Man, I've been around since 5th. I don't qualify for a total oldfag. But I've seen HH 0.9, 1.0, 2.0 and now this shit. Oldhammer and 7th (0.9) were fun enough and had a shit ton of experimental flavor. 2.0 was a nice streamline without gutting all the datasheets but still needed a 2.5, and now we got this rushed pile of shit on a three year cycle no less. I hoped some fucking captain would right the ship somewhere, but here we are. No one can be trusted but us.
>>96438498>>96438522>>96438529>delusional and coping IWfagThe IW and Perturabo were going to be defeated and killed by Alexis Polux fleet, and they only survived thanks to the Chaos Gods. The IF retreated in the middle of their final killing blow, and only because they were autists that follow orders to the letter. The Gods briefly allowed Dorn's message about coming back to Terra, so they did it.>b-but John French!yes, cope more. Am I right in thinking that if you critical hit at Vehicle, the pen test isn't an automatic six since it's not a wound roll, but you do still get the +1 Damage bonus?
So is it worth actually deep-striking elite termie squads that come with it like Crimson Paladins and Huscarls? I'm pondering snagging the former as Rewards of Treason, since they're relatively cheap, extremely tanky and have Line 1, they're like melee Lerneans and having shooty elites clearing the side objectives and choppy elites making plays for hostile home points suits my sense of symmetry. I am slightly worried that they drop on turn 2 at best and can't charge until turn 3, so they inevitably miss at least half the game. I'd get them a Storm Eagle or something but that's an expensive waste of them having DS base.
>>96438790yes, I assume the weapon you're talking about is a vanquisher cannon
>>96438849Not really. It’s as you said, deepstriking melee units basically restricts you from using them for half the game. You’re better off giving them transport.
>>96438691>Perty was almost killedThey were not a threat to his life. They did not wound him, and they certainly did not nearly kill him. The only concerning thing about that situation was that if 44 marines out 1300 could reach his ship's throne room, then a fellow Primarch would be able to, and that might actually be a threat to him. They did not almost kill him. Having your flagship's defenses found lacking does not mean you almost died. You fucking retard.
>>96438850I was thinking more about high BS characters with a Lascannon or something.
>>96439069>still doesn't get that the boarding party main mission was to fix Perty on place, killing him themselves would have been extra while the IF fleet was going to wipe them all anyway in the endIt's hilarious that Perturabo the character gets it but retarded IWfags don't
>>96438981If it was any other unit I'd just go "well, they score" and take two units, rather than one and a transport, but I can't double up on Rewards of Treason anyway, so transport it is. Maybe it would be best to swipe Deathwing or Morlocks instead of Paladins if they have to get in the Storm Eagle anyway, stylish as the Crimson Paladins and their theoretical best-saves-in-the-game are.
>>96439095>still doesn't get that the boarding party main mission was to fix Perty on placeAgain, never said that wasn't the case. Just said they didn't almost kill him, or even wound him. Solar auxilia have some of the coolest models in HH, how do they play and can I ally mechanicum to them easily?
If you could pick a new artist to do some illustrations for HH, who would you pick? My choice is Olivier Ledroit. Every single panel he does is a goddamn painting, and I think it would pair very well with the Warhammer aesthetic.
>>96439590False Colours now means a saboteur can't be shot at or charged until an enemy unit passes a int check whilst within 6"False colours doesn't drop until the saboteur shoots something, or after charging and ending up in base to base. Basically a saboteur with false colours up is immune to volley fire and overwatch. He can casually stroll into the enemy army, and charge any tactical or support squad and either keep them tied up in combat, or make them rout and chase them off the board. Either outcome denies shooting and scoring objectives. Keep in mind that a saboteur is a 95 points unit, adjust your expectations accordingly. As fun as it was to have a 100 point unit that could make a over 400 point vehicle disappear, it wasn't exactly fair and balanced.

