On my end of things, Momo, and as an extension, everyone in the Fujiwara Senki seemed in character, except for Simply Red. Did she suddenly evolve ocular powers? Did Momo realize music references are cringe? We may never know. Back on track, your voice for Shu got a lot better, specially during the fight scenes. But overall, my favorite part had to be Parfaite's POV. She played the part of the cute newbie exceedingly well.As for nitpicks, I am struggling to see your vision for the post battle scenes.Momo will definitely be out for blood after what Kohaku did.However, while the scene is good for drama, it came at the cost of making other characters look incompetent. None of the charismatic council members are capable of calming him down or even explaining their POV properly, Madoka can't read him or react before he lunges when that's what her 3 combo is all about, and none but one of them can barely touch him as he leaves. I feel like you could have produced the same amount of friction with a less absolute attack. Maybe Kohaku does lunge but she reacts, and when they try to surround him, since Ran isn't there, he can outmuscle people like Shu or Yae and scamper off. This way the other builds get more agency.You also could have doubled down on making this Kohaku's POV. Have his breakdown come slower as he realizes that there's a whole other faction diametrically opposed to his goal. As things are, he flees quickly and then you move to (imo) less interesting stuff like the dorm manager and shadowy figure setup.The sections with Ai and Ran getting KO'd by shadowy figures also left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand you're building at something, but I can only judge the incomplete picture for now and it is not a good one for me.

I went back and added a bit about Madoka catching the knife hand before it hit and being overpowered, though in that moment the narration is very spacey due to Kohaku dissociating heavily.No matter the charisma, there would be no talking him down in the moment. He's been a disaster waiting to happen through the buildup of the other episodes. Kiro no Kawa's influence, breaking his rule of not using his blade on humans, learning he might inevitably lose his Idolon, and the mounting exhaustion. He and the SC were all exhausted, which contributed to the slow response time as well- that and they were prioritizing getting Madoka to medical attention. Ran not being there was definitely intentional design, though.As for the shadowy figures, they lead into my in-narrative relationship chart I'm working on now. The IDs were snatched by the glowies, which will lead into a break between the IDs with Kohaku/Okabe splitting from Aida/Marisa, and the World Lost plotline.

Maybe you could say you were one of the youngest Witchers caught up in the School of the Bear split, then the next split into the Vipers, then the NEXT split into what would be the Manticores led by Iwan. Your style isn't fully developed because you've had about fifty different leaders in a short span of time, all of whom were more focused on their own ideals than getting a coherent plan together. Hence where your alternate skills set starts to emerge from, you're having to figure out a lot on your own while the political storms die down. During this time, you're doing caravan stuff, and maybe in secret you're imagining a school *you* could form. Everyone else did, after all. You might even meet a princeling or some such traveling incognito in one of the caravans, dodging their parent's eyes for whatever reason, to start making contacts. This would all be before the canon caravan that began the Manticore founding. Then you go to one of the Manticore fortresses to "complete" your training in the formal Manticore style, and then they mostly get killed per canon, and then when the royalty exile all the survivors, again as per canon, you're a free agent with Manticore training but highly individualized ideas about how to go about being a Witcher. And probably more than a little jaded regarding authority figures. (doublecheck my math on all this I don't know witcher lore all that well, but I got this from browsing the wiki.)

We are kinda speeding up the timeline here because we have all the schools already split after 30 years of being formed, but having the Manticores already fallen seems a bit much. My original plot was someone that goes around all the witcher schools to figure out why they split, since the Manticores are probaly some of the most likely to not tell the new recruits the whole story. This would also get in the way of that, as he would have been there for essentially the whole thing, so there would be only half as much to dicover, but if people think that it's too early for them to be royal guards already I can work with that, I would have at least 4-5 schools to visit still, Grifiin Cat and Wolf from canon, and Owl and unnamed from our own PCs.I could also make it so they just saved the royals, and my guy left before the commitment got too high.
