Wrote a short and sweet gauntlet for Animal Well, by Billy Basso. Jumpable, but it feels like it might missing a suitable reward for the post-post-game content.
So I sent Jumper to pocky and rocky and got them the inari shop item and got to thinking. Kitsune/Inari are pretty dang cool and have pretty good powerset. What are some good jumps to dip your feet into that sort of thing for a Jumper?
>>94857312>shortCorrect>and sweetLet others be the judge of that.
>>94857045Custom orders are expensive but doable. Probably try to make something part pangolin for genetic similarities and scales and then bring in a little beetle for the added resilience. Could make them cold blooded to reduce metabolism in which case iguana might be a good choice, but then cold becomes a new issue. Probably gotta think that over.>What animals would make for a good hybrid of creature and doggo? All of them? I made a Bat-Hound for Batman without his permission. I really enjoyed donkey dogs when I visited LotR as something between beasts of burden and traveling companions since they're tough and smart. I think I'm gonna start production of spider dogs as well based on some some advice from Yoro.>>94857055I might have worked on it in Batman, but if not then I'll likely be doing that in Jump 4. It's hard to test and refine things like that in more primitive settings. I might have been too busy in Batman just refining the cire processes, so making that more of a priority with the attempt of making a dog person into a culinarian seems likely.Anyways, off to bed, night.

Her domain is probably something along the likes of drunken brawling or American football, and even if you were never summoned at all she’ll still claim that she’s only tagging along because she’s the one who brought you here, which she’ll start bragging about to other deities once you prove yourself to her. She comes with And 1,000 Hairs, Gate of Worlds, MEGAMIC POWER, and Rough Edge, and with her Order she’s a powerful fighter capable of beating anything short of an S-ranked Demon Lord on her own, but it’ll be restricted outside of the Unified Divine Realm until the end of the jump.>My Dark God Can't Be This Cute (200, discounted to Twisted Hero): >Once upon a time, this girl was a deity in the Divine Realm, until she was cast out due to a personal disagreement with the God of Creation and became a Dark God. Despite reigning over an unsavory domain that reflects her callous, morbid personality, she found a kindred spirit in you and empathizes with your struggles, wishing to avenge the two of you together. While she can’t unleash her full power outside of her own domain, and her powerset isn’t suited to direct combat, she’ll gladly travel alongside you nonetheless. She has Gate of Worlds and MEGAMIC POWER, as well as Grinding Dimension. She can also be the same Dark God mentioned in other purchases... And if she isn’t, she’ll be jealous.

There is an entire dragon language to choose from. You can just make up entirely unique Shouts. You're not even limited to three words-Miraak showed it's possible to use four words. The words don't even need to be descriptive-they can be metaphorical. Whirlwind Sprint uses Wuld (Whirlwind) Nah (Fury) Kest (Tempest); those words have nothing to do with dashing forward at great speed, but it works anyways. You can just make up crazy new Shouts if you want. The world is your oyster.

Hmm what are some good ways to make money for someone who likes to build robots and machines eggman style with all the theatrics that come with it but without actually being evil. Basically just playing up a character. Sending a Jumper from tech assistance in 007 to Classic sonic and I kinda just want them to cut loose a bit with new skills and be hammy. But being a full on villain is a bit much. He's not that evil. But he also does still need money to pay for materials and all that....Though now that im thinking about it him trying to set up some micro nation somewhere thats actually pretty decent to the people as long as they listen to him could be cool. Like some cross between King Deedeede and eggman.

>>94857312[Animal Well]Beanie Body (Free)My limited extrusion into this reality assessed the new environment. Darkness. Hostile lifeforms. Irrelevant arbitrary objective. And, as I took stock of my own form, an amorphous body.>Body Mod: https://archive.4plebs.org/tg/thread/94671127/#94675098The limited avatar system I had supplanted the Benefactor's original with some time ago was designed for eusocial behaviour and regeneration. In a way, my body's frailty was an advantage; instead of having to violently dismember myself I simply gently bumped into a nearby wall until biomass gently split off from me. Within a few weeks of subjective time, I had a small army. Navigating the new environment was incomprehensibly inefficient by my own standards, but through a system of improvised drumbeats, aerial mobility and superior vision we were able to map out the dungeon faster than even LIDAR. It became clear there was some sort of dangerous predator lurking at the bottom of the environment. Some instances also reported a strange rabbit-like species. As instances continued to smash each other apart and regenerate into new me we debated on which arbitrary imperative to go after-or whether it was worth pursuing at all.We decided to go after all of them, after debate veered from the strategic to the existential-long enough time to build a thousands-strong clone army of myself.Half the army, bearing the so-called Manticore no ill-will, distracted and evaded it while finding the eggs necessary for it's reproductive process. The other half interrogated the moon rabbits and passed on their insights to the rest of us with chemical signals. As for myself, after both objectives were completed I decided to fly up and see what actually lay outside the Animal Well.I vaguely remembered a distant impression of turquoise, rushing currents, and a loud man screaming "NOT EVEN CLOSE, BABY!" before I was abruptly banished.

Those of you who actually write about your chains, how much do you guys write about each jump? I average about five pages but sometimes I end up with about thirty. You are superhumanly good at whatever your passion is, such that even a being far beyond humans such as the ant king Meruem couldn't surpass you in your chosen hobby. In fact, having a truly worthy opponent challenge you will only make you better and better indefinitely, reaching levels of mastery which seems entirely impossible and boggle the human mind. This only applies to some skill not directly useful for combat, like smithing knives or a board game. You can take this perk multiple times, with each purchase giving you another thing you're a nen genius in.
Making a Katawa Shoujo jump and I've decided to make Jumper blind. Thats going to be rough, Trying to think of things for him to get up to while in school. His usual hobbies of researching the supernatural or engineering robots is probably rather hampered by that.
>>94858467>How do you think this would actually manifest if my jumper already took the assassin training perk and the nen expertise for Zeteu/In?You literally kill a guy standing in-between two other guys, they pull out their weapons and go "who's there?!" But then immediately sheath them and say "Must've been the wind" and resume what they were doing.More seriously, you'd probably be super good at predicting people's behavior in terms of where they'll be at/looking so you can avoid them and mentally mapping that out for whole groups of people in a large complex.

>>94858706I hate that quiz because my favorite Pokemon arbitrarily wasn't one of the 300 results even though I was given the top 2 typings to match with it if it were there. Well, at least I do know I would have gotten it if it were possible, so it did its job, I suppose. I did appreciate how in-depth it got despite being quick to fill out.
>>94858706I remember NuBee being really jealous because I got Chandelure 3rd. I don't even like ghost-types.
>>94858703He’s got good availability too, so it’s not hard to keep leveling him without needing to feed him entire maps.
>>94858731There are a lot of fantastic Ghost types but also some weirdly unimaginative and uninteresting ones. Duskull is the perfect Ghost Pokemon but its evolutions drop everything I liked about it except for the one eye. Dusknoir's design is as awkward as saying its name out loud is. The round and angular shapes make it a constant clash to look at and it's just some weird doorknob-headed genie covered in tofu bacon strips. But the Mystery Dungeon character is my favorite so I can't hate it. The belly mouth is cool.

>>94858770...does that mean Sabrina is also one?
>>94858758Iono's character concept was executed kind of awkwardly. They use her like a Vtuber, but she's just...a regular streamer, a Game Grump, that's her actual meat-monkey body on the screen, even though they put her in the virtual avatar corner and everything.
>>94858758>I remember back when the rumor was Valerie was trans, apparently it's enough of a thing the Google AI thinks it is fact (which isn't saying much).Huh I don't remember that being a thing but I admit I wasn't really clued into that sort of thing back then or listening for it. I just like her outfit its very distinct. And I think I remember some lore about her wishing she was a pokemon? Though i could be misremembering.
>>94858784>they put her in the virtual avatar corner and everything.Meat streamers are in the corner too when they react to stuff.
>>94858786Yeah, a lot of people interpreted that as them hinting she was trans or something. Plus she used a Sylveon (Penny gets it a lot for this reason too as well as for matching major stereotypes of the time, Valeria was dressed elaborately like a RuPaul character and Penny is the stereotypical transfem hacker)
>>94858786I'd want to be a Pokemon too. I feel like a really sizeable amount of their world's population would. They're lucky that humans actually can become Pokemon, though most examples of that I'm aware of are Ghost types that result from human deaths...and that one kid who turned into an Alakazam from studying ESP too hard. Was that a Metamorphosis reference? Are the Abra line shelled, jointed bug-dogs to evoke Kafka's cockroach?
I haven't decided yet if I am going straight on to it or doing something else first, but I'd like to get opinions on a Hercules jump. Do you have an opinion on pricing or how certain things should be structured? Is there something in particular you want to see?
>>94858792I still got the impression they just sort of lost sight of the fact that she's a human person in-universe because her illustrated character design already looks like a Vtuber avatar to us.
>>94858795Doesn't Sylveon predate the design of that flag?
>>94858802I am going to be honest, you are the designated Disney jumpmaker, as long as you don't do something especially egregious like put Ideon up for sale you can basically do whatever you want.>pricing/structuredI think what you used in Fantasia makes as much sense as anything really, there are the gods, there are the mortals, there are the narrative cliches they play to etc. Pretty straightforward.>Is there something in particularI'd like to be able to be a Titan. They're kinda dim elemental things anyway.
>>94858797>Was that a Metamorphosis reference? Some people think so, but it was never confirmed. Also they lack apple-related weaknesses.
>>94858808The flag was a thing since 1999/2000.
>>94858802I'm curious how the pricing works between gods/demigods (Hercules)/Titans.
>>94858822Oh, I didn't know, I just remember X/Y being in development a little before the trans saga really started.
>>94858825I haven't decided on pricing yet but having only seen the movie thus far my opinion on overall power is something like:1. Zeus, Hercules (full god)1.5 Hercules (mortal, but might be cheaper because some of the stuff could be in perks)2. Titan, maybe Hades3. Every other God
>>94858802I don't think you should add gods/titans as options.
>>94858850Can you explain why? They make up a significant number of major characters, the main villain is a God, Hercules becomes a God in the film, and prior to that is above most of them in terms of power.
>>94858727>Always thought she was interesting. Wondering what her deal is.Gen 6 as an experience was kind of a macrocosm of blink and you miss it with just how forgettable it was unless you were obsessively trying to care about every moment instead of just playing the game like a sane person and not putting much thought into things beyond maybe having some fun. Honestly wouldn't have figured who to pick if some threads a while back hadn't made me stumble onto a funny chain moment which spiraled into a bit of research ending in finding out that a proper localization of her manner of speech would place her with a southern belle type of accent (not a full on southern drawl - just a bit of an inflection as would befit someone of slightly elevated standing). Though that begs a stranger question of what the French equivalent of that would be without going full posh/noble since the Japanese version's kind of this antique proprietor dialect that you usually only ever see in folks like the owner of a long-running hot spring retreat or other old money but not actually full-on ye olde tongue compared to some other dialects.>>94858786Yep. She wants to be a pokemon so bad she pulled a Meowth and learned how to speak in 'mon which supposedly had the unintended consequence of improving her team's combat prowess.
>>94858846I think Zeus should be a category all his own, personally. Hercules isn't any stronger as a god, he's just immortal now. Meanwhile, young Zeus solo'd the Titans, and as soon as they lost the element of surprise/aid of Fate, promptly went right back to stomping them, causing them to run for their lives. As for Hercules, maybe have that as a capstone perk? Hercules had to actually train despite coming with superhuman strength/durability, so you could have a capstone perk that makes you a demigod on par with 'pre-training Hercules'. Maybe with an additional 'once per jump, when you are about to die for someone else, you will instead by saved by temporarily becoming a full god, regaining your immortality' feature?
AND THEN ALONG CAME ZEUS
>>94858915Yeah you are right I am probably underselling Zeus a lot.>As for Hercules, maybe have that as a capstone perk?Yeah I am thinking I will do something in the perks, but haven't quite worked it out yet. I thought it would be better to gauge sentiment before I more strongly committed to anything.
>>94858915Wasn't Hercules also stomping the Titans or am I misremembering the movie?