Back from Nova. Here is the breakdown for what armies were in the events. WS and RG were the endangered species this year, WS probably being that bikes were so bad and hard to use last edition and it's to paint an army of them in a month. RG is probably due to the regulars who usually play it didn't show up.Over all people liked the edition. Main complaints were the gambit system being different and tedious and it being almost impossible to find stuff in the rule book, with a side of some people disliking progressive scoring and others noticing tanks are really hard to take down.Statuses felt like a big deal for the weapons that were designed to inflict them but a smaller deal since it's pretty easy to pass the check to clear them. Apothecaries and Nuncio-Voxes mitigated a lot of statuses for people who brought them. Also there were three lunatics, one was running Ashen Claws(RG rules), another Luna Wolves/IH Shattered Legions(SoH rules), and a third with a Militia list the day after it dropped.

I already have snipers, so I don't really need a Vigilator or a Moritat. Maybe just a centurion, boring as it is.I do have one second question about rules doing strange things. If I'm reading this right, the Master of Signals' command vox ability ends in the first subphase of your end phase with all other End of Turn effects, and you score in the third subphase. Does this mean that if I have a Line unit pushing an objective and I have the MOS swap it to Vanguard 1, they can score a Vanguard point for clearing the point of enemy units and will then swap back to their usual Line right before the point is scored, netting me both from the same unit in the same turn? The jank part here is that if you do the opposite, and try to add line to a unit, the Line seems like it wears off before you score anyway, thus making it completely pointless. It might end at the end of the round, instead, since they renamed rounds to turns for no reason whatsoever, but it's not exactly clear.

Rumor has it that the 4.0 rulebook will beam a signal into your brain upon opening it. The signal itself is harmless unless you use primaris marines/bits for Horus Heresy, in which case it kills you instantly

At some point they managed to steal Vulkans Hammer from Perty and, going by the current stats, replaced it with an inferior model.I think they also managed to grab one of the Laer Blades, a suit of armour from the custodes, and I think there's something else from this era they've got no good reason for having haven't they? Was it Guillimans sword?

So which legions are currently doing well in the entertaining-unique-termies competition?I'm returning to the game after not playing since the very end of 1e/seeing dreads walk across the board unopposed in early 2e and they seem to have fixed those being monstrously overpowered, so I'd like to try my hand at some kind of termie-heavy list without forming a giant deathstar, ideally a bunch of 5-mans with whatever delivery system works. I'd rather not go Sons of Horus just for personal taste reasons, so Justaerin are out. The Lerneans and Crimson Paladins look versatile in an interesting way with their heavy weapons, scoring and in one case Deep Strike, but I have no idea how they actually play beyond being very large point holders and the Paladins seem mildly underarmed. Not sure why I'd swap my sarge's EW shield out for a power weapon with -1 to enemy LD, unless I missed a rule somewhere, and they only get two D2 weapons.

>>96442067>>96442089>On your knees, bucko. Someone shoulda broke you a long, long time ago. I have nary met a buck I can't chuck with this here long and mighty dingus! I tell ye back in millenium 30 I met a real mean one. He had big, air stealing nostrils, monstrous, boot lips, muscles that rippled under his coal-like skin so it’d look like a nest’a snakes as he’d be twisting here and yonder. T’was an older gentleman, the Warmaster d’ye ken?, that had hired me to break this particular buck. Was some half-dozen breakers what had tried and failed! I tracked this this big-assed baboon, by fallerin’ the sounds of his impressive proud buttocks, clapping as he capered to and fro on yon Isstvan V. There he be, proud as a damn peacock, black Astarte’s body framed by yon settin’ sun, just begging to be broke. I approached from the east, formerly westerly way. Took him unawares as he were sat alone out front a shack, reloadin’ a bolter or some such. Knocking him to his glistening buttocks produced a thund’rus CLAP, and I mounted from the front. I tell ye boy, but that buck began to FIGHT! This unbroken, proud Salamander was ornery I tell ye, but I ain't ne'er been denied, d'ya ken it? I had my cock out in an instant as he scrambled onto his black belly and began ta’ wrigglin’ this way and that. And bucko did he began to wail! As loud as a volcano cannon he were. This buck could tell the breaking was coming, and I tell ye, he did BUCK. This obstinate cur could turn on a dime and give ye some change! I tell ye as the neverborn were my witness, he were a right sunfish, struggling and flopping as he did, gyrating his unbroken black anus and dodging my breaker man’s meat. But he broke, and I finished the job. D’ye ken? That buck broke. Say sorry, boy. But they all break. By Lorgar, Bearer of the Word and the Primordial Truth, now say Gloria Aeterna, boy, you'll break, too!

