A Raid boss designed for max level players doesn't have the same impact because it's just a question of how many people to bring to jump their ass since level 100 is going to be treated as the default instead of actually being a maxed out character.Also unfortunately Elemental builds will absolutely dominate these raid bosses. I mean it's easy as hell to make an all elemental immunity Golem to just no sell all magic based attacks. Dragons being immune to just their type is pretty low tier compared to the Players who can just pick and choose gear to become immune to their chosen type using the gacha mechanic as a way to get more gear then they ever know what to do with. The only way to make stuff a real threat in the New World is by having World Class abilities but even then it's pretty much worth nothing since everyone is capable of getting a Leaf to make their own and therefore become immune to them.

To put it more succinctly, that's every single category but Telepathy and Natural Weapon. That being said, it's still a great update and such a mild nerf is a wash given you have so many points in the new version overall, even with all the shiny new options to play with.