Finished watching the sequel movies. I remember there being a good chunk of hate for Rey back in the day but honestly I'm not really seeing it. She makes for a terrible jedi, got the same anger issues that Anakin had, but all things considered it doesn't seem to be that bad.I really like the folding double-blade her sith nightmate-self had tho.

>>94859231Personally I only disliked Rey because her bad writing caused all the other characters to end up shit. She was turned into the strongest Jedi and headstrong hero so Finn couldn't be a Jedi or even her competent sidekick and instead got turned into a her simp. Kylo couldn't be a scary faceless villain, or a morally grey antihero, instead he had to be a generic troubled "I can fix him" prettyboy who also simped for Rey and and never posed any true threat to her. Poe was ok, but that's just it. He was ok. He never really got a chance to properly interact with Finn or Rey so their "friendship" felt super forced at the end and he had an even worse character arc than Finn IMO. I actually thought Luke was great in Last Jedi but he should've followed up on his promise at the end and been WAY more present in RoS as a Force Ghost. Appearing to both Ben/Kylo to taunt him, and Rey to help her out more. Rose was just a complete waste of time in Last Jedi and all but completely disappeared in RoS. Snoke should've been Plagueis and also not fucking died mid-way through the second movie. Looking back on it that was definitely the moment the sequels became unsalvageable.
Would it be morally correct to be a Gym Leader with a Gym that doesn't have have a type theming but is instead based on the Little Cup format and then my team is just 5 Duraludons

>>94859088There are precisely three approaches I take for interacting with Greek mythology. In the lighter, more harmless Greek settings where the gods are either a bunch of big luminous silly-billies like the Disney Greek pantheon or at least capable of what I deem an acceptable level of personal growth or accountability, I adopt a divine domain I find acceptable and give everyone death glares while doing my own thing. In MYTHOLOGICALLY ACCURATE settings, I proceed to enact a brutal genocide of the Olympians and their firm loyalists, with the goddess Hecate being the only consistent exception due to a longstanding alliance dating back to Age of Mythology. In this capacity, I incarnate as a child of Typhon and Echidna formerly for tactical advantage, and currently just to maximise the horror that the pantheon experiences. As a general rule of thumb, Olympians I deem to have ruled their domains fairly get quick deaths while gods who have ruled abusively get fates worse than death to eternally rend their divine ichor and distribute it to my chief subjects. Artemis for example is typically flayed alive, stitched into the skin of a deer with grey adamant needle and thread, hunted like an animal by men wearing her hounds' pelts and then brutally impaled in every orifice with hot branding irons tipped with the names of Queen Niobe's children in a suggestive position. Kronos is, if he is still alive and of sound mind at that point of time, generally allowed to bring back the Golden Age of his rule as long as he complies with my other goals. And then in borderline settings such as Epic the Musical, Hades, Kid Icarus and Saint Seiya I just kind of play it by ear.>>94858394At this point? (Jump 4 Nekojishi) Business is awful up in the mountains. Nobody comes around here but I want to monitor my new property since I'm growing resources out there and don't want to leave them unattended. For quite a while I was selling bogus charms to try and generate buzz, but the reception was lukewarm.I've been alerted, however, that having a ton of chi and being able to see spirits is gonna turn me into a spirit magnet. So, a lot of spirits and guardian deities and yaoguai are coming to the shop these days trying to get worship, and also got really interested in me being able to just make them bodies, and other stuff like that. Well, I'm bored and business is the opposite of booming, so I turn this into a business opportunity. Start conducting surveys, creating plushies and custom charms, start selling merchandise to the general public to create a kind of worship for spirits who can then go give blessings and minor favors for their new devotees. It's still pretty bad until I pay a programming major from the university to help with an online store, and then business is pretty decent. The varied backgrounds of the different spirits has that sort of mascot appeal.Several of the dogs chimera got possessed while still in the tube and became the bodies of several spirits, so I had to restrict the breeds I was making. Also some of the spirits tried to seduce me or whatever for more favor with exaggerated forms and overly revealing clothes since this is that kind of setting, and they're like, really bad at it from trying too hard. Also they never have any money. They're broke and keep trying to slide over IOU's and if I wasn't making money off of selling the likeness of several dozen of them online I'd probably be pretty annoyed. Spirit business picked up while I was drawing up plans for the bakery. With all the possession going around, I'm making dog daughter next world.
>>94859811Also, before the Jump ends, a small company is going to license the designs for a gacha which ends up doing reasonably well, so the spirits stop bothering me nearly as much from all the 'worship' generated from lonely saps jackin it to their jpegs. Not the perfect solution but they were pretty content from the chi flow.
>>94859814>reasonably wellThere are only two kinds of gachas, the ones that EoS before a year and the ones that go on forever because they have mindbroken their fanbase into buying whatever as long as paid advantages aren't fucked with.

>>94859943The short answer is because I am a stark raving sane cosmic tyrant and they're in my way. There is no need for a god with a human heart, it's like an apple with a worm inside it.The long answer is because I assess all pantheons based on their net contribution to order and reality as a whole and competence. The Egyptian gods for example are violent and conniving towards each other but diligent in fending off Apep and apart from the Sekhmet incident (which they also fixed themselves) generally act to stabilise the structure of the world. The Mesopotamian gods have a lot of very crude and impulsive members, but the MAJORITY of the pantheon is relatively diligent and the main offenders are as grand in their bounty as their wrath. Hence why I prefer disciplining them over annihilation; it's like getting angry with chimpanzees or small children, they're just kind of too stupid to reasonably expect to learn by themselves. The Aesir are violent and sometimes treacherous but also sometimes honourable, staunch opponents of the forces of chaos and I appreciate their leader's gumption. East asian pantheons in general often earn my admiration for having stable hierarchies. The Greek pantheon by contrast is both generally smarter and more specifically more malicious than the Mesopotamians, FAR more treacherous than the Aesir, and also usurpers rejected by other divine factions that demand sacrifice for no clearcut reason. >>94860033Stardew Valley?>>94859963Tekken. >>94861003What about shouts leveling mountains? I''ve heard lore fags say it, even though in the game we can hardly do anything like that.
>>94861040NTA, but those are typically one-off feats from legendary figures, often with special conditions that make them hard to replicate on the fly.
>>94861040The closest thing is a nascent god in lore who throws a small town off a cliff into the sea right next to it. Something like that would at best shave the top off a mountain.
>>94861040There is actually a sequence in the game where the PC gets to experience the unbridled voice of all the Greybeards at once, and all it does is shake their monastery a little. Doesn't even scratch the floor you're standing on. People will try to say "h-holding back" or "k-ki control", but that's just cope, since the whole point of that scene is that they're going all out to see if you're worthy to be the next Big Dick McGee.
>>94861040>What about shouts leveling mountains?nta, but thats people generously interperting the mountain rumbling when the Greybeards speak, which is clearly just a stylilstic choice, rather than a hint that they could intentionally destroy a mountain if they tried.Like if you look at actual lore description the Thu'um is never portrayed as some ridiculusly powerful thing compared to anything else, Hell the ancient Nords literally lost a big battle against the Empire despite having a number of Thu'um users on their side including Jurgen Windcaller. The only actually impressive feat in Lore is how according to a legend allegedly Miraak's battle with a Dragon Priest ended up ripping the island Solstheim from the mainland, but even people in setting dont believ that this could have been the caseLike the one book that mentnions it calls that aspect pure fantasy. Also worth noting that we literally see in game of how people overwank the Thu'um as after Ulfric kills the High King immediately the rumor spreads that his shout ripped him apart, but when you ask Ulfric he tells you that his shout only brought the High King to his knees and Ulfric just used the opportunity to stab him.
>>94860067Technically the Sekhmet incident was an act to stabilize the structure of the world. Since in the cosmos of Egyptian mythology social order and cosmic order were the same thing. Which meant that damage to one damaged the other as well. So since Ra was currently King and humanity was rebelling (Ra and the gods thought they were at least) that means that humanity was threatening the stability of the cosmos.
>>94861113In some myths, doesn't Ra just kind of decide to tear out his eye just because and it turns into a battle-crazy daughteru?