>>96442112Void shield generators exist in the setting for a reason. Orbital bombardment wasn't a viable option. Landing too early was the fault of Ferrus Manus. He was so outraged at Fulgrim betraying him, as well as terrified Fulgrim trying to turn him meaning there were signs that Ferrus wasn't loyal enough. The loyalists would have lost either way, if they had waited the reinforcement fleet would have obliterated them in orbit instead of planetside.
>>96442129Go relive the trauma of your dad sodomising your bussy violently somewhere else.
>>96442138>ferrus manus was simply retarded
>>96442151Trannies were made to be topped by men, you retarded fucking transbian. Now bend over
>>96442112Yep, it was all about primarchs and their retarded pride. There was nothing to preserve in the planet, no cities, nothing. Just volcanic wastelands. They should have dropped cyclonic torpedoes from orbit to kill anybody in the planet, and then hunt the traitor fleets. Imagine the IW, NL, WB, and AL having to face fresh IH, RG, and Sallies, with the IF on route and Horus, Fulgrim and Mortarion dead. There would not have been any civil war.But Ferrus was a ragetard worse than Angron, hence the result in pic related
>>96441332these yours? they look fucking awesome
Best part of Istvaan V was the firebrands getting rekt by the guys they hated most. Absolutely shameful. Like the kid standing up to the bully and getting trashed.
>>96442112I've posted entire fucking essays on how dumb all three of the loyalists were, but Ferrus Manus especially, that day. The fact that none of them had any fall black plan for further treachery is the real headscratcher. It's unbelievably dumb that they wouldn't have had at least some kind of plan for the Night Lords at least. Even if they obviously wouldn't have a plan for all four of their reinforcements being traitors.Corax at least should have had a fallback plan, he's supposed to be the sneaky guy and here he just isn't. Ferrus is so mad his brain has left his body and he wrote their battleplan in crayon and Vulkan is to be frank, an engineer more than a general. But Corax has no excuse. They're so dumb it actually hurts Horus's rep since his plan for Istvaan V actually turns into a Batman gambit because they've acted so dumb and it's not really reasonable for anyone, least of all three of supposedly the greatest generals in the galaxy to have acted that way. Yet his plan is largely predicated on them doing so.I'm not even going to get into the long diatribe about how dumb it was trusting the Night Lords of all people, I've made it so often. The only guy who comes out of this looking intelligent on the Loyalist side is Rogal. Who appears to have deliberately set things up so his consigment get's "lost" and appears just late enough to work out who was loyal and who wasn't and peace out back to Earth. Like, he suspected EVERYBODY and set things up so that at least he'd have a fairly good idea of just how bad things actually were.Presumably he gave the Lion the benefit of the doubt, and the same to Roboute because he's fucked either way if Guilliman's on Horus's side.As it was, it sitll looks like he's 1 legion against 8, plus the Mechcanicum just went full Civil war, with their leader on Horus's side.

>>96442185>The fact that none of them had any fall black plan for further treachery is the real headscratcher.Up until survivors from Istvaan III warned the Emperor of Horus' betrayal, the very hypothesis that marines could turn against the Emperor and Imperium was thought impossible. Even marines who dared suggest the possibility risked censure and punished. It doesn't seem too far fetched that even after Horus' initial betrayal being revealed, the thought that more could have turned traitor wouldn't have crossed anybody's mind.

