These two need to be completely reworked, the only ones under 40 points, particularly the drawbacks for both. These two have dogshit unlikeable drawbacks and somewhat useless powers (why the fuck is the spears entire middle row nothing but healing powers that could be rolled into 1-2 powers instead?).