>>94860889You can have it back later. We are monopolizing it for today. Is snow always powdery like this? They make forming snowballs and stuff in the movies look super easy.
>>94861124Only fresh snow is powdery. The longer is lies on the ground and the more snow falls on top of it the more compressed it becomes until it eventually turns to ice.
>>94861124As a northerner, yes but as the cold goes on, they become really hard without salt to break them down. Mixed with rain? Then you get dirty sleet which becomes even more dangerous ice when refreezed by the cold air.
>>94861143>>94861144Cool, that seems bad. I know for damn sure Texas is not at all ready for that, but I'm gonna put that out of mind for the time being I think.
>>94861040We see how Alduin, the greatest master of Thu'um ever in the history of Nirn bar possibly Talos himself, tries to destroy a tiny fortress. And it's not by FusRoDah'ing Helgen off the map, it's by shelling it with tiny meteors. Dragons attack cities and towns in the game at multiple points, and at no point do any of them so much as wipe out a tiny village with a single shout. Even after Alduin bitches out and flees to Sovngarde, still none of them so much as level a few towns to give Alduin hundreds of tasty Nord souls. Markarth is considered effectively immune to dragon attacks just because it's made of stone. There's also Odahviing who jobbed multiple times to unenchanted wood. It's pretty much impossible for the Greybeards to be better at Thu'um than the dragons, because even if you ignore the dragons' vastly greater lifespan, experience, and instinctive mastery of the Thu'um, the Greybeards learned everything they know from a dragon. You would have to ignore literally everything in the actual events of the game to conclude Thu'um users are mountain busters.

>>94861124>Is snow always powdery like this? They make forming snowballs and stuff in the movies look super easy.It depends. Some snow is powdery, some snow is more wet. Not all snowfalls are created equal.
>>94861118I'm not sure. At least about if there are myths where it was 'just because' or not. However his eye did turn into a battle-crazy daughteru. Well except when drunk. To make this more complicated there are several other (probably at least a dozen) goddesses that also have Eye of Ra as a title of theirs. At least some of which were combined with the battle-crazy unless drunk daughteru. Except when they weren't.
What are the best perks we have for reverse engineering, and for following a particular branch of a tech tree? >>94861246The Red Mage series had a good quote for that. One of the human empire was talking to the MC. >Your society tells you all men are equal and that you can rise up through your own merit. >>94861294How does that differ from something like guns or swords? How is it not just the normal state of affairs with extra steps?
>>94861318Yes, because the plot is the MC is so special the human empire is fracturing reality to get move copies of him to fight in the space wars. You get only 1 red mage per planet once the system comes online.
>>94861326I open my eyes to the dull sunlight of a late afternoon on an overcast day. Even still, it burns and drives a spike into my left temple. Closing them again doesn’t help as it seems to pierce even past my eyelids now that I’m aware of it. So I leave them open and deal with the pain. It seems easier than trying to find sleep again with a bursting bladder and a gnawing hunger in my belly. >Pain: “You can ignore me, but I am still here. Shoving my needles into the tender places. Driving the aches down towards your bones. Did you know your hips ache? Let me gleefully remind you.” A groan escapes my lips as I shift to begin the process of sitting up. The room spins around me a few times, but settles down quickly enough. I spot a bottle of something clear on the nightstand and clumsily grab it to take a drink without looking at the label. >Taste Buds: “Sharp and burning. Liquid fire that heads straight for the throat without lingers. Alcohol pure enough to clean wounds with an aftertaste like almonds. The waxy taste of lipstick.”Something more akin to grain alcohol than anything truly drinkable sets me to coughing. It’s a struggle to get it under control without retching, as more was the last thing my stomach actually wanted. There is a sound of movement behind me. A warm hand, soft and feminine, wanders up along my spine until it finds my shoulder. There is a sense of pressure that I resist until far more of her body is pressed up against my back. Curly red hair flips itself over my shoulder to trail down my body until it all but rests in my lap. Lips press into my shoulder and warm breath wafts down my chest.>Libido: “Round two? Round two! Let’s do this!”>Imagination: “The butterfly tattoo, as tiny as a secret and tucked just behind the ear, winks up at you and whispers encouragement. It reminds you that only those she wants to see it are allowed to do so.”>Libido: “Kiss the butterfly!” 2/4
>>94861294Not sure how the system works there but why can't the top dogs opress the lower dogs?
>>94861342I give in and press my lips to the brightly colored spectacle so few have seen. My reward is a giggle followed by the sensation of teeth on the skin of my shoulder. But only for a moment. >Libido: “Bite her ear. You know how the ladies love a little nibble there. That’ll encourage her.” >Empathy: “Don’t push it. It doesn’t feel like she’s interested in more than enjoying the attention.” >Libido: “Don’t listen to him! He doesn’t know what he’s talking about.” I mentally sigh as the voices get into a sparring match. So I silenced them by calling up a couplet of ancient mariner poems that had embedded themselves in a corner of my mind. A sense of focus pushed my libido aside, allowing me to think more clearly and settle down. I gave her butterfly tattoo a second kiss and then eased away. She made a pouting noise of complaint as I reached for a set of boxers my memories assured me were my own. I looked back and smiled at the face looking up at me from the profusion of red curls. She wasn’t a great beauty by any stretch of the imagination. Her nose had been broken early in her life and crooked off a bit to the left. An explosion of dark freckles spotted every inch of her skin, turning the pale cream into a splotchy mess of mixed colors. A long, jagged scar of white interrupted that mixing, running up the length of her right thigh. It made her limp noticeably as she stood up herself. But the way she stretched, luxuriating in the attention I lavished upon her with each movement, spoke of a confidence that I instantly envied. >Rumpled Sheets: “She should feel confident after what you did to her last night.”I shushed the other objects around the room as they started to join in. It was time to start the day, not fixate on the events of the night before. 3/4
>>94861355>Memory: “Except you have no reason to start the day. You could very easily stay in the apartment all day without anyone noticing your absence.” >Libido: “I like the way he thinks!” “Really? I’ve got nowhere to be? What do I do for a job?” >Memory: “You’re an Entroponetic Business Class thanks to your resistance to the Pale and training. And you’ve already travelled your legal maximum of 22 days of Pale transit this year. You have enough money to last until several months after you are allowed to board a ship again. Which is in two more months.” “So… what have ‘I’ traditionally done in the offtime?” >Memory: “Exactly what you did last night. Repeatedly. Often breaking up with the woman when you start travelling again.”“That seems pretty shallow for a life.” >Libido: “HEY!”>Regret: “You’ve left so many crying women in your wake. Women who would have gladly waited for you.” >Dread: “A life empty of pleasures of the moment.” >Libido: “Okay, I’m about ready to start throwing punches.” >Physical Instrument: “DID SOMEONE CALL?!”“All right, all right. Thanks for the wake-up call. I’ll try to be less of a drifter asshole than the previous occupant of this body.” >Doubt: “You will fail. This easy life of debauchery is easy and tempting. You will come back to it.” “Nice to know absolutely all of my own issues followed me between worlds.” >Volta do Mar: “Do not let yourself grow too distracted by the negative thoughts. You have a lovely woman in front of you. You have freedom and money and an interesting way to earn more. Leisure time to better yourself.”“At least I’ve got one good guy in my corner.” >Libido: “That’s it, now I’m really offended. No more Round 2 for you.” Naturally, that was the moment my lovely companion decided to bend over to retrieve her pants. “You were saying?” >Libido: “That’s just not playing fair.”4/4