>>96442232plus at the time nobody was quite sure WHY horus and co. had rebelled, iirc in massacre one of the popular theories was that he was under some kind of nebulous 'xenos influence', so maybe they might have even wanted to try and capture horus to reform him or something?

>>96442304Wasn't chaos itself kind of weirdly weakened at that point due to the fall of the Eldar? That was what enabled the Great Crusade to happen in the first place wasn't it? There was a new god in town and everything was unsettled?
>>96441742they aren't a legion, they are a chapter which were only formed after the Horus Heresy by breaking the legions up into smaller forces. There's some debate over which legion's geneseed they are based on usually betweem the Blood Angels and Thousand Sons but the truth is that GW barely considers them canon enough to set anything in stone so it's up to the player.
>>96442323>>96442344these plot points were set in stone many years before Horus Rising and the rest.
>>96442356The warp was more calm, but not sure if it was weakened. Though the knowledge of Chaos being suppressed and denied by the Imperium did apparently weaken them somewhat. But not enough to stop the 4 chaos gods from teaming up, breaking through all the protections surrounding the primarchs' gestation pods, and scattering them across the galaxy Fuck Erda, she isn't canon.

So this is gonna sound silly. This is regarding detachments. If I fielded just one (1) set of troops from the primary detachment, would that automatically trigger the ability to use the auxiliary tactical support? Or, do I need to field forty (40) troops. Reason I ask, is I’m finally building my 2.0 AoD boxed set that has four squads of ten (10) but I also wanna use my MKIII Boxed set of dudes as well as 3.0 AoD dudes. Thank you for your patience all. I just wanna be able to use all my dudes.
>>96442850>>96442906Night Lords? Fear + flamers
>>96442939I do not understand your question, so I will assume your meaning and make an ass of u & me: You can fill the troops Prime slot in your primary to take Logistical Benefit and grab a Support Squad. If you actually want a whole-ass detachment you need a Command and/or High Command choice.
Do you think terminators should have access to boarding shields?
>>96442974No. The whole point of terminator armour was to replace Mk III and boarding shields for close quarters zone mortalis missions, and do their job way better. It would be like taping a musket to your AR 15.
>>96442974Not really, they already have forcefields for a stronger invuln. The only reason Storm Shields exist is because they're supplemental forcefield generators.
>>96442963Sorry, lemme reword it-Let’s say I have what is needed for the PRIMARY detachment. High command. Command. Troops (in this case, one ten-man tactical squad). Does that give me the ability to use the AUXILIARY DETACHMENT-Tactical Support which has the option of two slots of troops and two slots of support?
>>96443006The only thing you really need in the primary detachment is command and high command choices, as each of those allow you to add an auxiliary to your list. And even that is not enforced by the rules.
>>96442590Goddam, how'd he do?
>>96443017I appreciate that-My main concern was shooting myself in the foot buying too much. I’m just trying to play catch-up on my boxes of shame, trying to make my army make sense, and they just look cool. I could make four 10-man troops of MKVI, a Despoiler Squad of 10 MKIII dudes, a Tactical Support Squad of 10 MKIII dudes with flamers, a Heavy Support Squad of 10MKIII dudes with heavy flamers. I’ll figure out what to do with the MKII Dudes. Currently, I want to field Thousand Sons. I like the idea of Fire wizards
>>96443006Your primary detachment and auxiliary detachment are basically unrelated.Taking High Commands unlock One (1) Apex or Auxiliary Detachment. Taking Commands unlocks One (1) Auxiliary Detachment. Taking units with Officer of the Line(X) unlocks X (X) Auxiliary Detachments.
>>96442983So we should kill people who use breacher squads and terminators outside of zone mortalis unless they have access to deep striking termies for sudden shock assaults, right anon?
>>96443082Breacher squads, maybe, but termies? No. Cataphractii are kind of impractical to use without deep striking or a transport (which makes the shift to tartarus armor reasonable since it can footslog better), but the reason why the Spartan exists is to transport 10 termies across a battlefield for that shock assault.
>>96442974In what way would that be functionally unique to a storm shield in-universe or on the tabletop?
>>96438624Legions Imperialis is definitely a better game, it's an actual wargame and doesn't have nu-GW sensibilities like HH 3.0 because the system comes from the 90's. My LGS sold 15 copies of Liber Strategia on pre-order. The game is popular enough for me to get games.

