Hey horny people,

I've been working on a custom ruleset for a Magical Girl solo RPG. It features lightweight rank-based combat (your D-rank lackey will never beat my S-rank slut!) and minimal movement. It is literally made for myself since I prefer simplified no-numbers combat and lots of mind's theater stuff with some hint from oracles.

It's still very much underbaked right now but the underlying combat mechanics seems like they're at the "it works on my machine/dice" stage. I'd like to know how you guys feel about it. Currently, it's got some gaping holes like character progression being comprised entirely of ranks going up and no stat increases. Also the items selection is very poor and there's barely anything to do in the overworld (hideouts). If you find any other issues with it please let me know.

This is the biggest issue with the system right now. I wanted to avoid stat rolling and avoid balancing headaches involved with stat progression, hence the existence of ranks to begin with. But there is no difference between ranks in practice. It all boils down to a "high vs equal vs low" system. The ranks might as well not exist in its current form.

I need to either figure out a way to grant incremental stat bonuses per rank or rank advantage has to grant extra clashing bonus. I was even thinking of a "roll Xd4 to clash, where X is your rank in numeric terms" system before realizing that's a stupid number of dice to throw for a cooming game. I suppose assigning numerical values to ranks (or having a scaling stat) is rather unavoidable if I want to have a gradual upscaling of sluts as they rank up. 1 for rank E, 2 for D, and so on.

I think I'll actually look into modifying Ironsworn's dice system and adopting it as Clash roles, say sluts always roll d6 + rank delta + Horny versus villains' 2d10. If the sluts are like 3 levels or more behind the enemy and not yet "warmed up," they're gonna get dunked on guaranteed. And 60% chance to get hit from equal rank (d6 plus 0 vs 2d10) seems like a reasonable place to start for a game that's kinda revolved around losing sexually. Also, this could be naturally flipped against the villains in a way that allows for critical hits: beating one challenge die is 1 dmg, beating both is a "crit" and 2 dmg.

I'll have to do some test runs of this and see if it works out. Although it kinda disappoints me that I'll be rolling those damned challenge dice yet again, but for lewds.

after the character fucked off on a new quest, she encountered the horny version of "dumb and dumber" who began to flirt
since wolves are strictly monogamous, the following curse has been devised

the result should be an increasingly frustrated character, who can only get off to get off to her possessor
the curse is broken by getting manhandled AND mindbroken by someone else

still don't know what the magical wolf pelt cloak does, but one step at a time i guess

I was reading a 1-page RPG called "Pocket Delver," which uses opposed rolls as its main mechanic; you assign attributes to different die sizes (ranging from d12 to d6), roll against the appropriate attribute for whatever challenge your facing, and apply the difference as damage/degree of success. Maybe something like that could work here?

i did think about highest dice from Xd6 vs highest dice from Xd6 based on rank before, but i wrote it off as requiring too many d6 and being extremely swingy. I COULD make it Xd10 but that'd be creeping towards requiring too many d10s (even if i reduced the number of ranks to 5, that means rolling ten d10s when fighting top rank vs top rank).

Yes, there should be an explanation in the pdf you get with the foundry world. basically you have to create a compendium, add it as a module and then you basically "save" your things into the compendium so when you update, you can transfer your stuff back in the new world. I'm also trying to make an actual system since Simple Worldbuilding is no longer being updated and eveything is just deprecated or causes issues

First prio should be to automate the LA combat rolls (basically the biggest problem with the game, even with like 4 enemies you need ~12 rolls per round, and some encounters can easily go to 6-8), you will enter the hall of legend. The MapTool framework is too heavyweight, but if we had a more edition neutral version it would be great.

The way I would do it, at least for monster rounds (which is the important part, character attacks are bearable) is that you set what attacks the monsters use, with any general maluses (lust etc) and then the defense the PC uses, and then it just rolls through automatically giving the -1 malus from continuous defense (accounting for lust and armour break of course).

If you had even something like that I'd download it immediately

Last part of the major Labyrinthus update is here and concludes the new colored layout plus some extra bits. The Creature Compendium was the last document needing the new colored Layout but in the meanwhile the Adventure Compendium and Core Rules got some fixes and a small addition too. The only thing which is not updated is the Foundry World because I will now attempt to make an actual functioning system which is up-to-date with v13 (and then v14) rather than using something obsolete and basically abandoned like Simple Worldbuilding.

He's a caster and not really interested in smashing things. Plus this was during a bit of a crisis. The previously-mentioned evil AI had been deep inside some secret areas of the giant ancient complex we're in, and we accidentally made her aware that more things have taken up residence in the couple thousand years since the whole area had been abandoned... My character might be stuck this way for a bit - the game is biweekly so that means in realtime as well - but it's kind of unnerving since until this is fixed he somehow counts as undead. Just use the table of meanings if you want to generate cultures and then work with that. Get two words and use them as basis, then add some flavor or more words or use oracles to ask questsions. Also usually the best approach is tos tart small and exploring the world isntead of doing something too vague and broad which you will probably never have to do with

If you are going combatant try to get Melee at +3 and remember that Dodge is only used vs ranged attacks. A +3 to something usually makes your live really easier so try to at least get Melee Proficiency since I see you only have got Tamer since I suppose you want to fuck monsters... but what about the other XP? Currently playing Scarlet Heroes, picking up after a long hiatus as my human thief who has found company with a tribe of goblins in the dungeon, who after a lucky first encounter and some negotiation are allowing him to stay with them while he helps them chase out a tribe of kobolds on the second floor (He killed their orc allies his last visit, but they never found out as he rescued an elf ranger in the orcs' grasp (yeah) and returned her to her people before coming back).

He's been going a little too native, having been assaulted once in his sleep and performed some cross-cultural exchanges with one gobliness in particular (there's a surprising number of pretty goblinesses, not terribly surprising considering elves live several days to the north), and I've been using the fecundity die (roll die depending on race, matches = successful cross-cultural roots planted) but despite repeatedly watering the tree, it's yet to bear fruit. I might be adjusting it to give goblins an advantage on the die, since in my lore they're supposed to kind of be a one-shot, and he's dallied with this gobliness thrice to no avail.

Pic related, three of the goblinesses who have played a roll, the ones from this tribe all ended up being some form of platinum blonde, so I imagine it's a gene. The middle is the thief's indentured servant, she's paying off a life debt as the only member of her tribe that wasn't killed or captured.

Are there any general tools for Lewd solo RPGs that aren't for a specific system or setting? Oracles, mainly.

And what you mean by "general lewd oracles" that are not already covered by the default ones?
Most oracles just need you to ask yes or no questions, likely questions or to use a two-words oracle. Labyrinthus has some more specific words like brood, seduce, submit etc, but other than that you don't need much else.
That's why there isn't any, since it's not needed, unless you want something like "coom ass" "lick toe" in which case just make your own tables
