Huh, running the simulations a Fire Warrior actually is about equal with a Tempestus Scion (slightly ahead actually). With pulse carbines the Firewarrior is favored in general, with the pulse rifles he’s slightly favored if he manages to get the first shot off (although at a hefty disadvantage if he can’t), the breacher is favored to win even if the Scion gets a shot off first.