>>96443858Are bikes generally some of GW's worse or less popular plastic models when it comes to assembly or something? I know the 40k Chaos bikes get a lot of flak for being old and the current Primaris one is supposedly a pain in the ass to put together, while apparently Vertus Praetors aren't pleasant in some manner (flight stands aside, ostensibly) but are my only reference for building any, taking ~1.5 hours for each one.
How are you guys running Saturnine Termies? I feel like if I want to use them with the Praetor I want to spam particle shredders and deep strike them in, or scratch the praetor and use them for midrange shooting and drop the fists.
>>96444316But my dear anon, that's even worse.People might buy them for conversions and this'll mess up the internal accounting even more.
>>96444350I was running a squad of 3 with dual bombards for a while. They were kinda fun, but plasma just doesn't feel great in marine vs marine, and nobody in my community plays SA or Mech.

Once again is everyone else here wrong and I am the only sane man left alive?
>>96444342Any previously resin model that’s now a plastic kit will generally be more complicated than a design deliberately made for plastics from the first stepScimitars are certainly more complicated than either the old plastic bikes or the new primaris ones, even eldar/deldar jetbikes
>>96444350Particle shredders are their best gun, don’t forget they’re assault so you can shoot them in volley fire in both your turn and your opponents
>>96444495I've never bought them directly from GW (aylmao)So I can only go off what my recaster produces. So maybe GW just sends out the full scout bike kit + the extra bits, I unno, but my recaster only sent the bits actually required (and obviously in full resin), but assembly was fine.If you were having issues with assembly, it might just be the recaster you used desu anon.
>>96444495I am still confused by you saying the assembly was terrible or whatever.Outriders don't even come in many parts for the bike itself.Glue on wheels, glue on the front and back bit which are both single pieces, then glue guns onto the side. That's all there is?

the resin scimitars came with the same bikers as the spathas, right? Why are Sallies always like this?
>>96445213I was unironically wondering about this the other day. Geneseed makes you resemble your primach, right? Does this mean if a black guy joins RG, they become white?
>>96445239yes. If tyrone joins blood angels he becomes a pale white skin with curly blonde hair. The blood angel book explains how the initiates are random ugly hideous radioactive wasteland hobos and the geneseed completely changes their body to suddenly look like sanguinius no matter what they originally looked like.
>>96445239>>96445299Unstable geneseed is supposed to do that. But they have a high rejection rate as well, meaning the genetic compatibility has to be higher.>black people in RG/BAGW and BL writers have been trying to retcon black people into legions where it doesn't make sense (unstable geneseed). But the obvious answer is that niggas literally just aren't compatible for every legion. No, Tyrone wouldn't be able to handle hiding blood lust. Nigga can't be quiet, so no RG. And you better believe niggas can't handle the cold, which is why you didn't have black people in Space Wolves until Dawn of Fire
>>96445299This is also why Little Horus and Sigismund look so much like their daddies
>>96445322>And you better believe niggas can't handle the coldWhat were Vikings retard?
>>96445239the resembling primarch thing is not very consistent thoguh it is interesting that early on in the conception of the heresy most authors and artists believed they did, like the SoH having Horus lookalikes being very common, visions has mini Magnus TS etc. It seems to only be BA who get cast more directly in the image of their primarch, Sallies just get the dark skin pigment and red eyes.