>>94861334Apparently the space empire doesn't have money or something so everything is on merit. And whoever has the power gets to make the rules. The MC calls the guy out for it being a shitty system. I am on book 2, but apparently the one per planet thing are counted as living gods and already get anything they want. But Earth is also a galactic prison colony and all religions are just the local legends from the prisoners. The empire doesn't even care about those that die as long as they keep their one per planet guy safe.
>>94861326Crossroads Chain?
>>94861368Yes
>>94861347Meat to link you for the second part of >>94861380
>>94861390It's a chain idea I'm toying around with where most of the worlds the jumper goes to are two jumps smashed together. I couldn't decide on the first jump for him for the longest time, but today I decided to send him to Disco Elysium because it seemed to fit the overall theme of personal growth very well. Mostly I just like naming each of my chains something so I don't get them confused with each other.
>>94860592>I'm hesitant on doing it because my jumper is also a Zenith, so their roles and themes would overlap heavily. That’s exactly why you should take her. Having someone who fills the same role as you means you don’t have to be on the job all the time, and you’ve got someone to split the workload with. Besides, wouldn’t you want your queen to be as good as a ruler as you are?
Do you guys have a list or something with imports for mounts? Im kind of wanting to import my ikran/banshee to make it a bit stronger.
Anykne know some good perks for making technological cybernetics based off of biological patterns or samples?
>>94861437>where most of the worlds the jumper goes to are two jumps smashed togetherNta, but that sounds like a basic combination chain? Real question: do you only get 1000cp for the combined setting or 1000cp for each jump tossed into the combination?
>>94861437>Mostly I just like naming each of my chains something so I don't get them confused with each other.Yeah, that's fair, I do the same, even if their names aren't quite as poetic.Any clue on what the next (two) jumps are gonna be?
>>94861452Hive Queen Quest, Forerunner Saga. There are other tech to biology perks as well but I only remember those two off the top of my head.
>>94861236best perk I know for that kind of thing is in the X-Men Evolution jump>Mass Production (600) - A common theme in the world of technological marvels is that they are either left to groups of select people or only one of them is left in existence. To you however these seem like silly limitations to have when one has the potential to bring so much peace and prosperity to the world with these amazing inventions.>You happen to have the best ability for the job of ushering in this new age as well. As long as you look closely at something hard enough and do some basic study it is possible to completely understand the inner workings of any technology or object down to the tiniest details. While this works best for technology anything that is an object will do just fine. No object or piece of technology whether it be slightly ahead of modern times to the cosmic magitech of the future can’t be understood by you.>As mentioned above objects and technology in this sense even has a very loose definition as it can range from robots, indestructible metal, swords that grant the power of gods, to even the ultimate of Macguffins. You’ll be able to reverse engineer and mass produce practically anything you want from in a cave with a box of scraps. The objects will always contain their original properties but you can go further beyond that. You can alter the properties, strengthen them, weaken them, make it so only select people can wield them, and much more. With enough creativity and effort you may even create superior items than the original ever was.
>>94861474You know I really love hqq jump. Its not huge but its nice.It just sucks that I always want to be a queen but that would mean I would be either a mom forever after or would be leaving my children to help auntie.
HA! WORK YOURSELF TO DEATH!
It's known that brainwashing is straight up a thing you can do with chakra. You can do it super easily with a Sharingan, but even without that it's a regular thing for ninjas. Why aren't there countless mind controlled sleeper agents in every village controlled by every other village?
>>94861470I mean, it is. It's not a new idea or anything. And he's only getting 1000 CP to share between both jumps. >>94861473Not all of mine are poetic either. Hell, one of them is just called Owl Chain. Heh. I'm probably going to keep writing for Disco Elysium before moving on. But I think the next one is going to be The Redwood Department (SCP + Alan Wake, loosely based off Control). I have him slated to be the Parapsychologist for humanoids with powers. Plus he going to often help figure out the "motives" of AWOs. His ability to "talk" to inanimate objects is going to help him a lot on that front.
>>94861550You could theoretically replicate any kekkei genka, kekkei tota or whatever else by simply being an autist dedicated to grinding your control over an element and some scientific understanding and yet Orochimaru, the smart guy wants to genetically engineer himself with all releases. Kinda retarded for a smart guy tbqh.
>>94861555How would you treat points for the DCAU. It is four jumps in the same timeline, with some overlapping.
>>94861550Yamanaka exist and mind rape techniques also exist.More or less every majour ninja country has mind reading tech of some sort.
>>94861550Pretty sure they might get screened for that and fixed. What can be done with king fu magic can be undone.
>>94861550there are methods to counter and detect that kind of thing, it just gets more difficult at higher levels. The most effective usage of sleeper agents long term is to use Sasori's method of just using people straight up loyal to you and brainwashing them into believing they're actually loyal to the vilalge they're working for until you neeed them.
>>94861600It's not like they screen people. Obito literally controlled the Mizukage for years and nobody ever found out except Kisame, who Obito revealed himself to.
>>94861550Ninja are extremely secretive and monopolize whatever bullshit they learn. Opportunities to brainwash your enemies and then just send them back are limited. Spymasters skilled enough to do that sort of thing are limited. It's really, really difficult to make undetectable brainwashing. Consider that Sasori brainwashed Kabuto and then never figured out that Orochimaru removed it. There's reasonable enough explanations.
>>94861618Ao also found out with his stole byakugan. If you had mind control powers like Xavier you could get away with it, but if you rely on chakra others can find out your mind rape.
>>94861587>You could theoretically replicate any kekkei genka, kekkei tota or whatever else by simply being an autist dedicated to grinding your control over an element and some scientific understandingWhen is that ever stated?
>>94861618>disciple of ninja satan who stands head and shoulders above 99% of the cast can do it without getting caught so obviously everyone can/there are no countermeasuresokay vsbattles
>>94861618nta, but they did find out, Ao saw right through it after he obtained his Byakugan and countered the brainwashing, which killed the Mizukage.According to him only Shisui's genjutsu is special in how hard it is to detect, and even then he still does it as he fought Shisui previously and recognized the chakra in Danzo.
>>94861645Nowhere it’s just what Val said her headcannon was so people ran with it so that they can achieve everything in the jump.
>>94861645A few of the elemental combinations ninjutsu are stated to be trained by the villagers. Iirc magnet and dust release are such. Naruto SHITpudden pretty much retconned the entire early naruto power system making for some very retarded outcomes, I hear Boruto has done something similar.
>>94861591Honestly? I'm never planning to jump DC or Marvel outside of a few specific properties that I like. Like Teen Titans. But I'd probably figure out how much they're overlapping, adjust points down accordingly, and do some kind of "Jumper gets more points as time goes on from his powers growing" deal.
>>94861645nta, but in one of the Sasuke Novels he managed to create ice by using water release and then directly affecting the movement of the molecules to a freezing point or something like that.Personally I never took that seriously as even the author said her noels are non-canon.
>>94861706Even then, in that novel Sasuke says it's not anywhere near the level of what Haku could do, which it obviously isn't since he's not hopping between ice mirrors.
>>94861622What if jumper does not care to be secretive about their powers? Such as his ability to track down anyone or open a portal anywhere on the planet? Jumper also has a massive scrying mirror so he can just watch people whenever he wants.
>>94861737This starts the arms race. Naruto at the start of the series is a suspicious and vitriolic world and people are going to immediately start trying to figure out how and why your powers work and how to fuck them up. No one trusts anybody not to use their powers to fuck them over, because that's exactly what's been happening for the last thousand years.
If there are any other Trek fans around, is Lower Decks worth a look?
I feel like you coud probably figure out how to mix elements to create advanced elements by combining Ninshu and cooperatie Ninjutsu.Like Ninshu's entire point is about connecting things, originally being used to connect the hearts of people, but repurposed by Ninjas to connect their physical and spiritual energy to mould chakra. So I dont think the idea of two ninjas using it to connect to each other and activate both elements at the same time for a mixed jutsu.
>>94861622What if Jumper does not care to be secretive about his desire to impregnate Tsunade and then does it?
>>94861793There's probably a lot of people who would come to the wedding but also you're gonna have to be wary of the mountain of debt collectors.
>>94861785It's not exactly the worst of retcons, Ninjas weren't exacly nerding out over science because they were enjoying their god given super powers at the time and just didn't think about it in that way.
>>94861783No, no it isn't.Has some good porn though.
>>94861783I mean, I genuinely enjoyed it. It's a much less serious look at Starfleet and has fun calling out some of the stupid bullshit humanity pokes its nose into. I find the characters likable and flawed, which feels more realistic than in some of the other series. And it's not afraid to be raunchy which makes for some awkward moments as well as some great ones. There's references everywhere too. So if you liked any of the other series you're going to be hearing a lot of familiar voices. I say check it out. If you're not into it by episode six or so, bail. But it's worth a shot as a fan.
>>94861439I guess so. Having another zenith could also help me define my jumper into a more focused theme. Please give me a good Flash fanfic. Or an okay one. Hell-anything where he doesn't just let his villains get away with shit because of a compulsive need to talk to his opponents as well as actually making use of the fact that he has super speed would be okay. Fuck-I'll take any semi-competent speedster actually making good use of their super speed (no, Sonic doesn't count-he frequently fucks around purely because he enjoys fucking around).I will take literally anything. I just want to see a speedster with a bare minimum of competence.

>>94861930So, any work of fiction with a half-competent speedster is what you're asking for?
>>94861939Yes. Yes I am. Ideally in a written format (for some retarded reason movies tend to give me a headache after an hour or so, and comics are only slightly better), but I will take fucking anything.
>>94861930>semi-competent speedster actually making good use of their super speedDoesn't exist. At best you get the movie X-Men Quicksilver where he gets a few cool scenes only to job retardedly against the main villain.
>>94861956... Superhuman by Michael Carroll might count, maybe? If you squint and go out of your way to not read any of the other books in the series.
>>94861956Flashy Flash from One Punch Man doesn't really fuck around. He just straight up kills people as fast as he can given the circumstances and he's generally a very pragmatic guy.

>>94862122Essentially it's just what the name implies, where the fic has the characters act 'rational' or 'realistic'. A lot of times, it's used to make the main characters look intelligent or cool, because they're using science or shit to do things they really shouldn't be able to do. This can become funny with ongoing settings, because sometimes rational fics will dismiss silly parts of the franchise, only to get smacked down when the author goes 'no, actually, that is how things work'.I will always hold a special place in my heart for that one Sith Naruto fic where he acted like an asshole when Itachi mentioned the Sage creating the Moon, pointing out how big the Moon is and how unrealistic it would be for someone to create the Moon...only for the chapter confirming that yes, the Sage did in fact create the Moon to come out maybe a month later. Coincidentally, the fic died and was later deleted shortly after.
>>94862122While A.E. van Vogt's Null-A series was among the first to incorporate non-Aristotlean logic into its worldbuilding, Rational Fic as we know it started with Eliezer Yudkowsky's fan-fiction, "Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality." It has since inspired many imitators, and much grumbling from those not convinced of Yudkowsky's logic, those not impressed by his storytelling, those generally opposed to anyone who's that prolific a poster on LessWrong, and a lot of people who just want their friends/acquaintances/social media feed to shut up about his Harry Potter fanfic already.
>>94862122Thr general idea behind rational docs is portraying rational protagonists who actually try to use options given to them to the best of their ability, the majority are are fanfic but there are a number of original ones. The main problem though is that the circles those fics come from are essentially super arrogant reddit atheists that circle jerk about how smart they are.The fanfics they're about are also often written with a certain arrogance that portrays itself as too god for the source materials. But there are a number of good stories that have come from those circles too. Personally I am fond of the ones written by AlexanderWales https://www.fanfiction.net/u/4976703/alexanderwalesEspecially his Superman fic The Metropolitan Man, written from the perspective of Lex Luther.

Im very tempted to figure out a magic system thats just basically summoning random modern and scifi weaponry. Like a10 warthogs to brrt your target or drop a bomb on a location. Smaller spells just summon up various pieces of miltec gear or personal guns with bigger spells getting more into the high power shit our modern military can do or trading into scifi stuff. Like a spell to summon food just spits out a canteen and mre and shelter is a tent and sleeping bag.I cant tell if this idea is good or bad but it sounds fun to me.

>>94862514It's hard to say. In all the Baki I've ever read it legitimately feels like he's never actually come close to being beaten. He doesn't always instantly win, he has the infamous 'people bagged him without killing intent' moment, he got spooked by the old Chinese guy for like a minute, Baki knocked him out for a fraction of a second with a trick blow, but nobody has ever actually pushed him into what actually feels like 'going all out.' Even the climactic battle between Yujiro and Baki felt onesided with Yujiro giving his son a clap for entertaining him. His physical stats are absurd, his raw skill is absurd, and I genuinely don't believe I've ever seen him actually have to work. Yujiro is the bar for everything in the setting to be measured against.>>94862531That's what I'm saying. This is a canon moment, that happened recently. This series is really gay while swearing it's about admiring the beauty of power and masculinity.>>94862551I read a bit of that and I enjoyed it, but yeah, I haven't heard of the translations being updated since I last checked it out.
>>94862603The overly complicated plan for using the triforce was actually required-Link didn't have the Courage, Power, and Wisdom to safely use it at first and needed to undergo tests and trials to build it up.But it's undeniable that Hylia has a fetish. And she's absolutely not complaining about the chance to fulfill that fetish.
>>94862568We have a Robocop Jump?

