This commander has tantalized me for at least a year now. I want to go heavy on flash-control tribal with some top deck manipulation (brainstorm, brainstone, brain geyer) and maybe a few miracles. But the deck is not only mana-starved, creating friction between rocks vs. flash cards. It also needs a wincon amidst all your flashy guys.That, and a few of the flash guys are inexplicably expensive.

Tends to win from overwhelming advantage from historic synergy, and then tribal buffing. And getting something like Morophon or Sixth Doctor on turn 2/3 can be a big issue for the table.Decks massive weakness is flying. I don't really see a way to patch that up. Time Lords don't fly. And yes, this is my favorite deck.

Goal was to get any creature out fast with some value, and then load up on swords and damage increases like Rafiq, Finest Hour etc. to make anything a threat. Horde it'self works especially well since he has haste, vigilance and trample to get that commander damage through.