>>96443858Praetorian Outriders do look pretty cursed I have to say.>WS5 3/4 attacks 2+ save same as all the other Praetorian squads.>3 Wounds, M14>Implacable Advance and Firestorm>Access to Thunder Hammers and Combat Shields>Bikes can all take Twin Plasma, one of the few flavours of Plasma with good breaching. The downside? Five of them armed this way is exactly 400pts. Which, even for 2+ save 3W models is a lot.I don't mind Scimitars, but losing Implacable Advance is annoying.
>>96445486All the weapons on scimitars are heavy, implacable advance would do nothing for them.Outrider command squad does look strong, but no invulnerable save vs ranged is quite the achilles heel.
y'all niggas ain't humanenah
>>96445542Yeah, you gotta get into combat as quickly as you can.
>>96445486I'd take some outriders except they can't take any chainfists at all, not even 1 per 10 or 1 on a character. They're entirely harmless to vehicles. The gun options do literally nothing to vehicles and only the overpriced biker characters get 1 attack meltabombs that suck vs vehicles. And if you're just melee brawling light infantry since you can't scratch tanks, there's a dozen better options, and the flying squads get to bring a legion banner to count as +6 models for winning combat and assraping in challenges.Any list with bikers is just done better instead by playing White Scars with speedbuff wizards throwing ultra-fast terminators while a jetpack character hops in front of the squad to add 3.5" more movement every point of the game. That's easily 20-23" threat range, but much beefier, much scarier to tanks and killing more infantry and also tankier and scoring objectives bikers can't score.
>>96445638My dude they can delete Terminators. They have Thunder Hammers and Combat Shields, hell their leader is a Champion so you can even throw out challenges to back-line consuls with relative levels of success as well. How well is that Master of Signals going to do against a 2+ save and a Str7 D2 Thunderhammer stoving his head in? Also, I'll check, but my feeling is that 3w models vs 2d weapons is kind of fucky? Is that right?
>>96445638Honest question given I've been considering WS.How bad is a list based around bikers with Power Lances and Tacticals in Rhinos for caping the objectives?

>>96445648>Full post-war investigation into the casualty and replacement rates of the Loyal Legions during the Heresy reveals shocking and rates of geneseed acceptance, in many cases exceeding Great Crusade rates of the Ultramarines and Dark Angels. In fact, for many legions, such as the VIth, these unheard of adaptation rates would be considered utterly impossible in even the best and most controlled of circumstances. Further inquest into the tactics, organization, physical appearance, and noted geneseed peculiarities of these forces indicates that nearly 80% of all Loyalist Astartes forces during the Heresy were secretly composed of Iron Warriors, rising to nearly 96% during the Siege of Terra.>This report to be sealed and expunged on order of Rogal Dorn, Praetorian of Terra and Master of the VIIth, 021M31>[DATA EXPUNGEMENT COMPLETE]

>>96445165The freeblade house ranks help them a lot. I quite like the idea of the Acheron's Panic (2) hellstorm with the Fear (2) aura rank just sweeping infantry forces off the table, that's probably worth the points, and the Atrapos is an extremely expensive armour-killer and one of the only things that can just oneshot a primarch if it gets lucky. Strong, but fragile for 600pts, so on balance I prefer the Acheron or even the Porphyrion since it's relatively tanky and has much better reach than the atrapos lascutter does, even if it lacks the giant doom template of the Singularity Cannon. Any big knight other than the Acheron or a Porphyrion with a supporting battlesmith squad proably wants Preceptor, battlesmith knights are just a massive improvement on auto-repair 5.The Styrix and Magaera are just kind of there. The siege claws on the Moirax, Styrix and Magaera will absolutely delete any vehicle they touch, since they're S12-16 damage 3-4 with armour-breaker, but the guns on the big two aren't much to write home about, with the Krios carrying the same lightning cannon on a faster platform for 135pts and no risk of giving up Giant Killer, so I'd rather have two Krios and a double melee Moirax for a lower cost than the Styrix.
>>96441805where are you getting that from? your own ass?
>>96445744Based, thanks anon. This is especially nice seeing as the WS unique reaction is an unlimited buffed version of the basic movement reaction anyway. Also for anyone who knows, is there an actual diagram for the Principa Bellicosa company organisation beyond the Line Companies? I was thinking of running 2 Outrider Squads per Tactical Squad because it fits my autism and feels right but it'd be nice to know if we had a similar "2-3 Demi-Companies of 2 Tactical Squads and 1 Support Squad" per company for the Assault/Outrider/Veteran/etc companies (mostly the Outriders are relevant here).