>>94862864The Mate is the exaltation mystically bound to yours. It's basically Luna's attempt at giving the Solars something to reign in the Solars by attaching one of its own to them. People fixate on the possible romance part, but it's any strong attachment, from fervent enemies, lovers, to friends. Problem is that the mate issue hasn't been removed even though half the Solars have been defiled into Abyssal or Infernal Exaltations. We know only a little about what that means but it's going to be messy.
>>94862864So basically Exaltations are weird spiritual cybernetics/weapons that are attached to a soul. With Solar and Lunar exaltations coming in connected sets as part of their design. With mates being the term for the people with one of those connected sets. Regardless of how they feel about each other.

A question regarding nen types. Does your efficiency for the five normal nen types change when you become a specialist later on or do you retain the efficiencies of your original type?

The children loved it. The hobbits not so much. I was told they'd fling goats as well, but those accounts were all second hand.
>>94863710It was just another build for Generic Xianxia, going to the novel Street Cultivation. I apparently really like it's cultivation system, even if the most impressive feat shown in the books is a guy managing to set the length of a highway on fire for a few seconds after heavy setup. ... There's just something about the idea of a cultivation method where you can just make a technique that outright makes more cultivation energy, which you can also use as currency, that appeals to me. My jumper was actually an underground fighter this time. It's an incredibly dangerous and technically illegal career, but they had an evolving combat/utility foundation, akin to the one the protagonist has, that they learned how to make from the library, a really nice sword, and no job prospects, so possibly lethal and technically illegal underground fights it was.
>>94863902>Street CultivationI've read the first two books in that, the first was grueling but the ending made it worth it while the second started strong but lost my interest by the end. How was the third one?

>>94863921It was basically just more of the same. The protagonist gets dragged into a another combat thing and gets into more bullshit with Alcor. It's the first time we actually see immortals other than Terragon though. The most impressive feats are the protagonist's sister letting her soul loose to burn up a bunch of demons while in the demon realm, the protagonist's trainer setting part of a highway on fire, and Alcor forcing the protagonist to the ground with his mere presence until the Dark Blood Kettle adapts. It did add some neat things. Apparently it's possible to sidestep the limits on how much Lucrim your soul can contain by using artificial external cores, long distance dream manipulation is a thing, AND techniques that let you shut off someone's cultivation using their own addictions is possible.

It is a full range selection of ‘artistic’ comics and magazines featuring quite shapely women, largely wearing swimsuits and the like. In fact many of these women seem to be the CPUs. Oh my, there are even some figurines that come along with this, with special material for their chests to make them feel like the real thing! You own a sizeable building, likely a large apartment complex or mansion or mall of some kind. The main requirement is that it has space for a large number of people to live, or at least be stored. This is because that is the case, with up to 64 families living in the location at once. If they are not kept as cattle outright, the people here will be none the wiser as to what is going on. With the many secret rooms present in the building, it’s easy to hide whatever you desire to do to them, and the building itself has some sort of effect that makes any resident extremely reluctant to leave and very easy to mould as you please.>But the second and more valuable step to this is that the entire structure is your workshop as a Magus. The most immediate effect is that, due to incredibly unique enchantments and links to you, you are able to instantly teleport anywhere within the building and retain a near-omniscient awareness of all space and events within it. In at least one of the secret rooms of the building, if not several, you will find a fully equipped Magus Workshop of great value to a Magus of your skill and specific specialties. The tools, reagents, materials, peer research if any exists and more will be found.

>>94864449>>94864598The grand alliance at the end of shippuden had 80k~ total soldiers including samurai. So if you split that six ways each village has maybe 15k ninja and most of them are low end genin or chunin. Then if you go for speculation that the local landmass is roughly the size and population density of Historical China which bounced between 50-100 million people spread across it. This ends up with ninja being a rare sight at all. So most people will at most see a small team running through their town once every year or so. You could spend most of your timein the jump without ever even interacting with a ninja beyond rarely seeing one in a market or them going by on the road.

This process had an efficiency ranging from 25 to 50 percent. During World War II, an increasingly fuel-starved Nazi Germany leveraged the technique to convert its abundant coal supply into fuel, generating 25 percent of fuel it used for ground vehicles.>Air Company’s reactor simplifies the process by skipping the solid-to-gas conversation, and instead runs on hydrogen and captured carbon dioxide. The CO2 is captured, typically from industrial sites, and cooled, pressurized, liquified, and poured into a storage tank. Presumably, capture devices will be supplied to operator facilities. Meanwhile, hydrogen gas is obtained on-site by electrolyzing water (H2O), separating the hydrogen (used by the reactor) from the oxygen, which is cleanly released.>In the subsequent conversion stage, a catalyzing puck is introduced to catalyze the mix of hydrogen and carbon dioxide, producing a reactor liquid made of alcohols, alkanes and water. These elements are then distilled and separated by leveraging their different boiling points, resulting in outputs of ethanol, methanol and paraffins, as well as water which can then be reused by the reactor.>The process has an energy efficiency of 50 percent. According to a company representative, 23.2 pounds of CO2 are used for every gallon of jet fuel produced.

Two of Power and Wisdom on Death Mountain for the Great Spin and an increased magic pool, one of Magic by Hyrule Castle for Din's Fire, the second of Magic at Zora's Fountain for Farore's Wind, the third of Magic at Desert Colossus for Nayru's Love, and the last Great Fairy of Courage near Ganon's Castle to increase Link's defense. Without their help Link would likely have fallen, but it seems when it came time for his next adventure that their blessings had faded away. Well, you’re a Jumper, there's no reason that it should happen to you. >>94865182Hafnium is an element. It's a pretty forgettable element. If not for one really interesting detail; one isomer of hafnium can store a ridiculously large amount of energy. Per mass, hafnium can store about five orders of magnitude more energy than TNT. That's 100,000 times, to clarify. This of course is not really that impressive compared to nuclear anything, but hafnium can be scaled downwards, unlike nuclear anything which has a bottom line at which nuclear anything stops working. One kilogram of hafnium theoretically can store the same amount of energy as in 100 tons of TNT. It's far less impressive than uranium (1kg of uranium = ~17 kilotons), but what makes this interesting is that unlike fission you can make it light enough that some random guy can toss it around while still having the energy to effectively disintegrate what's on the other end (even plutonium, with such a light critical mass, requires ten kilograms at a minimum). Most hafnium research revolved around its potential as a small nuclear explosive.BUTWhen you get down to the physics of it, a suitably energy-dense battery isn't so different to an explosive. Hence another line of research that wanted to investigate hafnium as a battery. It would, theoretically, be an ideal battery as we still can't charge anything with the energy densities hafnium could theoretically produce. Theoretically, you make a robot powered by hafnium and it'll have the energy to do very nearly anything you could call upon it to do.There's only one slight issue; the physics behind how hafnium can charge up so much energy makes it impossible with current tech to harvest that energy.

>>94865385For the time being I want to allow it, yes, although I'm not sure how I'll handle the perklines yet. I might change things up a bit later if I can't make full perklines for them, maybe reduce the Path perklines to less than four perks each and move the current Trailblaze perkline to the Nameless Faction perkline or something.I'll think about it more once I've gotten around to rewatching the main story at least.
>>94865390Wonder why they think I'm a hipster and why their diction is decades out of date.

>>94865355>What I’m wondering is, was it your favorite even before the Venti chain?Yes actually! It's the only one I play semi regularly and I enjoy the open world along with the lore a good bit. Even if I wish hoyo gave it some more love sometimes compared to star rail. I even have venti on one of my teams though he's pretty garbage in the meta nowadays. (Tbh I have all the archons but the chains given a fondness for him.)

>>94865465>>94865486yeah, the solar is perfectly capable of punching despair into them too, why do you even need the infernal
>>94865440Not a perk, but the Spring Of Lethe item from Child of Light might help restore witches?>There are many natural sources of power to be found in Lemuria by those who would seek them, but the Water of Lethe is one of the most miraculous. Springs providing this mysterious water can only be found in some immensely deep cave systems, but the effort to find them very much pays off. Beyond tasting simply delicious, its magical properties allow it to break any spell or curse, and reverse any transformation affecting those who imbibe it. Great care is advised, as beneficial and harmful magic alike will be washed away. Furthermore, gazing deep into the water can show one their heart’s desire. Be it seeing the situation of a dear parent in another world, seeking treasures, or simply spying on people like some voyeurist, the water’s gleam will show you visions of what you crave. With you now is one of these springs, large enough to nourish an entire village if you wanted to. You can either place it somewhere in the world, or let it remain in your warehouse.
>>94865489Of course.
>>94865497I'd suggest using a Solar Circle Working to make it so that "teen girls can deal with their emotions in a constructive manner that doesn't involve any kind of self-harm" but I fear that would be out of reach of even the most potent sorcerers.

>>94865612>And then in a later chain, the dice sent you right back to him. Clearly it was destiny.Aye. He's become a fixture a bit going forward. With my current chain I'm actually revisiting the older idea of having Yukari as a penpal and thats going somewhat well. Currently sending Jumper to PC-98 touhou and through some shenanigans have her as a temporary companion for that jump. (She's basically just treating it as a vacation and excuse to see Jumper in the flesh after a century or so of correspondence)

>>94865653>Currently sending Jumper to PC-98 touhou and through some shenanigans have her as a temporary companion for that jump. (She's basically just treating it as a vacation and excuse to see Jumper in the flesh after a century or so of correspondence)Sounds like an interesting meeting there.
>>94865561This >>94865211 is (allegedly) from QQ. Have you not done anything to criticize it, like calling it cringe?
>>94862357This document is weird and the longer I stare at it the more I realize I don't know how to feel about it.

