>>96642644They all suck.
>>96642644Mega links are busted
>>96642717What the fuck, what happened?
You do put on an exaggerated chinese accent and refer to every white character as young gwailo whenever you play kindred of the east, right?
>>96642717>>96642739Somebody ratted us out!!!
>>96642753>whenever you play kindred of the eastThe premise is flawed
solid earth theory: the inside is NOT hollow
>>96642801Boring
>>96642801mobius strip earth theory: it's flat but also loops around
>>96642766the mega is still up but is encrypted. so that's not it. otherwise it would be deleted.
>>96642717fuck so now what? who's the owner of the mega trove?
>>96642766>>96642717they are also not the same link>ZbQ2zLJA#DOT-3df6rS2lLet5_RmqJQvs>ZbQ2zLJA#DOT-3df6rS2lLet4_RmqJQthe later one from the previous op still works
>>96642808How deep?
why did you alter all the links, OP?
>sabotaged OPoff to a great start
>>96642287>>96640965Post links.
>>96642975nta, but the second mega (in the previous op) in the fangames folder has two different gargoyle fangamesi haven't read them myself but gargoyle the awakening even uses the game picture as you just did in your post
>>96642644>fetish>5/5holy kinky
>>96643103I'll say - it allows the character to make bullets out of spiritual power reserves!
>>96643119that is pretty kinky. most people stop at hot wax for bedroom play.
>>96642644this guy is the technically the first lasombra antitribu we ever seen and the first lasombra pirate we ever seen so while i don't use premade character much i appreciate him for showing concepts that weren't all that much presented for in the edgelord clan at all till then
>>96642890Thanks God I was about to freak so who the fuck messed with the links
>>96642975It should work pretty well in Deviant, you could even interpret some of the factions as Conspiracies.
>>96643329Op must be a nephandus i guess
>>96642717so apparently OP vandalized the links and might even have injected some malware shit to fuck with anons there. should anyone make a new bread?
>>96643402won't it be purged by the mods as this one already exists?
>>96643402Sure enough, the links in the old thread still work>Mega Ihttps://mega.nz/folder/ePQ1BKhJ#RCosRCh59Ki2Mpb1M9H3Uw>Mega II (also containing fanmade games)https://mega.nz/folder/ZbQ2zLJA#DOT-3df6rS2lLet4_RmqJQ>WoD5 Megahttps://mega.nz/folder/7rQQ1LbQ#16_AiXVGo0P3_rVOJuoZyA>>96643458If it really is "some malware shit" this will be the thread that gets deleted but I kinda doubt that, just use the links from the old thread and hope no one copypastes the op for the next one
Can someone answer me a curseborn question. Am I reading spells right and they're effectively mini disciplines? It's also in the sharethread and newvola for anyone else that wants to check it out. I'm quite enjoying it overall so far.
>>96643576>Can someone answer me a curseborn question. Am I reading spells right and they're effectively mini disciplines?yes pretty much. not sure if it's in the current version but the manuscript also let you switch out advancements of spells between sessions for free which i found pretty neat
>>96643576Basically, if it says "additional" in the cost that a rider on the effect. If it doesn't that's a separate effect. So it depends on the spell and the advance, some spells might only have riders, some might not have any, some might have a mix, some might have advances that are free to apply and broaden or improve the base effect. >>96643599They rewrote a lot of how spells operate as the basic level. The structure, cost, and action economy of them all is way more clear and they also did a lot to add interesting effects to spells too. Some spells even got totally purged and now there are new ones there instead. I thought the spells were the strongest bit of the manuscript and weren't going to get a lot of attention but I'm very happy to be wrong.

>>96643599>>96643657Thanks that makes sense. So fool's gold and impassive negotiator are new spells and fine print lets you make devil's bargain better? Then everything on implacable pursuer just modifies implacable pursuer?
Hypothetically speaking, if an wraith got reforged into a stygian dildo, would it be able to enjoy its new function?
>>96643699Is that from some WoD Heartbreaker?
>>96643699That's all correct but Implacable Pursuer's final advance is a separate action you can only take when the spell is already active.
>>96642644we're picking up my group's game of Werewolf 5E tonight. I'm excited mainly cuz it means I get a break from DMing lol
>>96643872Got it. Thanks.>>96643840It's opp's new thing.
>>96643840That's going to depend a lot on how you define heartbreaker. If any sort of spiritual successor is a heartbreaker then it is. If we're talking about the more traditional definition of "I've made this bold and new RPG full of innovation but I've only ever played one game and I've basically just remade it without realising" then it's not. It's OPP's new WoD-adjacent urban fantasy RPG about playing monsters and stuff. Some clear WoD inspiration from both settings but it's also pretty different in a lot of ways too. It's not to nWoD what nWoD was to oWoD or anything, the two WoDs are a lot closer to each other than Curseborne is to either.
>>96644026Why did they stop supporting the WoDs, anyway?
>>96644042OPP doesn't own the license for CofD or WoD20 so they need approval from Paradox Interactive, who does own those licenses, and Paradox doesn't want to give that approval. Likely so they can do whatever they're doing with WoD5.
>>96644081Whatever they hell they're doing is right. Despite having the backing of a company, WoD5's releases (n+1 renegade supplement slop for V5 aside) have been absolutely glacial. CofD and WoD20 were having to rely on kickstarter and being intentionally throttled by the end and they managed a fairly similar pace. We're this late in the game and it's just Vampire, Hunter (barely a splat in WoD5) and Werewolf. Christ just take the IP out back already.
>>96644134Worse than glacial output is the dogshit quality of the WoD5 releases in general
>>96644134I've not been following it. I didn't like any of the core WoD5 books I flicked through so I'm not paying attention to any of the releases. The few bits of high quality 3PP for CofD has been really good and Curseborne's core book has turned out really well too. Not perfect but nothing I imagine won't get addressed given the track record. It'd be nice if I had more new WoD to enjoy but there are other things to dig into right now.

>>96644081>OPP doesn't own the license for CofD or WoD20 so they need approval from Paradox InteractiveThey hold the license for those (and Exalted) in perpetuity, which was part of the deal when CCP sold the IP package and they transformed from a nameless studio attached to CCP to their own company apart from Paradox, but it depends on book approval from Paradox. They own the actual IP of Scion and Trinity.
The sun is shining in the nightZombies walking in the broad day lightZombie he done lost his soulZombie he don't ever get oldLord of darkness, king of lightCome, come here on this stormy nightThere is no star in the skyI see fire in the dead man's eye---he real fear of Haiti zombies, was not the fact that it was a dead man walking, it was the subliminal fear of not only being enslaved again, or slavery being reinstated... but the fear that not even death could free you from slavery.