>>96446022>>96446111>nevermind about the past>look at the present slop>and eat itlmao, being half the value is funny. is it pardo hours already?
>>96445744That's extremely neat, I hadn't noticed that and that might do a lot to make transports more interesting than the traditional single-stage unit delivery systems they were in previous editions.Does this not make Death Guard extremely good mechanised infantry, since they need to move less than 4" to get the benefit of their Legion rule anyway?Drive up with your multi-melta HSS inside a rhino or raider, hop out less than 4", blast something with S9 because Heavy and then mount up again if they move anything near you in their movement phase, before they can shoot or charge. You can even use that to force mean choices, since in order to hit your exposed marines before they mount up again they can't move models that are so close to you that they can't get out of the 12" Reposition radius. Also works well with Firestorm, since you can disembark, shoot, volley and stay in position to wavedash back inside your nice safe rhino, then Emergency Disembark on the far side of it if and when it's destroyed.
I been thinking about why the Emperor didn't help Angron and then it stuck me: The Emperor let the ruling class of Nuceria go free because they willingly joined the Imperium. No punishment, no answering for their crimes and possible let to stay as rulers of Nuceria. No way in hell Angron and his men would accept that.
>>96445111Bro it's unwinnable. You'd better just avoid that battle.
>>96446176found later in the crusade, emperor didn't have time to waste on people he couldn't fixbutcher's nails are a lobotomy.
>>96446176Cool theory!I recently had similar insight Jesus crossed the path of the spiritual and commercial elites of Israel, promoting freedom from old customs, equality and independent thinking, instead of delegating decision-making to the elites, and also openly speaking out against trade (he drove the merchants out of the temple, which angered not only them, but also their relatives and their entire social class). So those who in the crowd before Pilate shouted "crucify him" were most likely representatives of the offended social groups.
>>96446198I mean even if he could be fix, Angron would absolutely oppose the Emperor simply because of his background
>>96446176The Emperor is a self serving cunt, nothing new really
>>96446168R U OK?
>>96441166>WS probably being that bikes were so bad and hard to use last editiontheir vehicle list was top tier last edition but it needed things that were expensive to field like Solar Aux in 1.0.>>96442315The difference is no other Legion took the lengths Corax did to expel and cast off Legion assets. Alpha Legion likes sneaky shit, they still have armoured units ready and willing to go if needed. Russ and the Khan forged a relationship with Terrans they didn't like in the anvil of War or having a a big ass cultural exchange problem. The Lion when he took over went to every officer who had a problem and challenged them to a duel to prove his superiority. Corax kicked them out to the ghoul stars with no resupply with the intent that they grind themselves away and did nothing to replace the loss of material and expertise. The only Primarch who handled a similar situation worse was Angron who let his guys kill each other. Being better than a retard who was so brain damaged Emps couldn't fix him is not a flex, It's the lowest bar imaginable.
>>96446203It's a very important plot point that he couldn't fix it. It's also a very important plot point that time is an issue. Big E made redundancies in the Primarch's roles. It's not a conspiracy/cover up, it's supposed to illustrate the Emperor's utilitarian nature.
>>96446168>...either play 1st or...>"never mind about the past"Must be hard, being illiterate.
>>96446176Because ADB is a hack writer.
>>96446176Angron had no men, Big E left them to die on the planet and he was gifted a legion of 100% Terrans
>>96446231I mean that is the reason why he left them to die rather than at least try to save them. He knew they would never accept the ruling class of Nuceria.