>>94865747>New Fetish Unlocked
>>94861783Yeah, I think it was great. Started perhaps not quite as strong as it ended up being. It pokes fun at Trek while also very clearly loving it. And very much seeks to re-embrace hard the idealism of Trek, even while poking a bit of fun at it. As opposed to whatever the hell ST: Picard was.
>>94865720>Sounds like an interesting meeting there.Yeah! It'll be a interesting experience. Their gonna travel around gensokyo, Makai (and various other dimensions adjacent to gensokyo, The outside world and potentially Yukari's gap if that's a legitimate dimension. Talk about things, like gensokyo, the chain, the nature of the self and growth a bit. She might make Jumper makes sure Reimu gets through the early part of her shrine maiden career alright. Plant the seeds for future touhou jumps down the line once Jumpers in the setting proper rather then the PC-98.
>>94865779All the ones I have found are either from sb/reddit or are from settings where it is tacked on to the ability to shit universes. I still am trying to find the ability to make custom racist spells that can be taught to other people using the same magic system.
>>94864665>I wasn't me but still no.You weren't you? Is this some sort of zen koan or something? Or are you saying that you simply weren't anyone for a while? Is the universe broken and some people are intermittently not existing?
>>94865783Kinda opposite. Went in like "Alright, porn Jump recommended. Jumper's lonely. Maybe go bang a furry." Then I kept reading and I was like "This place is actually just awful and Jumper would be deeply uncomfortable coming here." Then as I spoke with a friend about it, they noticed you could just do stupid things to every setting using the free Anthro Underclass and Anthro Adjustments perks, like going to Pokemon designating them all as kemomimi now, but keeping the original scale so your Pikachu is basically just a guy named Greg that's around a foot tall and rides on your shoulder. Now it's got significant schadenfreude potential in my eyes, and I'm wrestling with how to actually interface with it.
>>94865747
>>94865837Significantly more disappointing. It's very rare that a person here truly does discover a new fetish.
>>94865793I could see Yukari making you some magical items to help keep you safe on the chain. What jumps did you go to before PC-98?
>>94865779Morroblivion has this perk>Spellmaker>Discount Mage>You are talented at creating new spells from trial and error. With Spellmaker increases efficiency of the process and quality of spells made.
>>94865802>custom racist spellsWell I certainly look forward to seeing it if you find something
>>94865847Sorry, I do most of that kind of discovery on my own time and rarely ever talk about it with anybody for any reason due to an innate, deeply ingrained sense of shame regarding all of my traits and actions. I might still take it. I might try to not think about the grand scale of things since thinking about the grand scale of things generally keeps me depressed. As a personal scale thing it could just be "Bang a furry, get some hard working employees, add something cyberpunky to the store or something." That would likely be more enjoyable and stick to the themes of this chain not being overtly ambitious or volatile. I dunno. I'm pretty sure I'm just gonna go to bed and offload this on tomorrow's Bee.
Perks for merging different techbases?Same for different spell schools/magic foundations.
>>94865861Mostly it is because I found an item that lets you cast spells over massive areas and I want to be able to do things like make spells that only effect orcs or skaven. But the item just mega casts a spell without metamagic or similar so the spell needs to only damage a specific species or similar rather than being a metamagic effect stacked on top of a spell. I also want to be able to create spells that only affect things above or below certain elevations to do things like pull contaminants out of the atmosphere or cause mars core to reheat without turning the surface into a lava ball.
>>94865901this item in Young Justice could help>Starro-tech Notes: These notes detail the research Professor Ivo, Brain, and Klarion the Witch Boy took in order to create Starro-tech; a combination of technology, magic, and an ancient alien organism. I need to get that finished, the shrine is just what you need.Oh are you the one behind it? Because that'd be great for this chain. Yukari's already probably looking for excuses to influence or spin off some Jumps to take place in gensokyo or its attached earth. Spirited aways planned for a future jump and a Hot spring resort thats on the boundary between human and yokai realms? That sounds really up Yukari's alley. By the time Jumper arrives in Gensokyo proper with Forbidden hermit. there's a good chance a few of the residents will just know him already in some way or form is my idea.
>>94865433Doesn't the Alliance (begrudgingly) allow nomal worship of Yaoshi? I vaguely remember those idiots that kept releasing species into the wild being let go despite openly worshipping the Abundance.

You may remember Faith Is For The Transient Jumper and Fantasy Kaleidoscope, and they can insure you’ll always have at least a minor land of fantasy to visit.
>>94866116I keep forgetting the organic toy part of this which is also really bad. I've just been fixated on this part about anthros having a super majority but being all impoverished and down in the shit while simultaneously adoring humans to such a degree that humans can basically fuck around and do whatever, wherever. Yes though, having someone pretend to be a specific character rather than just going and picking up that character is a very specific niche with few valid arguments. Feels like you would just go that way if the base individual is someone you find likeable/agreeable and the person they're acting as half the time is basically some supervillain that's a lump of hate that can't love or be loved, or something. I feel like you're better off just looking for some kind of cosplayer girlfriend rather than whatever's going on in this setting though.
Mahoraga can't share its adaptations with its owner right

I don't recall if there are any good perks for making sub realms except for maybe stuff like castlevania (the castle) itself but if there are that'd be sick.I actually had a similar idea that Jumper would try to pull a gensokyo eventually in Type moon once he learned enough magecraft and the like to try and deal with the dwindling mystery in the world so that'd be right up his alley.>Indeed. You may remember Faith Is For The Transient Jumper and Fantasy Kaleidoscope, and they can insure you’ll always have at least a minor land of fantasy to visit.I do remember those! Though if I do use that Jump if its done. I'd probably try and have Jumper figure out a way to restore magic back to gensokyo. Bring it back to how it was meant to be. Not only will they give you a copy of their clothes, but you’ll also receive an altform of them. Despite looking, sounding, and dressing just like them, everyone will realize you’re not the person you appear to be, so don’t worry about walking through a town looking just like the leader of that kingdom’s enemies, though you can turn this off if you so desire. Which is the whole problem that Homura has with it and why she becomes mahou shoujo Satan to try and save her. But her own desire for Madoka's happiness becomes perverted as she's corrupted, leading to the birth of Akuma Homura who ostensibly wants to give Madoka a "normal life" but in reality wants to obsessively confine and monopolize Madoka's love.So Madokami doesn't actually fix anything. She just uses herself as plaster to plug all the holes in the setting's walls no matter the cost. And then Homura sacrifices herself in an attempt to save Madoka from that fate no matter what she has to sacrifice, up to and including her heart and humanity.

Is it morally wrong for Jumper to manufacture threats to Konoha so that he can then step in and save Konoha from the threats he created (this is the only way Jumper can get bitches)?

Since the Naruko and Sasuko options are incompatible in the Naruto jump, and there's a fanfic toggle...Are there fics that you'd suggestion for picking up the one of them through the canon companion option? Any recommendations for either good fic or good character in question?
>>94866469Modern setting but there are ghouls around, they're essentially vampire like beings that feed exclusively on people(one ghoul needs to eat one person every month or so). Ghouls aren't undead or have any particular weaknesses, they got enhanced stats, a healing factor and an organ they can manifest called a Kagune which can come in several types seen in the pic(wings, nails, blades, tentacles). Ghouls mostly live in hiding as government organizations track them down and use weapons made from Kagune to kill them. The story is about a human who ends up becoming half-ghoul after having a Kagune implanted in him and having to cope with existing ghoul organizations one of which is a cafe run by ghouls that gathered the corpses from suicide spots and provides them to ghouls unable to hunt(like children or people with moral problems). It's mainly about dealing with the various organizations, their power struggles and human/ghoul coexistence. The manga is decent enough.

What romance or harem perks do you like for early chain?
>>94866581>What jumps would you recommend around the same levels of power and danger as Avatar?Elder Scrolls is kinda similar threat-wise. >>94866522You know, something that recently occurred to me is how absolutely busted Sasuke would become if he studied under Tsunade. Like half the issues of the Uchiha clan stem from medical shit. Imagine if Sasuke learned Creation Rebirth or something and could reverse the degradation of his eyesight from usage of the Mangekyo. And with greater chakra control his genjutsu and control over Amaterasu would be vastly greater than in canon. His physical abilities would hugely improve as a consequence of learning Tsunade's enhanced strength which would be nightmarish to face when combined with the Sharingan's predictive abilities and make confronting him in Taijutsu practically suicidal. And even as a teenager Sasuke has a lot more chakra than Sakura or even Tsunade herself which would translate into both stronger techniques and also more chakra to pour into the Yin Seal. It's actually kind of funny to think about. Sasuke picked basically the worst of the Sannin to train him since Orochimaru doesn't really have anything that could make use of his Sharingan or other innate talents and Jiraiya is way too lazy and disjointed to train Sasuke effectively. And what skills he could teach wouldn't really fix Sasuke very well. Tsunade would've been the best choice to train Sasuke. And if Sakura isn't on the team as a result of Sasuko occupying the designated female Team 7 member slot and you kept Orochimaru away from her, I could easily see Sasuko becoming Tsunade's apprentice while Naruko learns from Jiraiya.

>>94866655>Imagine if Sasuke learned Creation Rebirth or something and could reverse the degradation of his eyesight from usage of the Mangekyo.Imagine if Creation Rebirth works on sharingan sacrificed for Izanagi or Izanami>And if Sakura isn't on the team as a result of Sasuko occupying the designated female Team 7 member slot and you kept Orochimaru away from her, I could easily see Sasuko becoming Tsunade's apprentice while Naruko learns from Jiraiya.I at first misread this and thought you were talking about keeping Orochimaru away from Sakura. You know, avoiding the last Team 7 member and Sannin from meeting. And now I've got this image in my head of Orochimaru training Sakura's talent for academic knowledge and chakra control to go full mad scientist.
>>94865218Would a Mahoraga style spirit, a powerful nen beast with adaptation powers sleeps in your shadow and must be defeated in single combat before it will obey your commands, be possible for the 400 CP Nen Beast item?
>>94866655Big counter to this argument: For one thing, Orochimaru was probably helpful in Sasuke developing jutsus, something Tsunade would be far worse at. Sasuke made Kirin under Orochimaru's tutelage. The second is that when team 7 sees Sasuke again they're so shocked at his explosive growth in power that they assume he had to be on performance enhancing drugs. Whether he was on them or not, that just shows that whatever Orochimaru was doing was working, whereas Jiraiya taught Naruto basically nothing and Tsunade mostly taught Sakura medicine.
>>94866666That doesn't mean it actually is nonsense, though, hyper-Satan. If anything, it being called nonsense kinda lends it more credibility in a way. This is the same franchise where similarly powerful beings like Vivec can stop cataclysmic meteors in mid-air.

