I've parsed through pages on Etsy. If you can't find anything official and you don't mind painting or bare plastic that could be an option. Might not always be cheaper, tho.Armada's core set is good, but it's a tad too small for what makes the game fun. Rebel and Empire ships are probably easier to get a hold of, though some of the unga-bunga meta picks usually have their prices inflated.Hope that helps, Anon. I've been livid since the announcement and this general runs on seethe so I apologize if I came across as too harsh.

Do Sith work better as an antagonist when its just the rule of two, or as an order?
>>94418596Depends on era and who your heroes are, but a few Sith 'lieutenants' are generally a good idea if you want to let your group fight an enemy with a lightsaber without getting the full force lightning, force choke, hack and slash experience.
>>94417474he cute
>>94418596if your party has lightsabers you could always do rule of 2 with the sith using dark jedi as their elite troops, plenty of dark jedi boss fights. Depends on the era obviously as their might not be that many Jedi around.
>>94418960>>94419232lets throw a dart at the board and say High Republic era
>>94419359>High Republic eraWe know the Sith were doing rule of two around that time., but on the other hand you can always use Sith Assassins or Acolytes or whatever if you want more lightsabers.Or have the Jedi gets corrupted by Sith Holocron and is now a Dark Jedi thing.