Look, I might play DA, but still, doesn't the disintegrator cannon look somewhat... suggestive?
>>96446220>>96446210>anons talking about 2.0 libers>STOP WHO CARES, YOU'RE A DUMB IDIOT FOR NOTICING PEOPLE HAVEN'T MOVED ON FROM 2.0It's a tick on this game's timeline that 2.0 rules and libers are being valued higher than the MSRP. Supply and demand means people still want to play 2.0 while 3.0 is taking up inventory space.
>>96446231Wasn't Bodt their recruiting world? Until moonman had a say in the matter anyways
>>96446256all guns have a fundamental ejaculatory aspect about them
>>96445885bought my kratos before it was cool
>>96446301Just one of them. They took any and all they could get because they didn't have Nuceria due to Angron being a failure
>>96446229those events happen even if ADB never picked up a pen
Vehicles should go back to not having hull points and the 5th ed damage tables.
one thing is historical record:the *mperor did not get away with being a highrider faggot for very long
>>96446265>>96446168Play 1.0.
>>96441859IT'S FUCKING PEAK
>>96446460Why are you telling me what to do? No one asked for your opinion, including the anons talking about their 2.0 libers.
>>96446460I too enjoy AP:2 Pie Plate simulator
>>96446483>Why are you telling me what to do? Because you can't handle thinking for yourself.>No one asked for your opinion, including the anons talking about their 2.0 libers.Good thing it's not an opinion, play 1.0.
>>96446484I see you are a man of culture.
>>96446481Kill people who do not play this ruleset
>>96446498I don't take orders from anyone, that includes fags like you. You made your opinion very clear that you don't think 2.0 isn't worth anyone's time, it was so important that you share it on sight even though those anons had an entire conversation already.
>>96446523>Nooo, you don't understand, this random Eastern European hamlet with 3 shacks and an outhouse is a crucial victory if we want the 3 day special operation to end this decade
fucking copy paste plaster over various vehicle damage shit from 3.0 into 2i think that would be pretty funny. maybe no flare shields tho!!!these things are absolute slabs that get driven into people and 'people' (xenos) and have the foundational shape of a WALL about them and are there to clog shit up and drive and blast through buildings like enormous killdozers that bring the mass of the force up in their wakebro if a fucking kratos or spartan rolled itself into a junction one was on and slammed its doors down and the marines come out ur just fucking dead kiddosimilarly a kratos just obliterating everything around iteven for a fucking marine squad, it's just another order of magnitude up and maybe the only recourse is trying to shove a melta bomb down its throat
>>96446523>Fan of the “second”most powerful army in the world has to brag in a Heresy thread that they can take a village of 100 people
>>96446543Play 1.0. This message will repeat until there are no 2.0 fags left to read it.
>>96446460No, I play mechanicum, you can't force me to be a WAACfag
>>96446523Kill yourself tankie retard
>>96445791What about the ranged Armigers? Any good? And where do the big daemon engines fall? Is the scorpion still good?
>>96446643Now that I have convinced you to play 1.0 be sure to post battle reports once you start getting some games.
>>96446708>>96446708>>96446708
>>96446719Play 2.0, got it.
>>96446176If Nucerians were to accept Compliance, then they would have heeded de order to disengage Angron. If Nucerians had been engaged instead by the Custodes, then they wouldn't have had an army left to resist Compliance with.In both cases, the Emperor fighting alongside Angron makes him join the Crusade willfully ("let's bleed together and be brothers"). Though Angron would still eventually join Horus against the Emperor, because He is indeed the worst High Rider of them all, demanding the galaxy itself dances to His tune. But no. He had to kill Angron's dog...
>>96446176Was it not implied the slaves were tainted by khorne in some short story?
>>96446256Look up the plasma cannon, who shoot's a big fat load while being shaped like a big phat throbbing penis!