>>94857353Relatively recent model in Sonic '06.>500 - Anna>“Hello, my little darling. I love you *stretches her arms to encompass the entire multiverse* thiiiiiiiiiiiis much! Mwah!” Although the people of Soleanna now believe Solaris to be their original god, this is a falsehood. Solaris is the infant child of their true god, Soleanna (though she prefers people just call her Anna). Soleanna is the goddess of the sun and her personality reflects this, being incredibly loving and warm despite her immense power. She literally radiates a great warmth that comforts those in her presence and a hug from her could make anyone smile as they're cradled in her arms (an easy task for her since even her human avatar ranges from 7 feet tall to basically as big as she wants). She prefers to take the form of a tall, motherly, busty woman with long golden hair and fair skin, though her true form is a hyper-dimensional being that can barely be comprehended by mortal minds, let alone interacted with. While her son hates mortals and wants to destroy everything to eliminate them, she loves mortals and finds them cute. Anna was very despondent at being unable to change her son's mind about mortals to the point he even disowned her. Her heart was so broken she even let her garden fall into disrepair. That is, until you showed up. Something about you made her fall in love with you the way a mother falls in love with their newborn child and she's been giddy to meet you. She exists at every point in time simultaneously, so she's always spending time with you. Besides gardening, she practices whatever hobbies make her of use to others like cooking, cleaning, singing and even combat (she throws a mean right hook!) Above all, she just wants to spoil you and make you feel loved however she can.
>>94866739You know Its a bit odd that the sonic 06 jump basically offers... well God for 500 points. Its neat but a bit strange Especially one so powerful.
>>94866709Jiraiya actually did teach Naruto quite a bit. The problem is that it's overwhelmingly basic ninja stuff since Naruto was such an incredibly shit ninja that Jiraiya essentially had to start from scratch. Kakashi even notices this when he spars with the two of them after the time skip. Instead of just mindlessly spewing out clones to try and dogpile his enemy with uncoordinated numerical superiority, he creates only a coupe of clones and uses them to tactically to compensate for his weaknesses and blind spots. Kakashi observes that this is vastly more effective and cost efficient than what Naruto did before.

[FGO redux]>Several hours before a Hallmark movie: https://archive.4plebs.org/tg/thread/94546043/#94547786Nyarlathotep crept closer and closer to the Chaldea Subjugation Organisation, snickering at how the collapse of the Human Texture had weakened barrier between Imaginary Number Space and the Earth itself. It cast a shadow of itself to slip and slide beneath the Bounded Fields and technological marvels cast to keep it's kind out-and knew even this meagre extrusion of self would soon evaporate from the concentrated cosmic radiation. Still, it would persist long enough to do what it came here to do"Psst. Hey. Hey, kid!" it whispered to Abigail Williams"H-huh?!""I brought you an egg!""Whaaaa?!""And now you're a Santa Servant! Enjoy!".It cackled maniacally as it scuttled away and disintegrated, enjoying the chaos and commotion sowed in it's wake for greater mischief to come. As it ran, it passed the vault holding the [REDACTED] that was shielded from even it's notice by ancient sorcery. It came to a halt, silent in contemplation for once. It couldn't tell what was behind the barrier, and that in itself was concerning"Well, well. That's not in the Christmas spirit at all" it remarked as with a final wheeze, fizzling out as all emanations of the Outer Gods were doomed to.>now"A-and so, I turned into Santa because of this cool egg I found!" Abby was telling me. I ignored her. "And this map of nonexistent stars will SURELY lead us to something interesting!" I ignored her. "And um, Master-""There was an Outer God intrusion the other night" I said coldly."Ha HA! You expected an Outer God to invade your base? TOO BAD, it's just me! LOUHI!" said Louhi, popping out of the snow like a loli Grinch.1/5
>>94866774"I'm the infamous witch of Finland, and I'm here to steal the Sampo so I can-""Very well. Take it""-ehhhhhhhh?!""This was a complete waste of time, and nothing of value was gained today" I said with quiet fury. "But maaaaster, don't you want to go on a Christmas adventure to fight a witch?" begged Abby. "Why. Would. I.. I followed this map on the off-chance it led to Outer Gods to kill. There are no Outer Gods on the premises. There are zero Outer Gods to kill. My disappointment is immeasurable and what passes for my day is ruined" I snarled. Abby burst into tears and ran off into the winter wonderland while I choked down the urge to murder most the Foreigners at my Chaldea. Louhi immediately started berating me about ruining such a chipper young lady's Christmas day and threatened to bombard me with hexes or something as I ignored her, detected ANOTHER outside force hijacking Chaldea and stormed off to deal with it instead. Ignoring the angry cope-Berserker-who-should-have-just-been-a-Caster-but-wanted-better-damage-numbers at my heels, I rounded the corner expecting-almost hoping-to find Hastur breaking into the cafeteria.Instead I found MOTHERFUCKING PHANTASMOON. "AYYYY MASTER CHECK IT OUT I'M SANTA!" she yelled at me.I stared at this development in abject surprised and confusion, too disappointed to even actually be angry."FUCK YOU, YOU CAN'T BE SANTA, A VAMPIRE BECOMING A SANTA SERVANT IS AS HERETICAL TO THE MEMORY OF SAINT NICHOLAS THAT ONE TIME THE JAPANESE MADE A CRUCIFIED SANTA TOY" screamed Mysterious Executioner C.I.E.L., which was what Ciel had started calling herself after what I could only describe as a mental breakdown that reality appeared to agree with."...don't tell me" I said slowly, "that there is now a Carnival Phantasm Lostbelt in our backyard""Nope! But I do have a livestream! I'm Phantasmoon the Livestreaming Archetype!"2/5
>>94866775By now I was visibly shaking with hatred at what I had to put up with simply by waiting patiently for the Beast Planet to finish updating this entire reality's Texture. And then, a third INCIDENT happened as what appeared to be Abby, Santa outfit and all, rounded the corner and announced to everyone that someone had broken into Phantasmoon's recording studio and was impersonating her. "Oh, and one more thing" said the person pretending to be Abby as hard as Phantasmoon was pretending to be Arcueid, "there's some sort of conceptual Anti-Purge (Christmas) defence around it. I reckon you'd need some sort of divinely tasty christmas snack to bypass it. Seems like it's some kind of...test, like it's trying to see whether the Master of this Chaldea has been naughty or nice this year. Master""I have EX rank Clairvoyance and I see no such barrier" I said, eyes narrowed."It's Christmas. It has EX rank Presence Concealment...master" retorted the person presenting as Abby, meeting me eye to eye."OOOH, Christmas event! I, Kukulkan, will knock it all down! YES!" squealed the other resident Archetype. The perhaps-Abby recoiled in panic. "N-no, t-that's fine, Master wants to be efficient about this right?""Sure I do. So why don't you" I said, firing up my own Marble Phantasm powers, "run along" I said, creating EX rank hot chocolate and cookies, "PACK YOUR THINGS and GET ON OUT OF HERE while we deal with this?". With a sniff, the so-called Abby took the snacks and turned on her heel. Presumably to unlock the Christmas defence."Hey uh, the barrier's down!" she yelled once out of mortal sight."Really" I said flatly. And then we marched on over to behold the mastermind. It was Neco-Arc."NYAHAAHAHA, how's that for a twist in this cat o'nine's tails?! It was ME, Arcuied! I'm the one who gave you that Kaleidostick, turning you into Phantasmoon! Meeee!" said La Creatura.3/5
>>94866779"WHAT" said C.I.E.L, who I dimly noticed was more visibly angry than me at this state of affairs.Louhi squinted at her. "This...entity looks like a Sampo" she said. "A-wa-wa-wa-what?" said Neco Arc. Louhi flicked her wand we beheld the true form of Neco-Arc: A midget cat head resting atop a giant bell body. "I want it" decided Louhi. "I desire this weird cat-shaped Sampo""Oho? I hear ringing bells is a Christmas tradition!" said Kukulkan. "YES!!" said Phantasmoon, after having being handed special glasses to let her see Neco-Arc."You know what? I agree with Kukulkan, my lv. 120 NP5 Servant who I have unlocked all 5 Append Skills for fully" I said threateningly. "This may be no Outer God...but it IS an intruder, and I'm having a really bad day""Wait, Anon! I've come back buff your Master skills which is surely important in battle! Thank you for the apology food!" yelled Santa Abby as I seethed even harder."H-hey! Hands off the merchandise! W-why are you looking so happy? Do you people LIKE massive breakbar-less raids!?" yelped Neco-Arc as we all proceeded to dogpile her."Alright, what's your deal?" I asked sometime later."I'm tired of being fired out of Ciel's Noble Phantasm! I demand fair labour laws, nyaa!" whined Neco-Arc (Santa). I turned on Ciel, who gawked at me like a fish. "Ciel. Apologise to the bizarre cat creature immediately" I ordered. "B-but Master, why would you side with this horrible THING over your loyal Servant?!".I folded my arms, tapped my feet, let Ciel remember my ungodly hateboner for all of humanity, and then said "Have you considered loading anything, literally anything else, except these unhinged cat creatures as ammunition? Phantasmoon, lift her Saint Graph curse if she says yes. It's Christmas""Well...not as such, I mean Church-class ammo is expensive...""Then I think an apology is the least we can expect on Christmas day"4/5
>>94866734Follow up question, does the Nen Beast come back if it's killed or would such a trait need to be part of it's powers?
>>94866779And so, in a Christmas miracle Mysterious Enforcer C.I.E.L. apologised through gritted teeth to Neco-Arc Santa for firing her cavalierly out of her Scripture without proper work-safety hazard equipment, Neco-Arc Santa graciously agreed to drop her hostilities in exchange for some of our Casters buffing the Neco-Arcs infesting Ciel's Saint Graph to come equipped with little safety helmets and padding like midget football players, and Abby continued following me around like an idiot lovesick puppy (inadvertently convincing Louhi to force her way into my Chaldea despite my best efforts to completely avoid the entire absurd Sampo sidequest) as I endured a Christmas so terrible, it was almost as bad as some of the Christmases from my original mortal life.ALL I wanted for Christmas was to kill an uppity Outer God daring to attack before my plans were ready, and after interrogating the world's most flexible Santa the ONLY such intruder had apparently just left behind an egg and dipped."That was very patient of you. Relatively speaking" said Abby's voice sometime later as I stared listlessly over the vistas of bleached Antarctica."And you have a lot of nerve swanning around here in that disguise" I said without looking at her."This isn't an illusion""No, it's not. The others would have seen through an illusion instantly, and I'm familiar enough with Ninuan to know it's work when I see it. It's a second skin conceptually similar to those used by the Deceivers, the void-bodhisattvas of old, that I'm only unconcerned by because unlike YOU I trust Lilith to keep my enemies on a leash with whatever gifts she offers them. And because you're old enough to know the consequences. Now leave me to my black mood, or get back to packing""...merry Christmas, Anon" said Elodie quietly, as she left. 5/5

>>94866480>Fair enough. Its better then nothing. There's probably other useful stuff there. Power Over My Dominion from Symphony of the Night might be useful from binding something to you as a Castlevania style being, for example, although you'd need to figure out to to scale it up to an entire country. Lament of Innocence might be useful, given the boost to actions that "take" and the perk that boost artifacts. Etc.Although if you wanted an entirely different jump that could help, your mention of hot springs reminded me that the Haunted Hot Springs jump has good stuff for pocket dimensions, iirc it's the specialty of one of the youkai factions. And while I'm speaking of hot springs I might as well also recommend the ayakashi ones in Omamori Himari. I wonder if the repertoire of powers of the Beast of Legends capstone would be able to help in building a Gensokyo...
What did you do in Chrono Trigger?
>>94866756NTA, but the problem is that this is mostly limited to the description of Kakashi. The way he acrually fights for the rest of Shippuden barrel shows a difference from part 1. >>94866884Some people simply go to the gun store to buy a pistol rather then a nuclear bomb you know?
>>94866825That's what I had in mind. I figured the initial summon from your shadow would eat up a ton of aura, enough that you fail and pass out if you don't have enough and it's always at least a large chunk relative to how much you have as the spirit's base strength before any adaptations depends on your aura. After being destroyed its adaptations reset and it can't be re-summoned immediately, but once you fulfill the ritual requirement of slaying it in single combat it will obey you in future summons and can be stored back in your shadow without destroying it to conserve on aura (to avoid the big upfront cost next time it's called and put a pause on the much smaller passive cost of having it actively doing stuff) and keep the adaptations from resetting. Naturally in a waifu version of Raga to get all thee of the strongest things from JJK in HxH waifu form.

Just checked, it's by the Japanese name, the very last jump in Complete with Images alphabetically. It has stuff like this, which is why it seemed useful:>Pocket World Master>The Tenko Clan is renowned for their ability to make Pocket Worlds using leaf talismans. But even by their standards, you would be considered a master in this area. With no preparation, you are able to quickly create hidden Pocket Worlds and even bring inside several others or even entire buildings. If you are allowed enough time to prepare, creating hidden worlds that can only be accessed under certain conditions, such as sharing blood with you, or cannot be escaped unless certain conditions are fulfilled, such as defeating you or besting you in a competition of your choosing, are things that you could easily pull off. Creating pocket worlds the size of massive cities that are nigh-impossible to break into would require more work and resources, but it would be a matter of time for you.>Finally, your skill is enough to even overwrite and take over the Pocket Worlds of your lessers, changing their barriers for your own.

I would assume there's a limit to what it can accomplish, but even then, Sakura's subtext as to why she's got perfect chakra control is just that her psyche is totally without internal deception. My sect is a small one of only a thousand people, but they're all incredibly loyal. We're more like a large family, honestly. Most of them are aware that I legitimately can't understand their emotions by appearance alone. They're also surprisingly accepting of the whole "reincarnated from another world with a secret power" thing I have going on. My goal is honestly pretty simple. >>94867220I'll set a record, then.
>>94867174I just realized, I have no idea where to take a flying ship with a thousand cultivators. ... I probably should've just stayed in Beware of Chicken. It's a rather comfortable setting to live in
>>94866254I actually forgot it was porn. So yeah, it would go to QQ which would sidestep the whole Shard business.
>>94867174Zelda Triune ScripturesOrigin: Golden World, Those Who Walk, HumanPerks: Dreaming Of Who You Could Be, Lightning Strike Me If I Lie -100, The World Exists In Threes -200, Uncovering Mysterious Circumstances -300, Heart Containers -100. -700 300Items: A Vial of Possibility, Those Who Walk The Path -100, A Glimmer In The Dark -200. -300 0Scenarios: A Gauntlet of Zeldas (Marine, Zeldas)Fuck it, I'm doing a build for this. Gonna be sailing around the various worlds just helping people out. I'm actually going to recruit Those WHo Walk The Path into my own Sect and allowing my own people to pick up whatever local cultivation method they wish. We're all rather used to using a cultivation method kludged together from half-remembered ancestral knowledge, so adding in a few dozen extra cultivators with their own styles shouldn't change things all that much. Having a crew with wildly different skillsets is always incredibly useful too. I'm not bothering with picking up a specific cultivation technique through the builder. I'm going to end up kludging together one from the wide variety of techniques from my new sect members, and whatever I can pick up from the people I end up helping
>>94867340... I should've read the worldbuilding first. I'm literally not able to do the scenario, as I won't be able to attempt my first Grand Tribulation. I'm trying to bring my entire crew with me at every step, and the Grand Tribulations aren't things you can attempt as a group.
>>94867378Yeah its a very individual process there. For what its worth with enough training and admittedly you could probably get them all past it and meet up later without dying?
>>94867381I... honestly can't see any of us actually making it through a Destined Tribulation. We'd likely fail at the first step due to worry about everyone else in the sect.I think the only option for actually ascending is earning the direct favour of the Golden Goddesses through the cumulative effects of the Uncovering Mysterious Circumstances perk,
>>94867233Shard has xianxia protagonist luck IRL
>>94866655>the best choice for an Uchiha is to get tardwrangled by a Senju BVLL/MOMMYIt's like a universal constant in the Naruto setting or something.
Does the moral correctness of child soldiers depend on setting?
>>94867416Thats unfortunate but I suppose I can understand that. Perhaps some other xianxia might better suit your jumper then? Stellar cultivation perhaps?
>>94867437Makes more sense in series aimed at kids where kids are the only intelligent people and adults are borderline disabled and incompetent.
>>94867437Child soldiers are always immoral. Training children to be soldiers when they are adults can be moral depending on the setting.
>>94867445I can't say I know anything about Stellar Transformations, and I've already been to one Xianxia whose setting I don't really know. Jumper's Transformations WOULD probably turn into a communal cultivation method if I take it though, and By One's Own Experience would be a good way to take the multitude of disparate cultivation methods I picked up in Triune Scriptures and turn them into an actual cultivation method.
>>94867437Depends, how likely are they to die if they don't learn those skills?
>>94867340Yay build!Sorry the scenarios don't work out for you.
>>94867532Nah, it's fine. I knew there'd be issues with having a communal cultivation method anyways. Most xianxias don't exactly believe in teamwork, you know?
>>94867537Yup. To an extent, the scenarios interrupt the normal tribulation proccess and throw you somewhere else, but only the smash-themed one really has any group potential.
>>94867537It's kinda weird, too. You'd think that with how friendly the Zelda cultivation world wants cultivators to be that it would cherish cultivators like that.
>>94866774>[REDACTED]Is that the mana potions?
What obscure media would you want a jump for, anons
>>94867667A Jump for a diamond in the rough. A semi obscure touhou fanwork made probably a decade ago.
>>94867667Humungous games we don't have jumps for, like the various Backyard Sports, Putt Putt, and Freddi Fish
>>94867667Europa Report would be cool, about a mission to Europa to find life.
>>94866774>>94866794What was the Egg about?
>>94867667Supaplex.
>>94864118Aeon ascension scenario?
>>94867670>semi obscureI still see people in 2hu groups talk about how shit it was.
>>94867789It sure aged like milk Aye. Especially Sumirekos whole existence with certain themes the story had going on for it.
>>94867813It was never going to age well. Half the story existed to lecture you on why self insert fanfiction is... bad literature. In the form of hours and hours of a fucking walfas animation. Man really thought he was saying something there.>Getting angry about books made for horny teenage girls was ridiculous then… and it's ridiculous now.
>>94867698Okay, I'll bite. How would you make a jump for that? There doesn't seem to be enough there to work with to make a jump. It'd be like making a jump about Tetris.
>>94867822Yeah it feels a little petty. I have some lingering nostalgia for it for some god knows reason admittedly. But it did feel a bit like a "No! You're having fun wrong" moment.
>>94867834>little pettyThat's understating it.>I have some lingering nostalgia for itThere's a lot of people who watched it once and came back to it later to re-examine it. Doesn't really hold up, and I think this is part of the reason why, people watched it and liked it when they were young, came back to it as adults and realised 'oh, this is actually kind of shit'.>"No! You're having fun wrong"Funny thing is, I know a 2hu fanfic writer who watched it and had an epiphany that this was what he sounded like getting elitist over fanfiction and chilled out, so there's that.
>>94867831Well I just blurted out the first obscure media I could think of but perhaps you could focus more on the game mechanics themselves as perks or something? Off the top of my head there is Murphy(the MC breed), the snin snaks(scizzorz) and the electrons(just snicksnacks except they explode into 3x3 area of Infotrons which Murphy feeds on) Infotrons are supposed to be information packets. There are the various kinds of bombs... all kinds of bombs, the gravity mechanics could maybe be a toggleable perk/item idk, inverted controls likewise etc. I don't fucking know.https://supaplex.fandom.com/wiki/Supaplex?file=TheCast.png
>>94867834>>94867861You could also view Murphy as a type of digital lifeforms that invades a system, steals/deletes information and kills anti-viruses or other measures a PC might have to protect from unauthorized data access. I admit it's basically wanking but there's really not much else to go on.
>>94865614>>94866350Thanks for the suggestions anon.>A new tier for Sovereign tier elemental manipulationI was thinking of making the Power of God perk let you be a Sovereign like Neuvilette, but if it's distinctive enough I guess I could make it a separate option.>>94865661Probably. He doesn't get up to much in HSR proper.>>94866146I don't recall any "normal" followers of Abundance showing up in the Xianzhou Luofu. At best you got Luocha who they did in fact arrest for a while. But yeah they primarily hunt the abominations and the people who try to achieve immortality.>>94867725No.
